“Ordered winter coat for daughter for Christmas. Tracking order was terrible but did receive the coat however was larger than expected so sent back for exchange. Return was fine, shipping easy, but after a couple of weeks, got an email that said 'Sorry, your item is not in stock, we will refund money'. Fine, so I went to their website and there was the coat and color that we wanted so I assume that customer service does not want to do their job? Lost confidence in Duluth, are looking at other companies.”
“Terrible customer service. Went to do online return and it calculated return at about $20 less than I paid less than 2 weeks before. As others have said, waits on the phone for customer service are 1+ hours. Wrote and email 11 days go. Auto reply said that I would hear from them within 3-4 days. That's my money they are tying up, plus the repeat efforts to contact. Way disappointed.”
