“Will never stop there again for ANYTHING! Go 1775 Coffee!!!”

“(390 N. Rock Island Rd., Margate, FL) I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts location for years. There is one closer to me, but I prefer the customer service, and enjoyable atmosphere here. There is one employee (Lige) that always greats me with a smile and a hello. A happy disposition like this can make or break your day.”

“I have had 2 hot hazelnut coffees with creamer in the last 3 days. They have been very weak and unflavorful. I use to love DD , but now I will NOT go back. AND…. I was grossly over charged at the Hudson NY DD. I purchased 1 med. coffee & 2 donuts. Was charged $7.21”

“Most friendly staff always have delicious donuts, coffee in my favorites, snacking bacon they always make it extra crispy for me like I like it very friendly very clean Rochester, Minnesota on 1st Ave., Gilbert and Donald great employees”

“Waited so long for the new Dunkin to open in fort mill sc and they suck every time I go there they never make my coffee right had them remake it yesterday and it was still awful!! And sad part is a manger was making them! Really bummed out I mite try back later but for now I’ll use other places!”

“The location at 13600 New Falls of Neuse rd. Has gotten so impersonal. No one is at the counter when you enter. No one greets you. Then after you wait for someone to assist you they are just so uncaring and act like you are not there. There is a touch screen on the counter to place an order but you don’t know if they have what you’re wanting. There IS a TIP JAR there though. Sad that human interaction has gone bye bye these days. We witnessed a customer enter, wait for minutes to be acknowledged and got tired of waiting and said Forget it out the door she went.”

“I went to the Dunkin Donuts on James P. Kelly Way and again order was made wrong I have seizures and don't drive so I have to get A ride there my 2 lattes cups were only half full and cold my other latte I received a black reg coffee and snacking bacon were raw and no flavor seasonings on them they have messed up numerous times now”

“First time at DD. Will NOT be going back. Staff very unfriendly. They never even acknowledged the customers. Ordering was via touch screen or phone app only. Put out my food for pickup without even calling my name. How was I supposed to know my order was ready? Food/drink were adequate. The overall experience was a huge failure.”

“The cashier Mr. Sikdar all the other staff members, and the server were all very nice and courteous. I purchased a medium coffee every day, and it was perfectly made.Sister was very polite and always smiling. The place was clean and I would recommend it to everyone.”

“Attempted to replace my rewards card via on line as instructed on back of new card. Not enough space for all the info and time that transpired as experienced during 2 phone calls and several attempts on line to register the replacement card. To sum it up, it's obvious the 'right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing'. If there was a Krispy Kreme nearby that's where I would be going. Dunkin's customer relations is the pits and I plan to take my business elsewhere.”

“I would love to know what the purpose is for the HOT paper cups!!!! Come on Dunkin surely you can afford to put your product in a styrofoam cup. It’s a shame that we cannot touch the cups until the coffee starts cooling off!!! FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!”

“Every time Dunkin makes my order incorrectly, I call customer service, who is only interested in finding fault with the franchise and not in refunding or crediting my order. I usually order a large latte which costs about $7. I feel that their customer service has dropped the ball too many times. I will start buying from Starbucks or Panera Bread more. Their customer service caters more to the customer and not to their corporate base.”
