Avoid using this courier , they lose or steal peoples parcels. We had our parcel collected over a week ago and it has not yet been delivered and they have failed to give any updates regarding our parcel. Disgusting service.

WARNING; do not deal with this courier company. Parcel was scheduled for Friday 2nd October with text message saying out for delivery and giving drivers name. Waited all day and tried to phone DX or speak via live chat (not working) and was cut off on automated menu phone once I had entered the tracking no and my postcode. Ended up having to answer NO to "is that the right tracking number" to get through to a human and then transferred again to someone else. Parcel never arrived and they told me drivers to not phone customers if they can't find an address. Out for delivery today and the tracking map gave wrong location for delivery but I could see where about the courier was (although not accurate) Had to phone DX again by saying "NO" to is that the right tracking number to be able to speak to a person. Told them the map showed wrong location and asked them to update their driver .......so eventually my parcel has just arrived. I asked driver (who was the same driver who should have delivered Friday) why he couldn't find our address which is the reason I was given by DX for non-delivery on Friday. He told me he wasn't working that day so conclude also that this company makes up a complete fabrication as it was never going to arrive Friday. Appalling service and a company you cannot get hold of easily by phone or non existent live chat. I felt sorry for the driver who was very pleasant and assume this company just rely on poorly paying couriers who are not always available to deliver. My advice for any companies using DX for deliveries, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE or you will have very disappointed and unhappy customers.

Delivery late, tracking says no access which was untrue, then on another day says signed for when it is not. How can your use a service like this.

Utter rubish service, tracking says delivery attempted and card left, absolute bull**t! Arranged redelivery 2 days later got message at midday saying they’re unable to redeliver that day so arrange another day and received message at midday again saying that they haven’t got time to deliver. They should Get locked in cell for this freelance knocking of people CUN*’S

DX is utterly useless. My item should have arrived on Thursday 23rd, it didn't, email arrived Friday am saying it woud definitely be delivered that day between 8am - 6pm, it never arrived. Tried to contact them - recorded message, don't deliver on Saturdays. Unbelievable - you can't shift our way on Saturdays due to the amount of Delivery vans bombing around - DX excepted! If and when they actually deliver it they can take it back from whence it came as I needed it urgently and have had to buy an emergency replacement. No doubt my argument will now be with the Company I bought from on ebay. Like someone else here has said, Companies should check and ensure they use reliable couriers.

This my first experience with DX as couriers and I must say all the previous comments below giving one star shouldn’t be allowed in the case of DX because that is over rating them. My experience mirrors all those comments below shoddy communication, failed deliveries, wasted time etc I did note on trustpilot DX gained 5 star ratings which really puzzled me. I have redirected delivery for the second time to Tuesday I did think writing these reviews before delivery could cause DX to be complacent about my delivery but that’s happened anyway so nothing to lose I just wish companies checked the reviews for the couriers they use and then changed to a courier who can do a better job not difficult in this case.

Twice, I have waited in all day for my delivery and twice they have been unable to deliver. Given up and cancelled order. We do not have these problems with parcelforce. They are complete liners.

I have had my first experience with DX as couriers and my one wish is that its my last I have reviewed the comments below and can say my experience mirrors those below no communication from them prior to delivery which was indicated as a Friday by Currys when I ordered DX brought it Thursday if I had known I would have taken Thursday off work anyway redirected to Friday waited until 4.30pm and decided to check online on Live Chat that it was coming on Friday I got through to Charlotte who put my mind at rest and said it would be with me by 6 pm you guessed it didn't arrive no communication from DX in any form to inform me why I have had to redirect to Tuesday so the SAga continues I don't know if anyone has checked Trustpilot but there are 5 star reviews there which took me by surprise going on my experience anyway if no parcel Tuesday I am going for a refund and also attempt to warn despatcher of parcel that business will be lost using DX

Shocking. Awful. Dismal. I drove last Thursday especially from London to Cornwall for a parcel that I specifically chose to have delivered for Friday 18th Sept. By this miserable excuse for a company. Their 'tracking' website would have been great in 2010. But now just shows that it is on a courier truck. You have to wait in from 8am til 6pm. No 2 hours slots for this awful lot. So I sat in all day long. At 6.09pm I got a quarter of a ring on the phone. They hung up. I called them back. 10 times - all to voicemail where I asked them to call back. I texted the same. At 6.12pm they closed the job saying 'no access'. The only thing I had driven the 287 mile each way round trip for was for this bike so to be told I wasn't in just took the mick. I tried calling the HQ to get the van to deliver. Their website has phone numbers but no closing time. I got through to some Midlands misery guts who just told me the call centre closed at 5pm. I called on the Saturday. But on a Saturday it is a different unadvertised number. Silly me. I got through and said I needed to be back in work in London on Monday. The only way I could get the parcel was to pick it up myself. From Truro. 40 miles from Penzance. I drove to the depot where someone told me it wasn't there. But in Redruth. 25 miles back down the road. I got there. They couldn't track the parcel or find it. This was a £4000 bike they had lost and why I wanted it delivered to my house rather than where I was working. Eventually they found it and dumped it outside their HQ. Ever tried fitting a bike in a box in a VW Polo? Good luck. No help. No sorry. And still waiting to a reply 9 days later from the email I sent them. Abysmal. Avoid. Tracking number L7003220. If you can call it that.

Waited all day for two items, said they were out for delivery...checked later in the day to see that apparently the driver couldn’t find my address....a normal residential street..in east London...a normal house in a normal road...full postal address supplied....what sort of plebs are this company using....They want me to rearrange delivery....bollox, not my problem...messaged the seller...either items are delivered in next two days or full refund requested..I’ll just to the shops

My parcel is now 2 days late,I tracked it on the website and they say I've re arranged delivery for today,which is an outright lie,I presume they do this when they can't deliver so they can still charge the sender full price,I've informed the sender they've done this,I suggest other people check the tracking to see if the company have altered the delivery date dishonestly,and if they have,inform the sender.

Appalling!!! I waiting in for my wedding ring. The driver can’t have knocked as we have a dog that barks at any passer by!! But I now have to wait another week !! They wouldn’t even call the driver to ask him to turn back !!

This service is diabolical. They give you a delivery time of all day 8am-6pm. I stated that I needed my item delivering before 5pm because my factory would be closed. Of course, DX apparently turn up after 5pm and cannot deliver. I then re-book the delivery and state before 3:30pm in the special instruction box. Again, this is totally ignored and I do not receive my parcel. I paid £5 for postage and have been waiting for my items for over a week now. The customer service line is terrible too, they contacted the driver for the order and couldn't even give an estimation on time that they may have been arriving. Totally unacceptable, shocking delivery service, and make Hermes look like Special Delivery Royal Mail.
