Ordered an expensive vase. Got a notification from DX stating delivery would be made between 8am-6pm. No 2 hour window that others seem to have been given. Waited all day and then had to nip out to get the kids from school. Sure enough I got a notification of a delivery attempt 5 mins after I left. But it was OK because they allowed me you rechedule delivery. So i did, again 8am-6pm window. To my parents home this time. 3 people live there and waited all day long. Got a notification that a delivery attempt was made but no one was in. LIE! Recheduled delivery again, same deal. 8am-6pm window. This time to my original address (home). Me and my wife stayed in all day. Got a notification while we were sat watching a movie to say they had been but no one was in. LIE. Recheduled it yet again. To my parents house because I was going to be there all day decorating with my wife. 5 people were in the house. Got another notification to say they attempted delivery but no one was in. LIE. My dad was in the garden at the time they said they'd been. This time i contacted the seller of the vase and they said they would reach out to them. Recheduled delivery for the 4th time. This time it did indeed turn up. My wife jokingly said "wouldn't it be typical now if it's broken" before opening it. To her horror the vase actually was broken into pieces and cut her finger removing the packaging. I have some bad experiences in the past with deliveries but this one takes the biscuit. I should imagine the seller of the vase will be making a claim for damages. And if anything comes from the cut on her finger there will be something done about that too.

Delivery was hardly made Exactly. Box was open/damaged and one item was missing. When I contacted them they via chat they simply said I would need to contact the supplier. DX Express should accept responsibilty and open the investigation themselves into their unacceptably poor service.

Awful service, waited in 2 days around the time slots and still no delivery and no communication. I will not buy from anyone that uses DX

DX simply lie about delivering items, they never turn up, they lie about leaving cards even when you are in the house. I now check with any supplier to ensure they are NOT USING DX, and refuse to order from any supplier that does.

You are given a two hour delivery window. Tracking says all is good. Right up to the point that it says it has been returned to the depot. We were in all the time. No one came near the house. Had to wait in because of the size of the delivery. It can’t be left anywhere else. The chat bot says it doesn’t recognise the number. Even though it gave it to us. I’m amazed that John Lewis allow their supplier to use them.

Shocking. I have had a text message from them three times advising delivery is due but it just never turns up. Even ringing up "it's around the corner will be 15 mins". They even had my delivery for 5 days before even attempting to deliver. Concerned what condition the goods will be in after all of this. Fourth time lucky???

I have had very much the same problems as other people regarding delivery from DX. We were not available when the first delivery was made to sign for the goods, so a calling card was left. Rearranged on web site for next day, received message on the day to advise delivery would be between 15.50-1750hrs - no delivery. Rearranged again for delivery after the weekend on the Monday, received message on the day to say delivery would be between 16.03-18.03hrs - no delivery again. Have emailed DX and the supplier of the goods, and awaiting their replies.

I took friday morning off work to be home for my delivery before going on holiday this weekend. The email stated that the delivery would arrive between 11am and 1:10pm. I tracked the delivery driver in my area, but by 1:15pm, I had to leave for work and pick up my kids from school. I contacted the chat on their website, and was told it would arrive by 2:30pm. I waited, but the package still did not arrive. I had to have my parents pick up my children from school after 3:30pm. I contacted the chat again, and was told the driver was on the way, but the package still did not arrive. I ended up taking a whole day off work and was informed by the chat that the package would be delivered by 6pm. It got to 10:14pm when I emailed them to complain as I still have not received my package. I expected it to be delivered next day and I got an email saying “ Unfortunately delivery failed yesterday due to an internal problem at the depot which meant the courier was unable to complete all of the scheduled deliveries. Our records indicate that your item will be delivered on the next available date 17 June.” ! So I had to make sure someone was home to receive package again today! Not acceptable explanation !! Also when I just received the package, the box was damaged and you can tell it’s been thrown around! The worse delivery service EVER!

Delivered my bicycle overnight and on time, no damage. The driver phoned me 5 minutes before arrival and helped me into my house with it . I was very worried about it due to all the negative reviews, but I didn't need to worry it all went well.

There’s no number to actually call anyone on, it’s all online chat & even then there’s long waiting times To talk to someone and when you do talk to someone all they do is say you have to rebook the delivery

If I could I would have given zero stars.such a rubbish service I received text that Andrew will deliver my package between 1532-1732....I kept waiting as tracking was saying. All day delivery after 1732. I called nobody picked up the phone and now it says attempt first delivery. I mean is this a joke. I have done an email however no response yet. This company is a waste of time.

Appalling service. Constantly moving the delivery date back without any explanation. Been messing us around for days. Avoid at all costs. Can’t answer many of the questions below as we still haven’t received the package.

This delivery service is no good at all. Not one to leave reviews but been waiting on a delivery for over a week now no update, no call back, no nothing, can't even pick it up myself but yet Sat at the depot for 3 days

Parcel was suppose to come Monday now says been delayed when I paid for next day delivery Friday with supplier now Wednesday just says your items delayed no update or when it’s going to be delivered shocking company won’t be using again so either i take it they lost my parcel won’t be using this company again for delivery’s

The delivery driver was very aggressive, threatening and abusive because I wouldn't take a 25kg package off him in the street rather than him deliver it to my door (I am disabled with severe arthritis and can only walk using sticks). He dumped the package on the ground floor of my block (I live on the 6th floor snd there are lifts) and futher verbally abused me and threatened to 'do' me. This is disgusting behaviour and will not be tolerated; it has been reported to the police. A further complaint has gone to the HSE as the package is well above the maximum permitted in the Manual Handling Regulations so a trolley should have been used or two people needed to lift it. If this horrible person is representative of the company you should avoid using them at all costs.

Even though I gave correct delivery address and there is concierge desk opnes for 24 hours and 7 days , this company already failes to deliver the parcel and when I track it , it always shows 'insufficient address details provided' and very difficult to contact customer service . Just so painful .

My paint was meant to arrive yesterday..Still waiting now no updates on the tracking either...this isn't a reliable courier service...not happy won't be using again...
