Absolute joke of a company. I have used them both as a shipper and a receiver. At work my company use DX for heavy/bulky items and they fail to show most of the time then complain when they have a load to carry. As a receiver they are also awful! The tracking is very rudimentary (DPD and Amazon logistics rule here, closely followed by royal mail and their 'by 1pm' service) as it says your package is out the depot and that's it, no estimate for delivery or anything, similarly even though your parcel says it is out for delivery there's no guarantee you'll actually receive it as the driver may decide to keep it in the van and finsiht eh route the next day.

i just posted my review on trustpilot and as far as I am concerned i will try to do the same on every other site to make sure people are aware of the joke of a company you are. Basically a company that takes money but does not deliver anything. My parcel is lost and you tried to fob me off by asking me to contact the sender when the parcel was in your possession. Contacting your call centre by phone is impossible as you are too busy dealing with complaints. Stop trading, this country needs good reliable companies, not cowboys.

DX Delivery Maidstone - if you have ordered online and your order is being delivered by this company BE AWARE - delivery dates and times are highly unreliable, against head office directive they still deliver goods in damaged packing and, worse still, they/their drivers will falsify electronic tracking docket confirming delivery.

Was waiting for my daughters passport to be delivered, once I missed the delivery as I had to run out for 5 mins, my bad, had to reschedule it, so I did for the next saturday as I am working mon-fri and never at home. So I was sitting all saturday next to the window, even opened my main doors a bit to hear if somebodys in just in case, to receive a message just few minutes till 5 saying I missed the delivery and the calling card has been left, hence, NOBODY EVEN PASSED BY, NO CARD WAS LEFT. The courier obviously couldnt be bothered to finish his work and because its 5 decided I can rearange the delivery. Therefore, I lost my whole day, could’t do nothing at all as I was waiting for the passport, not even mentioning that I was about to get tickets for holidays, which, by the way, is getting more expensive as I have to wait for my daughters passport to purchase them. I am a single mother that works full time, I am not driving, and time is one of most important factors in my life, I am very disguisted with that kind of customer service. Literally 0 responsability. TOTALLY RUINED MY DAY AND MY PLANS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

I rearrange for a delivery and had to take a day off to stay home as they said they will deliver any time between 9am-5pm. The letter did not arrive at all. Tried calling their number and all of them went to automatic voice messages. Utterly rubbish as they have caused so much inconvenience to me. Waste of my time.

non-existent customer service live chat is slow and took at least 1/2 hour for something that would a call take 2 minutes - and the issue is not resolved as there is no option for a timed delivery so one has to take the day off for it; you end up stuck in a loop of re-booking a delivery and hoping that by chance the delivery will happen at the time when you'll be home, and never at the weekend! appalling and will never ever use this again - at this rate, you will go out of business

Where to start?! Told the supplier they had tried to call me to arrange delivery but hadn't. Then when they did finally call could only arrange delivery for 8 days time. On the agreed delivery date waited in all morning but no delivery. Called them and was told item was not loaded onto van?! Didn't even bother to call me to say it wasn't coming. Now one month has passed since order was dispatched and still nothing. Worst courier I have ever dealt with. Failed to load item on to van for second day running despite a supervisor guaranteeing it would be delivered today!

I had 2 parcels delivered on 2 separate days only receiving the updates on the morning of the deliveries. As they have the option I went on and rearranged for a different date on their website. I even called their "customer service team" which is by the way quite the opposite of a customer service team. They left my first parcel in front of my door, and let is soak in the rain all day. According to customer services the driver is allowed to do that as their head office is in Glasgow they don't know what the weather is like. I also have the driver on CCTV just cussing, being very happy about me not being at home. The second item also got delivered today instead of Friday. Luckily this is full plastic so it can soak unless it will get stolen from my front door. They are in Glasgow so they won't know. Again I played by the rules. This company should not be in the logistics business and I wonder how they get any business. Unless they deliver things for free I cannot see a reason for anyone using them.

Advised delivery would be today but no idea what time. I had company and we were suppose to be going out for lunch. I rang to see if I could be given an approximate time, was well impressed with the telephone service and was advised it would be between 1:00 and 4:00. So cancelled lunch and asked for a table for 6:00, it’s is now5:15 and I’m still waiting for delivery. Really not impressed.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen. Wasted time waiting at home for a day and told my delivery was unsuccessful. What? Are you kidding me? I now really question why Home Office would choose this company. Is their efficiency (both of my visas were delayed this month)? Custom service (never can get through their phone, always not available??)? or their value (please pay 7 pounds if you want to schedule your delivery a.m. or p.m., not even a specific time slot)? As far as I can see, they do not really care if they can delivery your passport or not. They do not value their customers because we have no other choice but forced to choose them. They do not try their best to reach you either. They may have many excuses, but please understand the importance of these documents. You have a job to fulfill. It is not just some cloths or shoes or books. These are very critical! I would give 2 stars as with some efforts, you can still get your parcel in someway. But why everyone around me complained about you. There must be a obvious reason: ignorance and monopoly.

I've seen reviews where people say I don't leave many reviews but I have never left a review so this is a first I'll get to the point don't use this company they lie said they left card to say I was not in when I had stayed in all day I have security camera's all round my house and there was no delivery of any kind!!!@

Totally useless.. Said parcel was delivered but we have not got the parcel.. After chasing them to asked the driver he said he'd delivered to the wheel refurber next door as we were closed.. We're a warehouse with a manned reception? As there's No wheel reburbers any where near us I doubt he's done that, Asked all the company's around us and nothing Called back again got a most unhelpful lady.. But she didn't doubt the driver?? I'm now £300 out of pocket with no suspension for my car.. Dx's Web page says DX deliver exactly.. I don't think so!! I don't normally leave reviews but after this failire and lack of service I have no choice..

I would give them zero stars if I could. Seriously, they were a week late to deliver my parcel. And then when they finally updated their really dull tracking system providing that they were at our house the other day - wow, what a liar, we were home the whole time on that specific day and we did not hear anything. It's a quiet area, I'm pretty sure any noise would have got our attention. They have changed the delivery date 3 times - all different dates. I mean, what is wrong with this DX courier company? They might as well shut it down for the peace of delivery service community. I ordered through Parcel2go website so I had no idea this company is such a failure. If I had known better, I would never ever use their service, I'd even go collect it by myself. Do not repeat my mistake. Avoid this courier! Worst service ever!

They rang and emailed to confirm an 08:00 to 10:00 delivery slot, we waited and waited, nothing. Rang their customer services at 11:00 to be told, after a wait, that the driver was on his way to us, and after enquiring how long that was likely to be, was told 10-15 minutes. That despite their online map that showed their vans position to be a good 1.5 hours away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maps and technology can go wrong. Still nothing arrived until 13:00, 3 hours late. Driver said no-one had rung him and they werent given any schedule to follow, just a list of post codes and they sort it out themselves. So thats a lie from customer services for starters. Then of the three items that were supposed to be delivered, they only had two. "Not my job mate, we only deliver what we are given" On to today, yet another confirmation SMS, your order will be delivered between 08:05 and 10:05, its now 11:26 and Im not hopeful. We both work and one of us is taking time out to wait for this shower of incompetents

I don't usually leave reviews but DX has annoyed me so much that I will post this everywhere I can - They are and Absolutely Abysmal Company, Arranged for an item to be collected with DX, collected on second attempt - a week later it still hadn't arrived, chased them by email as they will not answer phone, they then said by email parcel damaged and has to be returned to sender - a week later tracking updates to say it's been delivered back to sender and who says it has not been delivered. DX ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF SPACE, DO NOT USE - YOU WILL REGRET IT - I CERTAINLY DO!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service all I got was lies, every excuse you can think of . Could not find address . Lies was not in to sign Lies, driver not well ? Van broke down . I was promised a Saturday delivery on Friday on Saturday I was told it would have to be rebooked for 29th Thursday MAY I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with . Do not use them be warned

Absolutely disgusting. I missed the first delivery of a letter which I needed to sign for, I have ried to rearrange delivery, and they are telling me they have already delivered it!!

Absolutely abysmal. This is the second time I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with DX and in both cases the handling of the deliver times have been awful. The first time the deliver failed two days in a row after tracking it literally no more than 200 meters way (due to running out of time). Fine, lets forgive that. This time, the delivery was attempted twice at 7:30am, despite the Standard Delivery time being listed as between 9am-5pm: > Standard redeliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm. Please ensure that you or your authorised representative is available to sign for the redelivery on the day you have booked. After trying to contact over the phone and being cut off, I sent an e-mail asking if they can deliver between 9-5. To which the response was "we can re-arrange a delivery or you can come pick it up". Obviously re-arranging the delivery isn't going to help if you can't actually delivery it when you say you will within a 9 hour time slot. I tried calling again and ended up speaking to someone who didn't have a clue and sounded like they would rather be anywhere else than at a DX office. Apparently he had to put a note on my order for it to be delivered between the times they themselves set? Who knows if I'll ever actually receive this.

Absolutely terrible experience. They are supposed to be delivering a passport from the passport office. They have had it in their possession well over a week. They claim to have attempted delivery twice but on one of the days in question there was someone at home all day. They never left a card or anything to suggest they ever made it to my front door. I found it impossible to speak to a person until the passport office put me through at their end. I have just given directions to someone to pass on to the driver which was like pulling teeth. The delivery slot is 9-5pm which is ridiculous especially as they have my mobile and could easily call an hour in advance so that I do not have to stay at the house all day. It remains to be seen whether they deliver today.
