I used to be a Team Leader at South London depot for 9 years. Higher management were rubbish. My manager was lazy and used to turn up few hours late every night and hide away leaving me to run shift or always going sick. Staff seemed to do as they please and would not listen to me and if I took complaint higher nothing was ever done. Even when I left job the management couldn't be bothered to give me a nice send off after 9 years and hardly going sick and never late. The day I handed my notice in my manager was running around the warehouse asking every Tom, Dick and Harry if they wanted my job as he knew that once I had gone he would have to deal with everything. Awful company.

I have had text messages sent to me, saying my delivery is out for delivery. Im disabled, & have cancelled a few appointments & plans. I still havn,t recieved my items.

Delivery time was supposed to be 0700-0900. Nothing came. Called customer service twice and I was on hold for 20 minutes each time. Now with all this bad reviews I am getting very anxious. Would give 0 stars if there was one.

AVOID!! DX Freight have arranged a collection of faulty goods that was delivered and didn't tuned up on collection date, then they have rearranged for another day and again failed to collect the goods. And 6 days later got in touch with me to arrange another collection date. They are so unprofessional and if you like to avoid inconveniences and like myself spend 2 whole days waiting for delivery or collection with nobody turning up - just book with someone else whom is more reliable.

Shocking....won't go into details as my parcel is still 'somewhere'.... Every time I've had something delivered or attempted to be delivered by DX there's been a cock-up. Now awaiting delivery of parcel after they couldn't find my address.....(try sat-nav/google/WAZE etc?) then B.S. saying I wasn't in, although I was and even checked my cctv - no delivery van or driver....

Atrocious. Received a blank card on Saturday, no info apart from the reference number. Booked redelivery for today and left note on door stating that I was in the back of the house and to either knocked loudly or short through the gate. Found a comment that they'd shouted and knocked three times. There's nothing wrong with my hearing. I manage to hear every called yesterday above drills and hammering, and today was sat in complete silence. Needs to go back to school - the first person I've ever encountered incapable of spelling the word 'didn't '.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Send emails saying they've attempted delivery when they haven't. I've been home on both occasions as the email from DX has pinged in saying 'failed delivery attempt. Left calling card'. The second time, I was sat by the front door of my house as it happened. Add to this the fact that there is no way to contact them - chat never staffed and phone number is (handily for them) for rebooking your delivery only. Appalling doesn't even come close.

POOR. Worst delivery company in the the Whole United Kingdom, first of all my parcel was lost, after that the provider sent me another one that was supposed to arrive today between 1-3 PM, i took a day off from work to be home and pick it up and at 4:30 PM i ve got an email that they ve tried to deliver the parcel and left a note, wich didnt happend cause i was home all day. Costumer service was shouting trough the phone, got mad and hang up the phone in my face without any answer. This is unprofessional and poor.

Had a run in with one of there charming drivers this morning as I was riding my bike to work on the outskirts of Birmingham. The driver was stationary in the middle of a busy road at times so I slowed to see what direction he was taking then he decided to reverse. I was at the rear on the drivers side so if he could have been bothered to use his mirror he would have easily seen me. I shouted out I’m behind you at wich point he decided to hang out of his window and call me a f ing w nker. As I passed the lorry I stopped got my phone out and took pics of him at this point he was sticking his finger up and shouting abuse. I’ve tried contacting someone but apparently their phone number isn’t working. I will be contacting the police as this bully shouldn’t be behind the wheel.

Still waiting on my parcel a week later, tracking never updates, I've rang and been passed from pillar to post, order couldn't be found, waited at home all day Monday as the email said delivery between 0.800 and 18.00 hours, never turned up, live chat is non existent, another email yesterday after I had to submit one online to say out for delivery today, more lies, checked my tracking this evening and it has updated to say out for delivery, absolute shambles of a company!

Would give 0 stars if I could.  Purchased an item online specifcially selecting 1 June as delivery day.  The evening of 31 May I get a confirmation saying delivery will be attempted 8.54-10.54 am, so I took half day of to stay home and get the parcel.  No parcel arrived.  It has now been almost a week and no updates from DX.  After multiple attempts to call / speak to them on chat (no agents are ever available at this poor excuse for a company!) I finally got through, but I was told that they have no idea what is going on (apparently they are currently "too busy" as they "received too many orders") and the best they can do is to email the depot (they cannot get through on the phone to their own depot as no-one is picking up!) and hope to get bak to me in 3 working days with an update!  Absolute rubbish!  No-one should ever use them again.  I will definitely not buy from any online stores that use them.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from your company. I entrusted you with the delivery of my blinds, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. To begin with, I missed the initial delivery day because I did not receive any text message or email notification regarding the status of my delivery. After rescheduling for another day, I made sure to be available all day, yet your staff failed to show up or provide any communication regarding the situation. Frustrated, I rescheduled once again for today and had to contact your customer service to understand what was happening. I was promised a transcript of the chat once I closed the window, but it never arrived. Furthermore, instead of the initially agreed upon 9-5 delivery window, I suddenly received a text message notifying me that the delivery would take place between 7 am and 9 pm. I find it unacceptable that in this digital era, I had to spend an entire day waiting like a statue without being given even a two-hour window for the delivery. This lack of consideration for my time is highly disappointing. To add insult to injury, I just received a message stating that the delivery was unsuccessful BECAUSE I WAS NOT IN, despite the fact that I have been at my designated location all day long. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Considering my daily rate of £150, I request that DX compensate me for the inconvenience caused. Your company's performance has been utterly useless, and your employees seem to lack any sense of pride in their work. I hope you take my concerns seriously and take immediate steps to rectify this situation.

Please avoid this company. the couriers are completely lying about attempting the delivery. Today i was expecting delivery from 9:33 to 11:33 on 17 James Avenue, but nobody tried to deliver the parcel as i checked the footage from my security camera, and they still claiming that they left a calling card in the letter box. Absolutely ridiculous company.

Item ordered from homebase 18/5/23 Either dx gives you dilivery time window and don't turn up or my 3rd attempt they didn't have the item on the van. I am getting fed up of spending my time chasing up for my dilivery!! 0 stars

Same as others Claimed couldn't deliver Left note. NO note of attempt of deliver.Acrually sat in livingroom at allegedly time of attempted delivery which looks onto road. Unbelievable.

Absolutely appalling. The driver seemingly doesn’t want to deliver the parcel. I needed the parcel ordered to be delivered on Wednesday. I am still waiting for the parcel! Never again will I order from the companies who use them . Disgusted.
