Item was to be delivered on Thursday then was told Friday then was told Monday so changed delivery address on Friday as nobody was going to be in on Monday had an email to confirm delivery address change but still ended up been delivered where nobody was in

Shocking delivery service. I cannot recall one delivery by this company that went without an issue. I either have to give an alternative delivery address as they are the only deliver company who can’t find my address, or go and pick it up from Manchester myself which is a 50 miles round trip. Either way it’s always a hinderance to myself. I have got to a point where I won’t order items from a company that uses DX for deliveries however some slip through the net and I get the same issues every time….absolutely awful.

Horrible service, stay away. Was meant to deliver on thursday, no delivery, rearanged online for delivery on firday, tracking says out for delivery, contacted live chat to find out its not scheduled for delivery that day! Agreed to pick it up from depot next week just to get status change online to "There is a problem with this delivery, please contact DX on 0333 241 0333 *" when called, automated system goes in a loop. redials you to another service that is now closed and hangs up. Zero information, update even tho website TOLD YOU TO CALL THEM! HORRIBLE would be understatement. STAY WELL AWAY!

Really really poor experience. Told delivery was one day but never arrived, rescheduled for next day and then delivery cancelled for a second time (both with no excuse) and then had to go and pick up myself at the depot. All of this with no real explanation as to why. Avoid at all cost!

after having a stand up altercation with one of their delivery drivers today of a parcel that was clearly damaged yet he wouldn’t let me inspect it and expected me to sign for it, then he grabbed the parcel away and refused to let me have it. what an utter disgrace the company are,

Ordered an item on next day delivery 5 days late and still no parcel. Delivery was apparently attempted but as per my cctv no delivery driver even entered the street. Poor poor service and customer service is awful and not helpful in the slightest

Had a delivery today from DX the guys names were Abeid & Sourav. They were very polite & helpful really nice guys. They delivered my large order to exactly were I wanted it.

Possibly the worst courier company so far, and that's saying something when we used to have Hermes before they were Evri.. Car part badly needed, ordered, apparently "out for delivery" at 8am, absolutely zilch turned up, no notification, nothing.. today, same thing, same time on the van, and we have nothing again!!

Excellent service from Jay. Yesterday delivered some items I ordered . They were very heavy , he carried them in one at a time. 17. Discovered they were the wrong items. He came back today and carried them all out again. Wonderful man.

Terrible delivery company left my bed downstairs refused to help bring it into my block and said if I did not move it within 2 mins he would take my delivery back never use this company there terrible

I had my parcel delivered today by Mansoor and Abeid. They were very very friendly, polite and happy. Excellent service, I asked if they could take it round the back , no problem whatsoever. I wish dx would deliver all my goods instead of Evri who 100% awful, dx are 100000% brilliant. This two guys are a credit to dx, and to themselves

Awful company, waited in for a pickup, then received text /email stating they missed us. Two people in the house and the bell works and neither of us are deaf. Had an awful time communicating with the company as you cannot talk to anyone. Eventually got them to re-schedule the pickup, waited and no pickup, not even an estimate of pick up. Finally got on their chat and was told there was no pickup, even though I had a copy of the pickup schedule for that day from the receiving company and it was DX themselves who had told me it had been rescheduled. So now waited for the 3rd attempt to pickup, waited in, tracked them on their app, I left the front door open, and finally saw a van pull up, when I want to the door I saw the van drive off? No-one knocked at the door, no-one left a card, WTF! I did not hear a van door slam shut and do not believe the driver even got out the van. I wasted best part of two days waiting and trying to communicated with DX and the receiving company. So 10 mins walk round the corner and the parcel is sent on its way with Royal Mail. Never use DX.

Most of them 5 star reviews are fake ,From their own people who work for them TRACKING ID 7027655627 I have a very bad experience Dx Delivery service is just another Hermes Use Royalmail,,Amazon,Dhl,FedX Avoid these two scammer companies hermes and DX First of all you will not receive you shipment safe / on time if u do they will put in bin without knowing you ,They don't even bother Doorbell/knock ..Bunch of lazy people running these two companies with lazy drivers

Ordered an item which was meant to be on Express Delivery. I needed this item delivered today and specifically took time off work to ensure I was home to receive it. I have now had an email telling me the driver missed me but has left a calling card. The driver absolutely has NOT attended my address today. Neither I nor my (reactive) dog has heard or seen a soul all day. I also have an intercom system which calls my phone directly, which he has not used. No calling card has been left either. I knew as soon as I saw it was DX Deliveries that this would happen. Please, do not use this company. They are nothing but useless liars. A quick search will see multiple complaints relating to the same thing online too about this company. Also, trying to get hold of ANYONE in customer service is made as difficult as possible. All automated BS designed to send you in circles.

Waited for item all day. Tracking said it was in local depot. They then said it wasn't. Paid £60 for overnight delivery. Now won't arrive till next Monday. 4 days after order. Chat on website blames the supplier. Phoned up. On hold for 38minures. Then it said, there has been a technical difficulty, then cut off.

Drive damaged manhole cove and he drive off saying I should buy new one , customer service transferred me to NJT south east limited they get back to me after 24 hours . Manhole left open for 24 hours kids passing to school and I had to get some one to fix . NJt saying I should left the manhole open for them to come and inspect it.
