I was given a delivery slot of between 10am and 2pm on a Saturday. The driver attempted at 9:23, whilst I was in the shower and couldn't get to the intercom in time. He didn't try calling my phone and didn't leave a calling card. Either come at the scheduled time or reattempt at the scheduled time. DON'T COME OUTSIDE OF THE SCHEDULED HOURS, MAKE A 15 SECOND, HALF-ARSED ATTEMPT, THEN SAY IT WAS UNDELIVERABLE!!! ALSO NO ACTUAL HUMANS TO CALL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. DESERVE LESS THAN 1 STAR, - 10 STARS! DIDN'T RECEIVE!! WORST DELIVERY COMPANY, AVOID!!

The worst experience Ever been for the passport long time and I have to takes days off for it and never appeared . HM Passport need to Reconsidering using this kind of courier service company.

This is the worst courier service I've ever dealt with. Their website never works, or they fail to update it. It's impossible to track a parcel. They don't knock. Do they expect people to stand outside in the road for them? I think they say they have been, but in reality never bothered to show up. Why are they even still in business?

Can’t fault the service. Had a phone call from them saying they was 10 minutes away from me. Driver and his mate carried the items into my garage for me, both were very courteous at all times. All I have is praise for the lads and dx deliveries. A big Thankyou to the lads from notts.

DX plan delivery of your FCO item ref 1232251372 by 05 Feb 2020 between 14:00 and 18:00. Signature required. Track or rebook at www.dxdelivery.com This delivery should be signed and the company didn’t deliver my document, but they said they did deliver to my address. My document went missing. On 19th February a builder came to my flat with my parcel, which was a very important document. The builder said that he was working in the place that my document was delivered and that nobody leaves there for a long time. He found my document there and kindly hand them to me. DX has not even apologised when I sent a picture of my parcel. Avoid this company if you can.

Waited in for the whole day and no attempt to deliver my passport. Still waiting for it to arrive. The same thing has happened 3 times now. The post office really needs to think about the contract they have with DX. It really is shambolic

Claimed company I bought goods from had gone into administration when they hadn’t Claimed they were informed by administrator to keep goods which they weren’t Asked if I could collect bathroom items they said I couldn’t Little more than theft in my opinion

Ordered 2 riser recliner chairs from furniture online . Was given a delivery day/time and all ok up to that point. Delivery arrived within allocated times but that's where the bad experiences started. Should have been delivering 2 chairs but there was only 1 on the van and driver knew nothing about when second one would be delivered. After confirming I was only signing for 1 chair I allowed them to bring it in only to find the 2 boxes were badly damaged s I asked the driver to open the boxes to inspect chair and as suspected it was badly damaged as well . So I rejected the delivery on that grounds . Contacted the vendor explained to them what had happened and they were great and informed me they would despatch 2 new chairs . A few days later get an email from dx with a delivery slot . Second delivery came 3 hours early and the attitude of the driver was disgusting . He went onto van and I could hear a lot of noise from stuff being thrown around inside . They brought in the first box which was again badly damaged as was the second box , I asked if the second chair boxes were in better condition to be told yet again there was only 1 chair for delivery. On hearing this I refused the delivery again on the grounds of badly damaged boxes and incomplete order . The driver was not at all happy that he had to carry the boxes back out ... I informed the vendor again and requested a refund . My review is based on the terrible experiences I have had with this delivery service

Returning documents are damaged. I’ve raised the issue and asked for the compensation instead I received the letter of acknowledgment in thick they are saying their courier did not see any damage.... seems like they calling me a lier

Stayed at home all week waiting for my package which was important that I get it as it was my BRP and needed it for proof of work. All I got was a letter to say that, they attended 4 days ago with tracking number and a request to pay additional funds for specific times. The day the claimed they attended I was sitting almost next to the front door. No one turned up, no missed delivery slip and no knock.

I received a notification email to say my parcel would be delivered between 8am to 12 this morning. No sign of it after 5pm (their closing time). This has happened on many previous occasions when expecting deliveries from DX. Why do companies persist in using DX for shipping goods, they are a joke!!!

I have just received my delivery for an order from Travis Perkins . I received a text message this morning at 7 am confirming delivery between 10am and 2pm. Delivery was as promised before 2pm. Driver was helpful. Excellent service Thank you

Parcel never turned up on dedicated time. Said attempted delivery on tracking. Called DX and they said they could not deliver bathroom units but would not say why. I phoned again and asked if we could pick the units up as it our bathroom and we urgently need it, they said no and hung up. Now our tracking number does not exist. Last place our parcel was at was Wolverhampton..What is going on? is this theft?.. Heart less crooks!

Waited in all day for a delivery that never arrived. Paid a premium to ensure delivery on this date. When I called DX they stated that they weren't the courier, yet had received tracking details from them that didn't work! Phoned the company that I ordered the item from and they confirmed that DX were the couriers, although DX stated that it was Royal Mail. Very poor unprofessional company, needs to be closed down

Same as everyone else, they said they had attempted a delivery, lies, they never came here at all. Supposed to be “trying again” tomorrow, yeah, right. Passport office need to read all these bad reviews about this company, they are useless and don’t care

Useless...waited the whole day...they sent a text saying they tried to deliver..no they didnt..I was in my lounge waiting for them...a neighbour says someone arrived ash him to sign and left when he said no..my doorbell didnt ring..liars!

They are useless...asked a passerby to sign for my passport...he said no I wont sign..so the driver left..I was sitting in my lounge waiting for him..didnt ring the door...sent a text saying tried to deliver...no they didnt!!...dont think they care what we write here anyway
