The worst delivery courier they are cheating absolute liars, they say they will deliver our parcel but they are never coming I’m absolutely disgusted. I really don’t know how they manage to operate they are thieves and a scam really. This parcel company shouldn’t even be existed , how? Really don’t recommend this company the Is worst I have ever seen in my life.

Worst delivery company rescheduled my delivery for 2 days later they came 2 different days I'd not arranged ,no time slot no txt no call service centre 20 miles away gave up will wait for parcel to go back to sender and get a refund

They have delivered my passport to someone else. Yes, they delivered a special delivery without an ID confirmation. Someone signed for my passport delivery and DX delivery do not even lift a finger to help the situation. I could get some help from the VFS global (which was the sender). However, DX delivery has automated responses. They wanted me to check the reception of my building, which DOES NOT EXIST. Then, they wanted me to check my neighbours. Obviously, none of my neighbours had my passport. I do not know what will happen to my passport anymore, that is why I am writing this review now. My suggestion to anyone who reads this, DO NOT TRUST DX DELIVERY. Avoid it like it is the coronavirus.

Waiting for a samsung watch to be delivered, they says was delivered and sign for, never happened. Scam company and thieves drivers. Shame for samsung because they choose to work with sla company like this.

This company doesn't deserve a single star. The worst service I have experienced. They just through the card outside the block and didn't bother to ring the flat number and deliver the passport properly as it should be.

Terrible service. I worked from home to ensure I was in all day. followed tracking on their website all day. Finally the tracking system updated late afternoon saying the driver tried to deliver at 1.30pm but could not get access to property. This is a blatant lie, as I was in all day and no one even rang the door bell. Clearly couldn't be bothered / had time to deliver my parcel so made up an excuse. Terrible service - don't touch them with a barge pole if you can avoid them.

Apparently my dad passport was delivered on 29 January to his door which apparently did not happen I have checked cctv and no one had been to the door and apparently someone has signed for it at the door according to dx the driver says he has delivered it and know the passport office is investigating where the passport has gone .dx delivery company are a scam the way they deliver goods to your door never use them .also the driver took pics of another door which don't even match my dad front door .

I had booked a collection for a return to an online shop with DX, and was given a timeframe between 9am and 5pm, meaning I had to take annual leave and was unable to leave the house all day. Unfortunately DX did not show up; another collection date was arranged and I called the day before to confirm, but despite this it was another no show. In the meantime all of my emails had been ignored, so I got the online retailer I tried to return an item to arranged another date for me, only for DX to not show up for the third time. I have sent several emails, and DX have not been in touch to either apologise, offer an explanation or offer another date for finally fulfilling the service I have already paid for and on which I already wasted three full days. Steer well clear.

Re my review on horrible rude delivery man. I managed to speak with a lovely lady at DX. She was disgusted by his behaviour and said she would contact the Manchester office to report him. I wait their response but maybe I shouldn’t hold my breath in future I will check who the couriers are before placing on line orders.

Dx delivered my passport today. The envelope was completely open. Someone has obviously opened it and now knows the details from the passport. I'm extremely concerned and have reported it to the passport office who will investigate

Male driver was verbally abusive to a female employee when she challenged him for parking in an unauthorised area on site. He shouted at her, caused a huge disruption to the business, started throwing things around and then stated he wasnt going to deliver the parcels. He refused to give his name. Have tried to ring the company and they dont want to know either....be very careful if you are a female recipient. Having read some of the below reviews, this doesnt appear to be an isolated incident.

Driver banged on door and rang bell. No hello or pleasantry. Handed me small parcel and asked my name. Told to sign. He squeezed past my car and drive gate a mere 12 inches (he was not a small man) As he went to get second large package I went and opened the path gate for him and asked him not to squeeze past my car. He asked why I replied that my car had been previously damaged by someone doing that. He became very angry and continued to squeeze through. Shouting at me that he knew what he was doing. He handed me the package on my doorstep ( a microwave ). I said thank you but he continued to shout at me standing at the end of my path shouting in an aggressive manner. Next time he said I will not carry it up the path. It is too heavy. I am a 73 year old female and never have I experienced such a rude ignorant and arrogant delivery man. He should be sacked. Horrible person should not be dealing with the public.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking customer service, actually lied to me stating delivery attempts had been made but due to the nature of item being delivered I was able to prove (with government official) no attempts had been made. Do not use this cowboy company!

Not even 1 star worthy. Waited in for my delivery. Did not knock, ring the bell or post through letter box. Would not return with package. Absolutely awful customer service. Do not use.

I was told my documents would be delivered between 12 noon and 4 pm. No one arrived and the 'live chat' is not available on their website. I called them and the computer offered me a date 4 days later and has given me a time of 9 am - 5 pm. These are legal documents and I do not have the time to wait. Awful service.

Goods took over a week to arrive. They lied about 3 attempted deliveries including leaving a calling card - my CCTV says otherwise. The driver told me this was his first attempt to deliver and only because he'd found the goods 'lying in the yard'. Appalling service and customer care. Avoid like the plague.

Maybe it needs to say somewhere that DHL handles international shipments as the UK passport Email has a link to your site and nowhere on there does it say you then give international shipments to DHL, if it did I wouldn't have wasted my time and money phoning yourselves and then the UK passport office. both times I spoke with a women who couldn't have been less interested in helping me if they tried and I'd have just phoned DHL directly who of course as always were very helpful, able to supply me with tracking numbers and even reference numbers. So let me get this straight the UK government pays your company to handle posting of passports but you then employ DHL to send them internationally, I can only assume (allegedly) someone is making a nice packet out of this arrangement otherwise why not employ DHL directly, cut out the middle man as it were. But then I shouldn't expect to much from the UK government and its onward march in outsourcing anything that's not bolted down.
