The world would be a better place without this company. Please avoid if you’re a business as will only upset your customers. Terrible customer service. Unorganised chaos as a business. I have attached my delivery schedule for this week. 2 days (tuesday and thursday) I’ve been told it will be delivered in a 2 hour time slot. Both days I sat and wasted my time for it never to come and after 6pm you can’t get in touch with them. My delivery was due 4.25-6.25. I even emailed them to say I won’t be holding my breath for it to be delivered..and they reassured me it would be delivered. As to no ones surprise it was not delivered. I ordered from amazon which are usually amazing but sadly the business decided to use DX. I have contacted amazon for a refund and told DX to shove their delivery. You can track your driver but the tracking then disappears and then it says ‘we will attempt delivery today’ Just wouldn’t waste your time on them ever delivering your parcel. Avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this company as it was a plague ridden covid-19 infected malicious mutant sent from the future to ruin your day. They were 'unable to deliver' several times to a building with a smart post box (delivery can be made by anyone with hands 27/7), a concierge (for those lacking hands) or via intercom (by calling my flat obviously). Somehow none of these options were available to the delivery driver who was clearly faking attempts to match his daily quota. Don't bother using them and cancel any order you've made with them.

Just to be sure I'm leaving this in the right place I'm referring to DX group PLC. The firm that delivers (well is paid to deliver). Can't get anyone on the phone have changed the delivery date twice now to the same inconvenient date a week later but with such a poor service its the best I can set up and twice now they are just trying to deliver anyway. The HSamuals didn't say who they were using for deliveries but know it was these cowboys would certainly put me off using any supplier. Be interesting to see it ever gets to me as its a present for next week.

Said they had delivered to my address when they hadn't. No photo evidence of delivery. Contacted them and got email back saying they have delivered and if I'm not happy contact the seller of the item. Poor service and customer service.

I have dropped my day 2 PCR test, as per instructions at DX depot in my hometown. They have arrived at their destination ( testing centre) 5 days later .

received a text on 1 September informing me the delivery would be 2 September between 9.55 and 11.55. I received another message on the so called day of delivery that the item would now be delivered between 10.50 and 12.50. I tracked the delivery as it did not arrive at the allocated time and the van was approximately 30 miles away from me. I tracked every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the afternoon and it slowly got nearer and was about 5 miles away from me at approximately 16.30. At 16.57 I received a message saying a delivery attempt had failed, which was a lie as they came nowhere near my house. When I later tracked my delivery the case was closed as” No access “. This was again another lie. It was so difficult to contact DX2. The offices were closed and despite pressing the request for a callback, it was not received. After another few hours and numerous phone calls the next day, I eventually was able to speak to an advisor, who confirmed I was indeed right and by checking the details from the cab the delivery drivers did not come anywhere near my house. He also said the item may never have been on the van. He said he would speak to the depot and get back to me after half an hour. This did not happen and again I was left in despair at the lack of customer service news, the delivery will now arrive on Tuesday. Delivered today within allocated time slot. Driver parked in the middle of the road holding up traffic, despite parking places available. Second person eating sandwiches in passenger seat. Asked for delivery to be taken through open side gate and was told “ I don’t know if I can carry it” despite it being a DX2man and they must have loaded on the van in the first place. Did carry it around and was very light. No logo on van, which is no surprise as they would not want to advertise such disgusting lack of service. Bought item from Homebase and will never buy from them again as another lack of customer service and Call centre in India with abrupt and disgusting lack of customer service. Still awaiting call back from manager 4 days later. Item is damaged and will have no choice but to put up with it as no way to turn for a decent response.

Given a three hour window,that passed and the tracking facility disappeared back to …we will “attempt “ today. Not expecting it to arrive , have had the misfortune to have a delivery by them before ,equally bad. Why do company's use them?

Appalling - delivery of garden bench twice promised and both times told us delivery had not been possible as we were out although we were in all the time and looking out for it. Would love to know where on earth it is. Have contacted the company.

DX promised on its tracking system to deliver within a 2 hour slot so waited in for 2.5 hours and as other customers have also found it never arrived. I have contacted DX and complained and asked that a Manager contact me to explain why the service is so appalling and unreliable and requested a precise slot for the redelivery otherwise to send the item back to the seller and explain to them what went wrong. Not too surprising i have had no contact from DX and it is now next day. On the feedback about 25% are dissatisfied, which is an enormous amount of customers. I find DX to be absolutely useless and incompetent. I have wasted 2.5 hours of my valuable time so far plus writing this and waiting around for a delivery that was never going to happen. DX have not and did not contact me to inform me that it would not be delivered or when they were thinking of delivering or what plans they had. Its tracking system is a total shambles and is unreliable and definitely cannot be believed or relied upon at all. If you use DX you use them at your peril as you can clearly see over 25% are extremely unhappy with their services, which backs up exactly what i have just experienced. So beware and be warned if you are a seller my advice would be to steer well clear of DX as the risk is to your good name and company due to their disorganised and unreliable service will have a negative effect.

Terrible service. These guys are surving just because of the contract they have from Indian consulates. The staff at Indian consulates will push you for using this service though their service is appalling. Could be because they may get commission out of it. They discourage using the royal mail special delivery though it is only half the price of what dx is charging. I think this is unfair and we need to think about moving legally against this exploitation.

Agree with everything others have said about this absolutely useless company. Waited in all day as others did, checked emails and told my parcel was delivered successfully at 10.30am. They'd dumped it at the front door of block of flats and somebody pinched it (if they had actually delivered it) now struggling to get refunded !

Terrible appalling service. They are the only delivery company that seems to send my parcels to another address which is similar to mine. Today I painfully made the effort of driving to that address to plead with them to send them away when my parcels get delivered there and to collect my parcel which they had supposedly delivered there today. Guess what, the older man had been home all day with no delivery coming in. He even took the Liberty to check with the neighbours in case anything had been dropped off though he was home all day. Absolutely nothing was delivered. They are liars and are rude as well when u try to get in touch with them. They should be shut down by the standards trading Board and companies that really appreciate repeat business should never use them!!!! Such a shame, waste of time and space too.....

Waited at my rural farm gate on and off for 2 hours after following my delivery on your app even though he came within 1 Mile of my address to then get it can because you require more information because I put a note online saying “ call number on my gate “ as after having to have previous parcels unfortunately delivered by DX including passports I know that they couldn’t care less and are happy to mess people around.I WOULD NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY TO DELIVER ANYTHING!

This is the most nonsensical delivery company out there AVOID!! If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered a package through a company that use Dx delivery - unfortunately for them. The day after placing my order I received a tracking number and the next day an email and text from DX Delivery to tell me that my items were being delivered the following day between 09.36-11.36. So I took time off to be in as my items cant be left unsigned for. The day of delivery whilst waiting at about 11am I receive another text to say the delivery has been delayed. Fine I think, traffic or some like, I should be hear soon. At lunchtime still no sign so I contact DX and hear that they don't even have my items- they blame the seller and say its just an automated system. I call the seller who say that DX have failed to collect for 2 days! So there am I waiting for something that still hasn't been collected by DX despite them giving me a timeslot. After much wasted time on the phone with the seller and a manager, I get a text saying that its being delivered on Friday- more time off arranged. I check again on Thursday afternoon to be told that it may be delivered on Friday, but more than likely Tuesday the following week as they need to move it (past my house) from one depot to another! This actually makes the reason for my purchase useless and my only option is to go and collect it myself. I'd have been better off collecting it from the seller as they are closer to me. I could blame the seller here, but I don't think its their fault. They have been great trying to resolve it from their end. They have told me they are in a contract with them and have to use them despite continually getting poor feedback and reviews because of them. DX Delivery if you are listening to this, sort it out! And others if you are thinking about using this company to move your freight, look at reviews from companies that use them first because when I check the reviews of my sellers it all relates to poor and inefficient delivery, now I see why!

First attempt driver could not locate my address, Second attempt, DX had shortage of staff, so again no delivery. And they do not even allow collection.

No notification of delivery, only found tracking number from the company I ordered from. Tracking gave me today's date only. Called 3 numbers to find my delivery to be told would be with me by 16.40. Drivers number invalid so couldn't confirm. No delivery arrived or notification. Poor company and totally unreliable

As the other reviews suggest. It is a shady company and does not delivers your packages. On top of this it is appalling that a company like BLS Spain is using their services for sending people's passports in courier. There is absolutely no way to talk to a human and nothing helps, the customer care has no idea what is happening, drivers don't exist in this company. They should just call the customers to visit them and collect the parcels if they haven't already lost them. Actually surprised no one has put a complaint through to the Financial Ombudsman or just SUED this company as this is what they deserve. I may proceed to go this route and sue them.
