Dont Risk Your Money With These Hooks! I took two courses all seemed well I was upsold with a laptop which OMG what a waste that was it was a tiny little thing no good for working on thats for sure anyway... I made a start on the first one did not get far at all then I had bad news after bad news and due to commitments I was not able to complete I asked to cancel the one that never started as it had not started so I was fully entitled to a refund but OMG the true hooks come out do they not! I have sent 12 emails and contacted them on online chat multiple times and this has been going on over 30 days they are just hooks they really are. As for the course itself I took AAT level 2 and 3 and for a online provider I would not recommend they do nothing in terms of support I presume it is the bare minimum but due to them not sorting this matter out I will be reporting these to the two regulators for sure and I recommend anyone do the same. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES.... First complain be detailed ask for exact infomation, if they fail to provide issue the with a DSAR google it you can issue this to them via email chat or over the phone following GDPR guidnace this is where they have to provide you with what you ask for such as call transcripts or recordings account notes etc. this then makes it easier for you to pursue and saves you putting it all together. Then you have your options or you can do the first two together If your doing AAT - there is a specialist team you can reach out to AAT quality assurance team google for the email I cant put it on here as the review then may be removed this way it cant. Ombudsman - If you win not only do you get your money back but the possibility of compensation and these get fined just make sure you evidence everything use the full context these give you and document response times and lack of clear transparency in there answers and how each occasion makes you feel. Finally if your in your cooling off period or if the software is glitchy OR if you have not started the course and your over your 14 day initial period Section 75 Chargeback via your bank this is where you contact your bank and reverse the transaction they will ask for evidence and you get your money back these get a admin charge no biggy. Good luck and for anyone else who has had the unpleasant dealings with these cowboys I feel sorry for you. AVOID THESE ROUGUES YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TV SHOW THESE MIGHT END UP ON..... Yesterday I received a call from a guy in where he tried to forcefully manipulate me on the phone this is not good at all and I will be making sure this is public knowledge of how you treat your customers it’s DISGUSTING!

I wanted to undertake my CeMAP and these guy's seemed reasonably price and had really good reviews. I did the 9-day virtual classroom and can't praise our tutor David enough really broke things down to manageable bite sizes and was a real difference then just studying from the LIBF text books which was a lot of info and did not work for me before. I recently passed my final exam so proof is in the pudding. Would recommend if you are wanting to do your CeMAP.

Looked into AAT a while back and e-Careers had one of the best prices, I was a bit skeptical at first as it seemed to good to be true. Since starting during the pandemic I have already completed Level 2 & 3 and just going into Level 4 now and the course has been great. I have been offered an new role in Accounting with an excellent salary and couldn't be more pleased. It has proven to be a great investment. Thanks e-Careers i don't think I would of taken this up initially but your advisor was really reassuring and gave me time to think over and glad i took the jump. Thanks again. Jane xx

I purchased an accountancy course with this company and because the internet is so poor where I live the course kept crashing and I was unable to complete it in time. I then purchased an extension but the amount of time allowed was much less then they said. Paid around £1500 and nothing to show for it. Avoid e careers.

I took an AAT course out with e-Careers which I am currently studying and I am finding it going great, I have achieved over 90% pass mark in the 3 exams I have already taken. There is a wide range of resources accessible from online to books and live classes. My tutor has been excellent and very responsive and is a credit to the company. I also had my AAT Membership included which no other provider offers. All in all great experience and I would recommend e-Careers for AAT (not sure of any other courses as I have never studied them) Keep up the good work :)

I bought a course which was for one year, they changed everything to 6 months after purchase and forced to take exams when l wasn't ready. Not reliable, avoid if can

I attended a 3hrs course on cyber security which after the event I was sent a voucher of £500 which a dead line date was attached alongside. I tried loading it and it keeps telling me that the voucher is invalid after several attempt, I then emailed to notify them on the prompt error I kept getting but unfortunately they refused contacting or replying me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Awful company. Very helpful when trying to take your money but the second they have it, they refuse to help you at all. Told all kinds of lies such as exams are included in the price, was also overcharged, not received any refund, and they just didn’t respond to any complaints I put in with them

Do not buy any courses from e-Careers! I participated in an online marketing convention with the above company yesterday early evening. Today I was called whilst at work and got the hard sell from an unknowledgeable and extremely pushy salesman. Their website tells you that you can take a 6 day course to pass a certificate that would normally take at least 6 months to pass! When I explained I had already passed 2 of the courses on offer the salesman tried to doubt the credibility of my qualifications. He also insisted on asking me how much I had paid and where I'd bought the coursework from. I didn't answer which annoyed him and he was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I purchased a course and was provided a code, in order to access the course. I used the code and within 24 hours requested a refund. The course material was nonexistent and very poor. They are using a clause that says if you use the code then you waiver your rights to a refund within 14 days. This seems very underhand, as it isn’t obvious when you enter the code. I would advise to avoid this company. The customer service is shocking and contacting them to speak to someone in person is extremely difficult.

Big promises, poor delivery, old cheap study materials, no customer service to speak of, and if you get one of the courses with 24/7 mentor support, it is true: you can ask questions any time you want. No one will ever answer them, maybe they don't have anyone to do that, but oh boy they keep promising...

customer service (there is none) I purchased a Lean Six Signa Green Belt course with an exam. The course will only load on firefox the website will not work with Google, crome or bing. Then there are a lot of technical issues with systems errors and backend fetch failures which means you often can't study as and when you want or scheduled around your busy life. Today I was due to take my exam yet again another technical failure so I can not access my exam which needs to be completed by tomorrow. Today is the only day I have time to schedule it in. I had tried to contact their tech support and customer services but the phone number on their website and when you google them is no longer in use. I have tried contacting them via email, chatbox and various other of their numbers and can not contact a single member of staff to assist. Very poor customer service Very poor support services for students A dodgy website that only works half the time Ongoing tech issues that stress you out, cause distress and make it difficult to study Can not contact anybody to resolve issues DO NOT PURCHASE FROM this supplier if you want to actually be able to access your course, the exam or speak to a member or staff for any reason either via telephone or email. Really one of the very worst education providers out there - you don't get what you pay for I assure you

Like the below review, I have had a bad experience with e-careers from the initial cold sales call where I was pushed in to purchasing a course and when I complained was not taken seriously. I did not receive the laptop purchased with the course and the content of the AAT course has numerous errors. I contacted Citizens Advice and they actually referred this to Trading Standards. Anyone else who has experienced anything like this please contact Citizens Advice for advice.

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my rating. DO NOT purchase anything through e-careers they are a money grabbing company and say that once the voucher is redeemed you cannot get any refund or cancel the course after the 14 day period. Coming from someone who has lost all financial income due to COVID-19 they could not care less, even when I approached them about being concerned about paying my monthly instalments all they mentioned was the voucher has been redeemed. E-careers I suggest you re-look at your t&c as it seems I am not the only person in this position. I would still like to cancel my course.

I completed my certification in digital marketing from E-Career institute. The experience of learning professional diploma in search marketing course was best.
