“It's an excellent system for UK employees. For our company, who operates in various countries it doesn't always work, for example in France the holiday year runs from 1st June - 31 May and it doesn't really work there completely. the support is absolutely excellent though, always receive feedback very quickly.”

“E-days is a very simple system, what is on one side an advantage (easy for employees to understand), on the other makes issues for us (e.g. more complicated formulas are not possible to be placed (overtime calculations for part-time working employees)), effective date is missing (if we change something for employee (rota), it's changing for past as well, also there is no proper way, how to deal with reintegration (employee starting to work partly after long sick leave have to enter every day the sick leave part). What is not acceptable is the every year troubles with roll over. I do not remember a year, when all would go smoothly. But to pull out the plus points - CS is responding quickly and in most cases straight to the point. As mentioned before, the system is simple, colorful and easy to work with. The end user has a clear overview of own absences. We can create and adjust a lot of settings on our own, so do not need to request and wait for solutions, that's something I really appreciate. And if I am at my personal point of view - I like the system as admin and end user, just would like to try to develop it a bit regarding to requirements and needs of the users.”

“We absolutely love the e-day system. It manages our 80 staff, their holidays, toil and sickness so easily. The reports are so useful too, we will never go back to a manual system, this is so the way forward in staff management. Time saving and easy to use. Thank you!”

“The system works very well, and when issues do arise the e-days team are keen to help or put the item on the future development list. Some of these developments do appear in time, and is good to see that feedback is taken seriously. The reason I can't give the top score is that the basic functionality could be better. The way leavers entitlement is handled, reporting to be able to report on all settings from the back end, automatic calculations should be more dynamic and be able to handle a lot more than it currently can.”

“E-Days is very good for recording, in one place, various types of absence for all staff. The reports function is very useful. The User's Dashboard is easy to read and enables all Users to have all their absence information in front of them rather than having to request from their Admin/HR Department. The E-Days Support Team are extremely helpful, and reply very promptly. E-Days are continually working to enhance the system and take on board suggestions made.”

“It is very easy to use, I am not a techy person at all, but now as I understood how it works I can create most templates myself, import/export data. It is very flexible and as I understand you now can even save personnel files on there. Brilliant system.”
