I was tricked into paying $14.00 a day extra for SunPass which I didn't need. I was told there would be legal action if I passed a toll, would be charged $40.00 for each toll. SCAMMERS still waiting for refund. Customer service lies when I call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Being an out of state senior they took advantage of me.

SCAMMERS. stay away!! Just read the reviews. ALL true and accurate. Squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Sub par car. Double insurance! DO NOT USE

HORRIBLE! Horrible ustomer service, horrible wait times. Checking a car out with easirent felt like jail. The people were rude, indifferent and exceedingly unhelpful. They did their very best to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Today, four weeks after the rental, im charged another $35 for a $3 toll? There were no warnings no options and no other roads to take, or even a way to pay. Easirent would much rather sit in the shadows waiting to pounce on another $30 charge!! Easirent is hands down the absolute WORST rental service. Whose main ambition is to line their pockets. DO NOT USE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE!! They're thee absolute worst. I look forward to watching their business crumble

The customer service was horrible. I reservered through Priceline at a great price however Easirent representive wanted to upcharge me an additional $30 per day since I didn't have a return flight. After 30 minutes of going back and forth the representive said he would honor the contract but would hold an additional $500 on my credit card. This business is a SCAM!! Their motivatives are to sell at a cheap rate on Priceline and to upcharge you on the rates and force you to purchase their expensive insurance.

Rented at DFW because all major companies had no cars. Waited in the hot sun and then inside for at least 30 minutes. A small Mercedes van comes and the driver says no cars, wait is 2 hours...sounds just like Fox Rental Car. So I went back inside and got the last car for $$$$$ at Ace. Never again will I rent from them nor should you. If they cannot operate on the up and up close the doors.

They charged me a "no show fee" when I cancelled the rental after I refused to accept excessive fees I did not agree to on initial contract. The Broward consumer agency got involved and they were to refund the charge. after about 4 years of writing to them requesting the refund they refused. i took the to court to receive the funds plus they paid out of pocket expenses. Best to deal with the bigger car agencies. The case # is Broward County Case Number: CONO24016097

Zero stars Prepaid for car rental with insurance. I was charged for insurance again at the counter. The total was like renting the car twice. The employee took a while to process and then another 45 minutes to obtain the car. Stains on the interior and scratches the exterior. My daughter stated she saw something moving under the seat the day we picked up the vehicle. I found out it was baby roaches. I already returned the vehicle and they still have a hold on my card until 8/26. This experience was a nightmare I would not wish on anyone. Calling customer service is pointless. When asking for a supervisor the customer service representative will disconnect the call. This website would not let me upload the photos.

At the Easirent counter (in Dublin), I was unable to pay the deposit with my Fineco credit card because the merchant's terminal did not require the PIN, and my bank (rightly) blocked the transaction. In fact, the deposit was 2,900 euros (an outrageous amount...). Therefore, to overcome this issue, I was forced to purchase full insurance at the Easirent counter, which cost me 480 euros compared to the 83 euros I had paid with DiscoverCars. After opening a claim and sending about 12 emails in which I proved my case, it was not possible to recover the full amount. If you can, avoid this rental company. I get the impression they do this to sell you their own insurance. In fact, I have read similar reviews on DiscoverCars.

I agree. I didnt rent a car from them. It turned out my family member did. They were not authorized to use my account or debit card. Reserve amount and payment amount were in 2 different name's. I was told to go after family members. Your merchants should be confirming reservation to name on the car. This is esurient fault for not confirming that account and payment match to same person

Took over 3 hours to get e Chevy traverse that I had reserved. Went t 3 different locations to get car while my extended family with 2 small children waited. Car we finally located , but had expired Fl plates. Do not rent here!!!!

Filthy office, only 1 guy working with 50 customers at a time, 1 customer took 30 mins for them to finish: accepted reservations then cancelled you at the end without even apologizing: worst business ever existed in the US.

I was charged an extra 56 dollars because they said I brought it back with less gas, I took photos because I knew the business was shady, I returned it with more gas than I was given, they owe ME money. DO NOT use this business. Businesses like this deserve to be investigated by the BBB and shut down. I was trying out this business for my business as I need to rent a car 200 days out of the year. They just lost a guaranteed 20k plus a year.

Rented car through them in Fort Myers FL, they said Fort Myers airport in the airport but unfortunately the company "easirent" was outside the airport and the most horrible about it that we have to wait for the shuttle to take us to the rental place about an hour in the 96 degrees outside!!!! Do you guys want to know why because they don't have a shuttle and they're also don't have enough people to work for them!!!! Run, run very fast if you don't want to have a stress!!! Lesson learned never book with Priceline neither easirent!!!!

Worst ever place to rent a car from. Stay away and don't do business with easirent..... they still holding my deposit/refund day 17 and I've called 5 times each time I'm on hold for over n hour just to be put with a call center that lies and says there going to release it today and that's been to to me foe the last 5 days. And didn't tell me about being charged extra 25.00 for tolls I went threw plus the price of the tolls. This place is a total scam 100% 1 wanted to put 0 stars but can't. Worst experience ever with a car rental place. Spent 4 hours in the building with no AC from the start. All about insurance, they wouldn't accept my Insurance card,they had to have a declaration page and it was Sunday and my insurance company was not open. Horrible experience here and terrible company. DONT RENT A CAR FROM HERE EVER!!!!!

Was told lies and leaned on to purchase car insurance that was not needed despite already being insured. Come to find out, upon attempting to have that charge refunded, the employee who had done so was terminated not long after he scammed me. It's been an absolute nightmare even getting in touch with them, let alone explaining what happened. You get what you pay for - just go to a normal car rental and avoid this nonsense.

Watch out for the under handed ways they will charge you as they think they have the upper hand once you are in the vehicle and gone from the counter. The State is aware and watching their practices with under cover customers.

Watch out for this car rental company. I booked a car through Priceline (Priceline charged me for the booking) When I went to pick up the car from easirent they charged me again they didn't care that I had already booked a car. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

ZERO STARS!! We had a prepaid reservation (lesson learned…) and arrived at the airport to find Easirent had no counter. I called and they told me we had to rent an Uber to go to their building 15 minutes from the airport since their shuttle stopped running almost 2 hours before they closed. It was a mess trying get there before they closed and we were too late. They wouldn’t reimburse us so I’m trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Absolutely horrible experience… would never recommend this company to anyone.
