No car available, despite having a reservation X3MONTHS. We found out the place had 40 reservations but only 20 cars available. Plus, only 2 very rude staff members for a lobby full of people. HORRIBLE SERVICES, NO SHUTTLE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EASIRENT!!!!

Jose. That customer service representative is what made me happy about Easirent. At first. He worked with me extremely well, gave me a car above and beyond any kind of car I would've even dreamed of asking for, broke down the options for payment so I could know clearly and decide which way to go. Wonderful individual, if you go to Easirent in Fort Lauderdale, ask for Jose! I have nothing but great things to say about him, and a couple of guys who helped me with my car when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. However, I was a bit scared after some woman in front of me in line and her father were complaining about a $600 charge to their card they weren't supposed to have. It made me start reading the reviews and scared me more. And sure enough, they tried to hit me with a fine for almost a $100 for Florida Turnpike toll frees that amounted to $5.00. I should've made them eat that cost for such egregious behavior, but I sent them a money order for the toll fees and fixed the situation with my bank. Easirent better not try to harass me with me giving my email for this review!

The invitation was in Las Vegas. A very bad company with bad service and an apparently cheap price, but when you arrive they "push" you for insurance with all kinds of claims. run away from them!!!

I rented an SUV through the Uber app but was given a base car at the same price, without any explanation or price adjustment. Upon arrival, I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told to complete registration through the app. This could have been communicated to everyone entering the location or even on the shuttle to save time and avoid unnecessary delays. After returning the car, I realized I had left my coat inside. Despite being told they would call me if it turned up, there’s a lack of process for handling lost items. The vehicle goes directly to a detailer, and any items left behind should be promptly collected and secured. Unfortunately, it seems like belongings are simply “finders keepers” unless staff make an extra effort—something that seriously impacts customer experience. The entire rental process was poorly handled from start to finish. Customer support has yet to follow up on my issue, reinforcing my suspicion that any requests for assistance fall into a “black hole.” If Easirent genuinely cares about addressing these problems, my contact information is available in the booking history from last Wednesday to Thursday. To future customers: I used Easirent only as a last resort, and I regret it. If you’re considering Easirent, be prepared for subpar service and no assurance that your experience will be taken seriously.

They are the worst, they require you to insure the vehicle with your own insurance, advertise they're part of the airport system but have a shuttle that takes you on a 20min trip. Reserved an suv and they gave us a Malibu. Service provider was very combative the entire time. Worst experience ever

They were a third party through American Airlines. They took my miles immediately. When I had to cancel my trip, I could not reach the agency other than through another third party. Finally, I was sent an email saying they stood by their policy and would not refund my mileage. If you have another option don't use Easement even if you have to pay more. Read the reviews and beware. The buying process is seamless, but the service is horrible.

Excellent price and friendly service I'm seeing a lot of low rated reviews but my wife and I had an excellent experience with them. We needed an automobile while in Salt Lake City, Utah. The cost was 50% less than the competitors! It isn't as streamlined as some of the other companies but basically someone picked us up at the airport in a reasonable fashion and dropped us off at the office. The check in took longer than most other establishments but the line wasn't long and we got a very nice automobile which was clean and drove well. There aren't alot of bells and whistles with this company but I'm willing to pay over 50% less to maybe wait a little longer to get the car. The car return was effortless and there was a shuttle that just drove in to take us back to the airport. All the staff were very polite and nice both getting the car and returning it. It's not the gold treatment but you also aren't paying gold prices to get a very nice ride. The Shirley's

Terrible experience. I didn’t receive the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I was given had no gas and smelt like smoke. Both my children felt sick from the smell every time we drove somewhere. I found your facility to be dirty. The staff was not very friendly or attentive. One of the drivers barely helped me with our luggage and brought us to the wrong terminal. I just don’t understand how the service could be that bad.

SCAMMERS! Orlando rental office is terrible. When I arrived to pick up car, they wanted $300 to take their insurance. Told they I had my own and they wanted me to show the card. Said I don’t carry it with me and they demanded the declaration page of my policy. Thank goodness my ins company was open and I had to wait for them to email the Dec page to me. When they asked for my return flight info, they wanted to see proof of the flight not just my word. Told me I had to take their EzPass. I said I had my own transponder with me which worked in Florida. She, customer service person is Ibis, said it wouldn’t work and I had to buy theirs because it was registered in the state. I said I would use cash lines and she said no. I would be fined for not using Ezpass from them. She stayed there were no cash lanes on the highway anymore. It cost $140 for the week. I felt she, Ibis, would not release the car to me if I didn’t purchase it. Well, she lied! There are cash lanes and it would have cost me approx $8.50 for the week! Do they get a kick back for selling extras? Office is dirty. I went to sit in a chair and it was broken. I almost fell on the floor. I called out “you’re lucky I didn’t fall”. The 3 employees behind the desk turned their backs and spoke another language. An inquiry like “Are you alright?” would have been the courteous response. The employees are not professional nor helpful. DO NOT book Easirent!

. We arrived to Easirent to pick up an SUV that was prepaid via Priceline. We have 2 adults and 4 kids. Upon delivering the vehicle to us, the agent said we must rent seat belts. We declined and my wife and 2 five years old left to her parents house nearly. I had to go back in the long line to get to the counter. The same agent said he wouldn't give me the car because he did not see my wife left. I complained to Priceline who said Easirent told them it showed the car was picked up. This is a blatant lie and I demanded proof where it showed when it was picked up and returned because I was denied a prepaid car that resulted in me having no rental car.

NOOOO STARS AT ALL I feel bad even giving them a star I wish I could just write a review with no stars This company is absolutely horrible,we waited so long in the hot sun we missed the stadium tour we paid for. When We finally got to the small building we had to wait some more, when they brought the vehicle it was dirty and you could clearly see that it had been in an accident. I paid for my rental online to include insurance, yet I was charged for again for insurance. At the last minute we were told that there would be $250 hold on the card. They ran out to the car as we were pulling off to tell us about the toll fees. They have So many hidden fees. This company is the worst company I have ever rented from. With all of the terrible ratings everybody can't be lying.

In one word TERRIBLE!! The staff was confrontational because we parked in front of the building. Argumentative! We deliberately waited for someone other than this person and it was a 30 minute wait. There are so many hidden fees. The $10 Insurance on the website only covers their vehicle. You have to pay almost $30 more per day for Full coverage. The tall tag is approximately $75. If you don't use the toll, you DON'T get a refund.WARNING!!! If you use the toll without the toll tag there is a $25 per day administrative fee!!! PLUS toll fees, Plus taxes. I'm sure this was in the small print somewhere but she conveniently forgot to mention that. So I got a bill just for toes of more than $225 for 4 DAYs!!! Highway robbery literally.... Never again

I was tricked into paying $14.00 a day extra for SunPass which I didn't need. I was told there would be legal action if I passed a toll, would be charged $40.00 for each toll. SCAMMERS still waiting for refund. Customer service lies when I call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Being an out of state senior they took advantage of me.

HORRIBLE! Horrible ustomer service, horrible wait times. Checking a car out with easirent felt like jail. The people were rude, indifferent and exceedingly unhelpful. They did their very best to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Today, four weeks after the rental, im charged another $35 for a $3 toll? There were no warnings no options and no other roads to take, or even a way to pay. Easirent would much rather sit in the shadows waiting to pounce on another $30 charge!! Easirent is hands down the absolute WORST rental service. Whose main ambition is to line their pockets. DO NOT USE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE!! They're thee absolute worst. I look forward to watching their business crumble

The customer service was horrible. I reservered through Priceline at a great price however Easirent representive wanted to upcharge me an additional $30 per day since I didn't have a return flight. After 30 minutes of going back and forth the representive said he would honor the contract but would hold an additional $500 on my credit card. This business is a SCAM!! Their motivatives are to sell at a cheap rate on Priceline and to upcharge you on the rates and force you to purchase their expensive insurance.

Rented at DFW because all major companies had no cars. Waited in the hot sun and then inside for at least 30 minutes. A small Mercedes van comes and the driver says no cars, wait is 2 hours...sounds just like Fox Rental Car. So I went back inside and got the last car for $$$$$ at Ace. Never again will I rent from them nor should you. If they cannot operate on the up and up close the doors.
