JAX rental office told us our car was red and that was it. Could only figure out which one by starting the car. No one to check car for damage or gas as usual. We soon found out after 137 miles we were on empty. They did not give us a full tank of gas as usual and expected. When we went to return the car the manager was VERY rude. Would not tell me what our mileage was until he insisted we sign the paperwork. I wanted to discuss the problem but he walked out leaving me talking. The other person in the office was just shaking her head at his actions. No way should FRANCKY JEANTY be allowed to be a manager. It ended up costing me $65 to go 327 miles. I will say that the other employees were friendly and cooperative.

Horrible experience, overcharging and no shuttle service before 8am. My flight left earlier and they told me to call Uber. The car had no gas, was filthy and smelled. Took it back a day early and they asked me where the gas was. I had to remind them that I had to go straight to a gas station when I picked up the vehicle. DONT RENT HERE!

The shuttle never arrived after waiting for 30 minutes, and another couple had arrived 30 minutes prior. Paid $50 for a cab ride to the location for under 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Been here for over an hour 30 minutes and still not checked in even though I checked in online.

Terrible. I rented a car for four days from the Dallas airport for a work trip. My flights were cancelled morning of and therefore the work trip was cancelled. They would not refund my money. They must be making bank off flight cancellations. This is such a disappointment and poor way to manage a business.

I recently had my car break down on me with limited options on how to get to work the next day, or complete any tasks until I came across Easirent in Fort Lauderdale. I was blown away by how simple and fast it was to book this rental service at night and especially being last minute. The best part of all was being greeted by the friendliest employees, especially a woman named Kay! Kay truly turned this chaotic and stressful day around with her professionalism and overall positive attitude!! I am so grateful to have encountered such a wonderful company and will continue to utilize their rental service in the future. I thank Kay and all her efforts for assisting me with such ease and providing me with an amazing car to enjoy!

I need a last minute truck rental, in Tampa, to move something. I booked a same day pickup and went to pick up the truck. I cannot say enough about Michael’s professionalism. After a short wait, I was greeted with a smile and kind words. There were a couple issues with it being a rental I made 1 hour prior. Michael went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle I needed to move my items. Due to his calm demeanor and reassurance, I too was calm. It seems a lot of workers today don’t want to be at their job, especially customer service jobs. It was my first rental from easirent, definitely not my last. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond!

POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WEST PALM BEACH RENTAL LOCATION. FEAR OF UNAVAILBILTY OF RESERVRD VEHICLE. ABOUT AN HOUR-LONG WAIT TO GET SHUTTLE SERVICE AT AIRPORT. LOUSEY STAFF WITH AN UNACCEPTABLE POOR ATTITUDE WITH A LONG WAIT TO GET TO TALK TO THEM TO GET THE VEHICLE. UNACCEPTABLE PRESSURE TO PURCAHSE EXTRA INSURANCE / EASY PASS ETC.

At Easirent in TPA airport it was a pleasure the good service from Sam at the counter, my granddaughter had delays in her flight from Dallas and he was very cooperative, gentle, and treat us with respect and a friendly smile. When returning vehicle, he does his best to move her with husband and child to the airport. If you go to that facility please ask for Sam or Michael, they are 5 Star persons

NEVER rent from this company, I was left on a curb side walk waiting for a van to pick me up at car rental site of airport for over 1 hour, the driver seemd disinterested , wouldnt help with luggage or respond to questions. Then at rental OFF SITE office-2 reps talked with each other, didnt seemed interested in helping customers, demanded us to contact our insurance brokers on phone and provide "declaration page" of our personal insurance contract since we refused to buy there insurance-so now its been 2 1/2 hours since my plane landed AND STILL no car. Then when I returned my car to catch an early flight- to my surprise BECAUSE I WAS NEVER INFORMED- they dont open till 0800- so IM 30 minutes away from the airport in some outiside town location, in the dark, by myself-left to figure out how to get to airport- called an UBER. They also took 250.00 as "security deposit"-despite having already paid for car through pricelines-will be shocked if I get that back!!! THEY ARE CROOKS

Easirent placed a $500 hold on my credit card as a security deposit. Twenty-one days after I returned the car, they still have not released the hold. When you call the (888) number, you're placed into a queue. "You're caller number three waiting in the queue. You're caller number two waiting in the queue." When it's finally your turn to speak to a representative, the phone rings but no one answers and eventually the call disconnects...

PROOF OF INSURANCE, FLIGHT INFORMATION AND RENTAL RESERVATION BATTERY 4%... 6 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME. NOT LOOKING GOOD YOU SAY????!!!!!!!!?!?! Let me start with this is not my first time using this service and I'm PLEASED with the service they provide. The cost is definitely the attraction for people. Some just endup here because their booking at another company fell thru or just looking for something last-minute. However you got there..easirental and their service reps are not magician's. I got there at 11 am and had 6 people in front of me. I had my insurance information flight information on my phone with 4% battery life. MARVIN HERNANDEZ @THE FT LAUDERDALE SE 6TH AVE OFFICE ASWOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got to Marvin hernandez @ about 1:10pm. Phone dead no proof of my insurance, no flight information. Gave Marvin my name and he went to work. Showed me the different options for insurance. Informed me that it's a 260.oo deposit HOLD on your CRESIT CARD which they returned when you return the car undamaged. ​ Gave me a few papers to sign and I was out the door by 1:25 pm. Over thoughts. MARVIN HERNANDEZ IS A HERO in my eyes. I saw people run from going to him because they thought he didn't know what he was doing. When infact yhe customers that come don't have reservations, no insurance information and debit cards looking for credit card benefits. Get you paper work together before you get there and know what you need to provide and you and everyone else can be in and out like I was 10.mimutes. I know people were rushing to MARVIN HERNANDEZ AFTER I LEFT. Great service. I will be renting from easirental everything im in south Florida. ​​ This is a follow-up to my last post with a few tips that you can do to speed up the process and make your experience pleasurable. 1. Make a reservation and get a number number BEFORE you get to the office (Preregistering will also help for when you get In The office) 2. Utilizing a credit card is by far the best option (If your going to use a debit card there will be a few more steps and fees you will have to accept) 3. Your Flight information (deposit will be less with as opposed to more without) I dint have mine and had to get higher deposit HOLD on my card.. (((READ MY FIRST POST FOR DETAILS))) 4. Insurance for vehicle. talk to (((MARVIN HERNANDEZ))) FOR MORE DETAILS few questions and signing some paperwork and a vehicle I section and your on your way.

Beware of this company Awful illegitimate rude insensitive rip offs!! Scam company Tried to change my rental period by one day Already paid and needed to pick up car one day later because of a death in the family They tried to get me to cancel and rebook at a higher rate and to leave a 2000 euro deposit They're terrible!!

Poor business practices. Showed up at my time, office closed no note on door. Had a written contract, they wanted 200 more pounds. Could not assist, no internet. Other people in the office, different issues. Went to another rental company at the airport, no issues for a lower amount than my original written contract. It worked out for me, I would never book again. Not worth the aggravation.

Hidden costs. Charged 10 euro (admin fee!) to cross the toll bridge in addition to toll charge. The charge is hidden in the small print but not mentioned to me. Key on the car had a wasted battery and therefore no central locking. When locking manually, only the drivers door locked leaving the other doors and boot unlocked. People working in the office were nice but not a good overall experience.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH EASIRENT!! IF THEY CARE WHEN CALLING, THE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BE SO BAD!! THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL! I BOOKED A RENTAL FROM 1/18/2023-1/21/2023. ON 1/19/2023 OUR RENTAL BROKE DOWN. WE WERE STRANDED ON FIFTH WARD WHICH IS IN TEXAS FOR 5 HOURS!! NOT ONLY THAT, IT WAS MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY! WITH THAT BEING SAID, SINCE WE WERE STRANDED I HAD TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS. I CALLED THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE AGREEMENT PAPER, AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD ME TO TOW THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND GET IT FIXED!!! IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT FOR ONE. TWO, IT IS NOT MY JOB TO TOW THE VEHICLE, THREE IT IS NOT MY JOB TO PAY FOR THE EXPENSES WHEN A RENTAL BREAK DOWN. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THE FOLLOWING DAY 1/20/2023, THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I GAVE THE PHONE TO MY HUSBAND, BECAUSE I WAS SO FRUSTRATED. THE LADY TOLD MY HUSBAND SHE WOULD CALL BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR 1/19/2023. OF COURSE THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE ME. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER RENT A VEHICLE FROM EASIRENT AGAIN!! I NORMALLY GO THROUGH HERTZ OR ENTERPRISE. IF I DID, I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW!!! THEY DESERVE 0 STARS!!!

I initially gave them a great review. However, within a few weeks after returning the car they debited my card for £55 for a supposed traffic violation. I contested this and they accepted that it was not my fault. The penalty should have been applied to a previous hirer of the vehicle. It took nearly 9 months and after numerous telephone calls and emails, they eventually refunded my card. However, they did not refund the full amount, they kept a significant amount for themselves. Watch out. They are very happy to take your money but not so keen on giving it back.

Don't trust this easirent they are scammer, they Literally rush me out of the place talking about they were supposed to close at 10 and they re here because my flight was d elayed so there was supposed to refund me back some of my money and they refused to do it, And because they don't I'm not from there i cant just buy a ticket,they won't answer my email. one person told me that my refund will be in my card 5 to 7 days then someone else can tell me that they won't give me a refund because I return the car before time They are all liars and scammers don't trust them. I had an emergency and I'd to cut my vacation short. Please give me some of my money back but no, Don't rent any car from EASIRENT IN ORLANDO Florida.
