“This is just how it should be: I see a product. You show me the price. I order it. You don't then start sending me emails about delays and estimated arrivals way into the future. It just arrives a couple of days later. Nice and simple. Thanks guys. Perfect.”

“Once I had decided exactly what professional camcorder I wanted, I then needed to start looking around for the best possible price. It was also vitally important to find an authorised Panasonic dealer. Eastwood Sound and Vision delivered all this and more. A real pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is first class, and their advice, and assistance where second to none. My camera ( Panasonic AGAC160A) was reduced in price by £70 after I ordered it from ESV , so they offered me a £70 refund. Delivery was very quick and overall I am very very pleased. I would definately recommend using ESV as my first choice in audio visual equipment.”

“This is my first time buying personally from ESV, but I've known them for decades. I bought a BlackMagic Mini Monitor PCIe card - a very underrated piece of kit, mainly I think becuase of it's price point. A quick word about the card - HDMI and HDSDI output with next to no latency ( <5ms ), under a hundred quid, what's not to like? Works brilliantly with ProTools 11HD on Windows 64bit, super smooth install. ESV have always been competitive but sensible - I believe that you get what you pay for. Always excellent service with a smile (you CAN tell, even in an email!). Hope to purchase more from them in the future.”

“Went looking for a Metabones Speedbooster adapter, and found Eastwood to have the best price by far? Then discovered they had it in their weekend sale for 10% less, taking their price to more than £100 lower than their competition. Purchasing process was really smooth and delivery was quick and efficient. All in all very happy - and would buy from them again without hesitation!”

Order process on the website was straightforward, and the communication from order confirmation through to delivery tracking was first rate, and the drive was received within a couple of business days. “I purchased a G-Raid Thunderbolt 4TB Hard Disk from ESV. It started to perform erratically. I emailed the company and stated that I had a deadline video editing project and needed the data. I can only say how brilliant ESV were in response. I received an email almost immediately and was offered a replacement drive to copy the data on to before I needed to return the faulty drive. I was able to meet the deadline and would highly recommend this company as not a box shifting company but one that really is interested in its customers Jonathan Crego www.hydrafoundation.org”

“Ordered a Panasonic lens online and received a message to say it was out of stock. I was given an apology and offered an immediate refund. The price was good and no one else had any stock so I decided to stick with ESV. ESV undertook to chase up their order with Panasonic. Good communications from them throughout and the lens was delivered next day once stocks had been received. Things will go wrong occasionally even in the very best of organisations. For me the test is how things are put right and ESV passed with flying colours. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a G Drive Studio Raid/Hard Drive. Have to say I was highly impressed with the service. Firstly the price of the product was very competitive and added to this it was delivered the next day! I called the office on the day of the delivery and they were very responsive. I would certainly recommend and indeed use this company again.”
