“We used the Meet and Greet parking at Luton for the first time with some concern about how it all worked. Everything went smoothly once we had located the short term car park! It was difficult to judge the 20 minutes notice required as we were doing the journey for the first time! The return, for the collection, was very efficient. The drivers were polite and helpful. We will certainly use the service again.”

“The service i received was !st class. Was greeted by a very polite gentlemen. Very polite and liked a bit of banter which is nice when your setting off on your hols and even when yo have to come back to cold England. Will definately be using this service again”

“I was not very happy with the airport meet and greet parking mainly with the extra cost to me in fuel. I own a Porsche Caynne Twin Turbo and when i left my car it had 215 miles of petrol left in the tank and when i returned from my holiday it only had 115 miles of petrol left in the tank, but the car had only done 15 miles but used 100 miles worth of fuel, the only way this could of happened is who ever was driving my car must of gone at some point over 130 MPH i pointed this out when i picked my car up but they did not want to know anything about it. I have a picture of the dash board before i left and a picture when i returned and will be showing them to my solicitor to see what action he advises me to take Yours D J Powell”

Hi David, I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have now informed the service provider who have promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours. I will give you a ring when I have an update from them. I am sorry again and this matter shouldn't take longer to resolve. Thanks

“MY VEHICLE IS ON A TRACKER - I'M A LITTLE CONCERNED TO SEE THAT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT PARKED IN A SECURE COMPOUND AND SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN MOVED AROUND A LOT. PLEASE EXPLAIN AS I WILL REQUIRE AIRPORT PARKING AGAIN SOON, AND I NEED CLARIFICATION FOR THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH YOURSELVES AGAIN. ANITA WARD”

“Nothing to fault. We arrived at the airport after an hours drive. Called ahead as they requested, they were waiting for pickup. Within 45 mins we were sitting in the plane. On arrival, picked up bags, called ahead, children decided they needed the toilet. Got to the car park, car was there waiting to be picked up. £45 for one week is a bargain”

“I left my car which I love reading 120 miles range, it was delivered back to me 20 minutes late with 60 miles range on it. I asked the driver who picked the car up how far the car park was and he said 8 miles........... My belongings in the boot of the car were strewn everywhere including my laptop which is now not functioning properly. It is obvious to me that the 'so called driver' thrashed my car that I love and had no regard for my belongings. Also when I filled my car it normally registers between 550 and 600 miles when full range and when I filled up it registered 425 miles immediately after filling up which tells me that my car has been abused. I drive 30,000 miles a year so I know my car inside and out !! I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE that I chose”
