UGLY airlines. Staff is so rude. Zero customer service. No respect for the customer. We have been denied boarding for no reason. Arrived on time, our bags are fine, boarding passes scanned, document checked, everything is fine. .The staff took some feedback about her guess of the bag size very personal and decided we are not travelling. They insulted us, called us crazy, shushing us and deprived us of our right to travel. My kid was sick and we had to stay overnight waiting for the next flight. One of the most terrible experiences with the airlines.

Denied Boarding I was travelling from London to Hurghada, Egypt. I had transit in Milan, Italy. They denied me of boarding because I do not have an Italian visa, even I do not need a transit visa for Italy. I show them every evidence that I do not need a visa, but they did not accept it. Another friend of mine travelled in the same situation without any problems.

Cabin loggage. We were said on airport rhat my bag will go thru even i wanted to pay extra cabin before the gate. I have been cheated to pay last minute 50 pounds just on the gate. Be aware! They havo whole system to charge maximum possible. Ot is not rriendly at all and you need to be carefull.

Returned from Paphos 7/11 (EZY1974) my mum was poorly one of your team young man called Luke spotted this & gave excellent care & attention to my Mum with oxygen, she had been declared fit to fly but was still struggling to breathe, his help & care was amazing & we can't thank him enough, it was confirmed at NHS Hospital later that she actually had Pneumonia & has been admitted to hospital, they expect her to recover soon. Many Thanks once again to Luke & please ensure he gets this update. Best Regards Christine Halliday, daughter of Florence Halliday.

just found out that easy jet lied to me , i had to fly home early from holiday and the call centre staf ignored my call as they obviously wanted to go home so had to rebook a new flight , last week they told me they had issued a refund of the overpayment that i paid because there staff did not do there job and low and behold the person i spoke to who said they were issuing the refund and told me it was done LIED , i phoned today and was told no refund was done , so was they upset a customer had been lied to , no they didnt care at all in fact the atitude was ,,so what who cares, now got to wait 48 hours for another manager to call me to sort this out , absolutyely disgusting that easyjet allow staff to blatently lie to customers and then back it up with a donty care attitude

From a very anxious and nervous flyer! - I went to Prague with friends for a birthday, on the way back to Manchester I became very anxious and had a panic attack! The staff where amazing! I cannot thank them enough for calming me right down and even staying near me the whole flight and checking that I was OK, every noise that happened or was going to happen they explained it in great detail which put me at ease throughout the flight! I even got to go in the cockpit! 10 star service especially Chris on easyjet flight ezy 1802 from Prague to Manchester! I will defo be flying with them the next time

Flew from Manchester on Saturday and return was on the following day Sunday. On Sunday, 3 hrs before return flight, got message to say flight has been cancelled. Clicked on website and Sunday flights were Sold Out, first 2 Monday flights were Sold Out and the 3rd flight left in the evening but I had a kid who had class in the Morning. Bought National Express tickets for £123 to get back to Manchester at 02:00 am. We also had to use Uber and bus costing about £40 to get around. Following day went on to website to claim refund and/or compensation. Reply I got said I was entitled to nothing but £9.00 for food I ate on ferry. No refund, no compensation or money back for tickets I bought. I also missed a concert on Sunday that I would watched if my plane wasn't cancelled. First time flying Easyjet, and what a horrible experience it was. Never again.

I've flown with easyjet 4 times in the past 2 years. 4 out of 4 flights left with at least 30 minutes delay. You would think they would learn how to tell time. All the passengers get for their patience is an awkward story from the pilot about how the plane we were supposed to fly on was delayed for some made up reason that they couldn't foresee. Here's an idea easylate: try to give yourself some time between flights. Also, someone has to do something about that rude italian or spanish cabin crew guy who thinks it's funny to use racial stereotypes like 'dont dance sirtaki in the plane' and 'we won't be serving any bougatsa'. I'd tell you where to put the bougatsa, Roberto, but I don't want my review to be removed. Also, their app clearly stated that they were offering to take our carry-on luggage for FREE however the lady who took my suitcase rudely laughed at me when I told her this and said: 'that's not right'. Only airline where you're not allowed the decency to have a handbag. Not worth the money you saved. If you're flying with Easyjet, I'm sorry for what you're about to experience.

We had over 3 hours flight delay with easyjet, scheduled time of departure was 23.00, instead we departed at 2.30am the following morning. With 2 small kids it was a nightmare. At the end, we only got a free glass of water offered at the aircraft..The least that they should offer was some refreshment vouchers..Very disappointing, will avoid at all means in future.

Booked up flights with easy jet and 1000 pound worth of airport parking and hotels for my workers and 10min before flight, flight cancelled and no explanation except tech issues and after lots of calls another flight in 5 DAYS! Worst service I ever seen or heard off.

I travelled with my son on Easyjet (Easyjet 68824 14.35 on the 3rd July from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Glasgow. The crew were exceptional, warm reception on board, extremely help, and we had a very enjoyable flight.

Flight cancelled, no accommodation ... and I had to sleep in the airport. I can’t ask any refund for the hotel because everyone was fully booked. Horrible experience.

I cannot believe the treatment we recieved from EasyJet on return from our flight from Antayla EZY8840 we arrived at airport checked into departure lounge . Flight was meant to be departing at 22.45 . We had a delay which was the 1.15 . Departure gate was opened to board the plane and as we stood in queue it was cancelled . I then questioned the staff on the gate as to when the next flight would be he replied 16.25 the next day . I was travelling with family there was 5 in our party one of them was 13 . I also questioned the staff about what would happen next he said information would arrive in two hours . The staff then abandoned us we waited until 6am wasn’t offered drinks or any answers by this time all the passengers and my family where very tired and stressed . Not an easyJet rep in sight none available we were told at that airport at any time !! Whilst this was going on our plane had landed at 12.30 and had moved away from departure lounge on tarmac within our vision ! At 6am the following morning there was 24 hotel rooms found for family’s with children we didn’t get one they were all taken there was people who were elderly on our flight . From that moment it was horrendous we had no answers everyone we spoke to passed the buck easyjet cut people off not responding to emails just said check flight tracker. No hotel stay was offered to us or the remaining passengers. We were offered a Burger King which I didn’t have as I’m vegetarian unfortunately the airport doesn’t accommodate this so I went without a hot meal from 8pm on the Wednesday evening until 5pm the following evening ! Our delay was 18 3/4 hours . The treatment we had was horrendous I had to cancel work the next day had no sleep no answers from easyJet no apology apart from pilot and crew who pretended they didn’t know we were not put into a hotel but served us a complementary drink and snack . Bet they had a nice nights sleep and shower before they flew out . Angry doesn’t even cover how I feel our family had taken this holiday after a stressful year of losing my mum . This will be the last time I will be using easyJet . I feel more stressed now than before I went on holiday . If we were put into a hotel and kept informed my feelings towards easyJet may of been different but it’s obvious they don’t care about there passengers and lack customer service ! So in relation to your easy jet ‘our promise’ not once did it feel like we where treated safely and that you acted to the events responsibly, you were not on your customers side-the complete opposite in fact , your statement ‘that we were in it together’ is some sort of joke and to claim you are always efficient and forward thinking clearly is a lie.

Flight booked to leave Thursday 13/06 at 06.05 hrs. we received an email in the early hours saying the flight has been delayed till 08.30hrs but to book in at usual time. Booked in at 05.10 hrs and was TOLD by the EASYJET check in desk attendant that the FLIGHT was DELAYED till 08.25. we were provided with two vouchers for coffee because of the DELAYED FLIGHT ... On checking the display board at 06.45hrs for information we discovered that the GATE CLOSED FLIGHT GONE was displayed. Unbelievable and totally incompetent device.. we missed a funeral of a close relative and are both ANGRY VERY VERY ANGRY.. please email me with information on who to contact for the flights refund. I AM THAT ANGRY I MAY LOOK INTO SU-ING EASYJET Not even an apology when approaching their customer service desk just offered a flight the next day which we would have to pay for and a postage stamp piece of flimsy paper with a customer service contact on it COULD SOMEONE FROM EASYJET CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT EMAIL ME BACK WITH AN APOLOGY joefarel1960@gmail.com

Are you going to sort out my new passport that a member of your team damaged by placing a sticker on the inside of it for my baggage, Which when I took it out to scan my passport it ripped my passport number off damaging my passport! your customer service are useless! Unhelpful, The chat option was a waste of 40 minuets after asking a load of questions then said sorry can’t help you with that, knowing full well from the beginning what the problem was! Then why did they need to ask all those questions in the first place. I have a holiday booked with no passport at the moment so I’m hoping this gets resolved soon as that’s a few thousand pounds down the drain when I can’t fly! Sort it out easy jet! Your negligence your problem

Cancelled my flight last minute without any reason and promised they would pay for any travel we have to arrange ourselves however once you arrange the claim they say that isn’t the case and cite it was due to bad weather on the hottest day of the year and there is nothing they or will do. Will never book with them again
