Ordered goods on 10th June payment accepted - Goods shown in warehouse awaits picking 5 weeks later. Spent 1 hour on phone to customer services option 2 deliveries not available so chose option 3 any other matters. Spoke there to a very unhelpful person who stated she was only there to take orders. Gave me a premium number to contact customer services (they earn revenue from this number). Very unhelpful 7 emails sent no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Easylife state they only take the funds once the items have been despatched. They've taken my money and ten days ago and the helpline is a recorded message to call back. Hopeless!!

My mum is 83 and ordered goods on 20th June which never arrived. She ordered from these crooks by mistake as her last order never arrived either. They have had over £100 off her. They just take your cash and make sure you can't get in touch with them. I have reported them to Trading Standards. DON'T order from them, they are just a bunch of thieving scamming CROOKS.

Bought a stepladder which had a safety fault Sent it back and after six weeks and numerous phone calls finally got a refund. I will never use this company again As previous callers to talk to someone is either a very long wait or not able to get through

SCAMMERS. WARN YOUR ELDERLY RELATIVES TO AVOID. They use your details to make unauthorised debits. My elderly uncle purchased some masks from one of their newspaper inserts over the phone. They then phoned him and signed him up to a book club (he declined three times); they sent him books anyway; and charged his debit card without authorisation. He then had to go out to post them back as no phone number or email on the paperwork. EASYLIFE BOOK Club. I have reported to trading standards.

Please DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They have taken payment 4 times for 1 order. Then twice for another order. We wish we had read the reviews first. They are dishonest and don't respond to any contact. Also Natwest are not interested in helping us , we used their credit card. So please be warned and stay clear of them.

I placed an order on 3rd June for delivery by 11th June, since then I've received no information from easylife. I tried "Contact Us" several times but got no replies. I tried phoning but there were 109 people ahead of me. I tried to cancel the order but the form that comes up is obviously for returns, I filled it in anyway but had to enter a date when the goods arrived so I put Christmas day, again absolutely no response. I've ordered from this firm before and they were ok, even Covid-19 can't be responsible for this service.

Whilst I understand that COVID has affected delivery times, my order has taken over 6 weeks and I have received no update or explanation. I have had two long, contradictory and unsatisfactory conversations with customer services and was cut off when I attempted to cancel my order. I attempted to do the same via email and received a stock reply which failed to address my request. In the mean time I have received 2 catalogues from the company, which I find appalling as they are unable to fulfil existing orders!

wrong item sent after 4 phone calls lasting 45- 90 mins all i got was excuses and told refund would be paid in next few hours .contacted paypal and they have taken this on and state they will refund money and claim off easylife . customer service worst i have ever known

Ordered face masks on 06/06/20 via their telephone service. The website showed that they were coming soon. Got advised on 07/07/20 that my parcel was now with Hermes for delivery. Package arrived this morning and only contained a number of leaflets, there were no masks in the package. Tried ringing customer services several times and they are not taking calls at the moment. Rang the order line and got answered quickly, but the person who answered just diverted my call to customer services who of course were not answering. I called the order line again and asked the man who answered to deal with my problem and not divert me to the customer services. The man became very aggressive and I had to put the phone down. Please be aware of ordering from this company because if anything goes wrong, as there appears to be many problems, you will have great difficulty in getting your problem dealt with and you will probably lose your money.

Wish I had read the reviews.for this company before I placed two orders nearly 70pounds worth. Waited over month for face masks which are rubbish not even as good as the ones you can buy in the likes of the super stores for a couple of ponds Then waited almost two months for gloves and hand sanitizers again I can now buy these locally for less then half the price I have paid Easylife. All this time the company are send emails and advertising in National newspapers about their products When they have outstanding orders not fulfilled .I know other people very unhappy with Easylife The only advise I would give is DONT order from them.

Having placed my order with this company on the 2nd June 2020, I am still waiting for my order! Despite the answer machine message advising that my card would not be charged until the goods are being despatched, it has been charged and yet still no goods! Having had no response to any emails and being advised that there was another 80!!! calls before me all trying to get through I am really struggling what to do. Having spoken to my Credit Card company they are not interested and because I have had a Holiday refund sent through means that they get their money and just lie their way through the phone call. I am thinking of contacting a small claims court to get this sorted. *****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***

Posted my order on 13th May the enclosed cheque was cashed on 29th May& despite 3 emails & countless phone calls that go unanswered I still have not received any items. I will not order from them again & will take the matter further if no response, or cancel the order and request a refund.

I really can't give 1 star but as that is the only way to write a review I had to. More than a month overdue on delivery dates given by them with no amendment or revised date...and still NONE of the items. Emails only go to an automated response, with all excuses based on Covid restrictions hindering their workplace, but my order was made 29th May and this was nothing new on that date. They are still advertising the products I ordered as being available...when for 2021??? They are not honest and make it impossible for communication. Their brochures will be binned without hesitation...and as I am in the healthcare industry I will share my experience with clients and colleagues.

Ordered 13/06/20. Delivered 26/06/20. Delivery not accepted because package damaged and leaking. Returned via Hermes. Reported same day to Easylife. Filled in website form twice asking for an up date on delivery. No response. Received your new catalogue on the post today and are glad to see that you have dropped your Trust Pilot claim to be the greatest. Still awaiting some contact. Not hopeful.

We know its COVID but I feel distressed and exceptionally disappointed with my recent purchase. Ordered 12 May PPE and 2 items were not available, 1 expected 26 May and 2nd due 15/6. I rang up end of May to ask why a part order had not been sent. Although the operator said 'we don't do that any more' the website still states they do. I wish I had cancelled my order then because the message given out from opening to close was saying 'the lines are very busy please call back later'. My order had changed to Allocated-awaiting picking. I emailed and completed a message online several times, no contact. I rang sales and they refused to help. I then found an organisation called Resolve online and I completed the registration and then a complaint form asking them to cancel my order. I got a reply just a standard one saying sorry and bear with us. I sent 4 of these and the same message came back. Obviously they never read the form at all. I have received my parcel today. I have not opened it yet I just want to send it back. To complete this review I had to tick a star but wanted to put no stars at all. Disgraceful. I believe they allocated more than they received and we had to wait for new stock. Even now their adverts are all over the place saying their products are in stock. A couple of friends have experienced the same as me although their orders did not include the PPE.

Worst ever UK online purchase Worst ever UK online purchase. I ordered 3 items 5 weeks ago and despite them showing "fully allocated-awaiting picking" they have still not been delivered. I have phoned about 12 times and only managed to get through once. I was caller 96 with an estimated wait of 58 minutes. I was so desperate that I held on and got to caller number 2 and the line went dead. I have emailed at least 10 times, including a complaint and never had a reply. I have had items delivered from China during this time and most UK companies are delivering within 3 to 4 days. Amazon are still achieving next day deliveries. My guess is that Easy Life are going bust and are taking in as much money as they can before the event. I have lost £50.00 so be warned. Dont touch this lot with a barge pole. There are plenty of other companies who sell the same items.

I published a virtual book on Trustpilot regarding my experiences with Easylife. Money taken but no goods. 20 plus emails. Couldn't get through on phone. Only managed to get refund ( in 2 stages !! ) after getting CEO s email address. 6 wasted weeke Will never use again

Payment went through 5 weeks ago. No sign of goods. Impossible to contact by phone - except 0800 order line. No response to e mails which referred to legal action. Don't use this company.
