I will not buy from this company again they are useless, never deliver on time and customer Service just email blaming Covit -19 yet stating the delivery is normal. Delivery costs are exceptionally high!!

Ordered goods May 19th still not received them and don't answer calls will take this to police as they are taking money but not delivering goods so it's a fraud issue

I ordered a pack of 50 surticaria masks which cost £39.99 When the parcel arrived all that was enclosed 30 masks charged at 50 price. Could not get in touch by the telephone so they either owe me a refund or send the rest ordered most disappointed

Cashed my cheque 10 days ago and not heard a word from them. Phone can't get through don't reply to e-mails. Let's all go to their address and get answers.

Customer service is none existent. Try to phone and you are repeatedly cut off. Items ordered have been in stock every day since they were ordered on 07/06/2020. Clearly state a 3 day turn around for delivery. Clearly states on front cover of brochure Corona Virus - We are delivering as usual. Last week part payment for my order was showing on my Credit Card. Now today no entry whatsoever. So what's going on ?. Can't get a reply at all

I placed an order on the 12th of May ,and I am still waiting, the goods should have been arrived by the 6th of June & 41/2 weeks later I'm still waiting, It is impossible to get through on all phone lines. Only today I received a fmsbrochure if you cannot deliver goods why are you still offering the same items

I have been a customer for many years and have never had a problem with delivery but am in the same situation now as other people have reported. I also ordered face masks 5 weeks ago and yes there was a delay because of the current situation. The package is now with the "friendly" Hermes courier who I am still waiting to meet. |It is now the 5th day when they say delivery will be between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and then after those times the update comes through with "slight delay will deliver as soon as possible" When Easylife told me it was to be delivered by Hermes I was concerned - I was right. The "couriers" are actually self-employed drivers who use their own vehicles and will deliver when it suits them. There has been bad press about Hermes for some time. Why the face masks were not sent by post I do not understand - we pay for postage and packing. I also have another order placed but I have sent a note to cancel it, as it would probably arrive in the next century with a bit of luck!

This company seems a true scam. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from here. I was desperate to get a desk for this time to work from home. You cannot contact customer service through email or phone. They actually do not let your call to go through. This is ridiculous! Please Do NOT buy anything from here.

Complete scam company, avoid at all costs. I bought some Easy Green which turns brown grass green instantly. It arrived and I shook it well before spraying on a small patch of brown grass. The liquid that came out looked almost colorless apart from a small green tint. I shook it again and tried four more times and nothing happened. I then read the reviews on the product and the company and realised I had been scammed. They don't reply to emails etc and have scammed a lot of people out of money for subscriptions they haven't even ordered I am now contacting Trading Standards to see if they can test the product. It has safety instructions on it but no ingredients list. I assume it is mainly just water.

Ordered goods 3 black masks May 10th 2020 the cheque was cashed 22nd May, but goods have never arrived and I have contacted the company three times and received no reply. I will never use this company again.

Ordered items essential for the currenst situation on 24/4. As one item was not in stock advised it would be delayed a week. Then another week, and another week and so on. Eventually missing item was in stock on 5/6 but a week later, the complete order has still ot been despatched. Most reputable online firms send out part orders if there is going to be a delay. Two e-mails complaints to Customer Service on 18/5 and 29/5 finally produced a robotic response on 8/6. Their website states that "We are delivering as usual". I don't think so. Order now for Christmas - your goods might arrive in time if you are lucky.

Have ordered from Easy Life before with no problems. But my order for face masks is well overdue. After 3 weeks have been told they have been despatched, but I still have not received them. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered goods in late April email estimated late May for delivery, but still nothing and no updates from Easylife. I've tried phoning and emailing and no response the phone line won't even let you hold. I appreciate we're in difficult times but how come other Companies can keep you updated but not Easylife. What makes it worse is they are still sending me emails for the same product I've ordered and it states they're still in stock. I will never buy from this Company ever again, I'll continue with the likes of Amazon. I would recommend everyone avoid this Company

Clearly pointless making telephone calls! when the telephone system has seemingly "switched off", whilst I echo the negative comments regarding frustrations of long delays and deficient customer service, in fairness to Easy Life Group whilst my patience is running out, given that payment is not being deducted from my bank account until goods have been dispatched (protection masks ordered 13/05/20), on reflection surely some level of tolerance during these challenging unprecedented times for excessive delays is probably acceptable in the circumstances??

customer service is non-existent my order id now 12 days late and I cannot contact them in any way and I have tried them all several times also tried to get details of my order delivery from Hermes but the links given on the easylife site just do not work at all they are uncontactable at one time I was 140th in the queue on the phone so I now realise they have massive problems.

Posted order to easylife 3.5.20, cheque cashed 14.5.20.still awaiting items which cost £36.37. Tried phoning twice, but only get answer recorded phone message busy and deliveries will arrive 3-5 days. Poor service. Thinking about reporting to watchdog

I ORDERED THREE ITEMS IN APRIL 2020 COSTING £30.57 AND THE FIRST ONE (HOSE PIPE) ARRIVED, AND ALTHOUGH THEY DEDUCTED THE £30.57, THE OTHER TWO HAVE NOT COME YET. I HAVE A 'SCREEN-GRAB' OF THE ORDER, BUT THE USER-UNFRIENDLY WEBSITE DOESN'T OFFER SUITABLE CONTACT MEANS FOR ME TO COMPLAIN AND SHOW THEM THE ORDER!

Read the others.similar complaint.Have took the money out of my bank.Nothing artived so I phoned 4 times to see why.T he phone was put down on my call twice after waiting 1 hour.when I did get through they promised to refund my money as items not going to be in stock until middle of july.That was 2 weeks ago..still waiting for refund.not answering phone cut you off. I am a pensioner and need the items but cant afford to buy them until I get my money back. Also I am now getting a load of rubbish mail all the time.Dont use this firm it is disgraceful.had to give 1star as couldnt put this in until i did

Easy life group, in my opinion, is both dishonest and unprincipled. Cannot make contact via their phone lines to chase up order which is over ten days outside their ETA advised date - and that date was over two weeks from my placing of the order! If they do not have items in stock they should say so and NOT advertise further in a bid to mislead other potential customers! Three of my friends who were also stupid enough to place an order with them have had the same experience. Such a cavalier and dismissive attitude towards their customers will be long remembered and shared with others, long after pandemic has ended, which does not augur well for their future. Sharp practice and deceptive business model - order at your peril!

Back in March, 2020 I ordered a hair-cutting comb. I was made aware that there was a four week delay before delivery. Firstly I wasn't impressed by the product when it arrived, and secondly, among the paperwork was the offer to join the EasyLife Motor Club. Not wishing to join the club, I ignored the invitation. Today - 04/06/2020 I noticed on my Visa credit card bill that £59.99 had been charged to my card on 30/04/2020. When I queried this with EasyLife I was told because I hadn't opted out of the Motor Club invitation within 14 days, my card was charged for the subscription. The lady on the 'phone said she would check with the management and see whether the money would be refunded to me. She also said that I should hear back within 14 days. I think that having to opt out of something is a sneaky and underhand way of obtaining money for something that isn't required. I certainly won't be buying anything from this company again. I've only given EasyLife one star because there is no option to give them zero stars. Prospective customers of this company should be on their guard.
