Was signed up to their Rewards without my knowledge and was debited (up to now) 3 monthly charges of £18.50. After many emails I got them to cancel the Rewards Scheme but so far no sign of a requested refund. Contemplating taking legal action possibly via small claims court. Anyone done this?

Easylife for whom? Certainly not for this customer. The only source of an easylife is the aptly named above company who has committed fraud and theft toy bank account by deducting sales finances. I have never voluntarily subscribed to this company and have received absolutely nothing in return for all deductions starting in November 2021. Bank fraud team have been contacted and awaiting visit from Police Scitland as this is theft! Do not underestimate my intentions of retrieving my finances company has taken. Considering contacting a tabloid newspaper about this company's fraud.

I would avoid this company at all costs, once you buy something from them you are then bombarded with phone calls from the Reward Club and no matter how much you tell them you are not interested in subscribing to anything, they sign you up without telling you and before you know it they start taking money out of your bank account without you knowing anything about it and without your permission, this is what happened to my husband and we only found out about by chance on the 8th December 2021 as we were checking our accounts, we are currently waiting to be paid back for all the unauthorised payments they have taken off his account, so beware I would seriously advise against ordering anything from Easylife as this is how the reward club which is a part of Easylife gets your bank account details and before you know it they have signed you up to some subscription and take money from your account without your knowledge or permission, so please be warned as it has happened to quite a lot of people, just google it for yourself. We will never trust this company ever again

Never buy anything from this company! I purchased one item a year ago and have since received numerous phone calls saying I have received a reward. Despite being asked to be removed from their mailing list and remove my number I still receive calls - the latest this evening at 8.00. Have blocked their numbers but they simply call back using another number.

Do not buy from this company -I am fed up with being harassed with phone calls -all because I once bought something from their catalogue(which wasnt that great btw). Also they keep sending catalogues - Haven't they heard of climate change ? total waste of paper -straight to bin.

Absolute twunts. They won’t leave me alone after my mother bought some face masks off them in 2020. Repeatedly block them, come back with a new number. They also billed her for £75 of goods that she never even ordered. Thieving bastards should be shut down.

Sick of ever ending phone calls. Some calls at 10pm at night. Blocked their number loads of times and still they come but under a different number. Wouldn’t get anything else from them even if it was free.

Shocking fraudsters. 90 year old relative has just informed us that they have been illegally taking money from her account. She is neither on the Internet and this transaction was obviously completed by one of the agents over the phone. Disgraceful and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

From Anne Roberts I bought some items from easy life to the value of £39-98. On the 16th October. These items were on today’s bank statement. Two days later on the 18th of October the amount of £16 -99 was also taken out my account by EASYLIFE without my permission. The sales person on the 16th oct. tried to sell me something and I kept saying I could not hear what he was saying and he was not to take money out of my account, other than what I had just bought As pensioners we never do transactions of this nature by telephone unless planned in advance. For obvious reasons. However it is clear now that what this £16-99 was all about. Surely this is illegal and both my husband and I are 82 years and our health is not so good and do not know what steps to take to retrieve the money. That’s my experience with EASYLIFE. WHERE IS MY RE-EMBURSEMENT???

Flagged as fraudulent several times. Tries to get money off you by automatically enrolling you to their subscription. When leaving a bad review, they don’t try to apologise and look into it the situation to change it. Avoid at all cost!

Wanted to return a item so called easylife and paid £5 for return delivery and collection. Was promised prepaid return label would be posted which never turned up. Called again and asked them to send email with label so I could print it myself and arranged a 2nd collection date but the label they emailed me had collection date that had expired 2 months previously !!! Arranged ANOTHER COLLECTION DATE WAITED IN ALL DAY AND NO ONE CAME TO COLLECT MY PARCEL

Disgusting disregard by this company of multiple requests to stop calling. They are plainly in breach of their obligations to my privacy. I will be taking their ignoring my requests to stop calling further.

Absolute shambles of a company. I bought a one off item for a friend a couple of years ago and have asked on countless occasions to be taken off the mailing list and to cease telephone sales calls which are becoming a nuisance! But I am still getting calls on regular basis so my requests have been totally ignored,

Just had a tearful call from my dad. They signed him up to a 'rewards club', he neither needs nor wants. This isn't even a case of accidentally ticking a wrong box-the item he actually wanted to buy was ordered and paid for over the phone. The person who took that order must have signed him up. He rang them and they said they would cancel. Now they've taken £18.50 from his bank. I'm going to try to sort this out for him, but will probably come up against the 'we can't talk about this with you because of data protection rules'. I'm not going to give up though. Judging by how many reviews here are here that say the same, this isn't a mistake, this is a strategy. No one hurts my 82 Yr old dad and gets away with it! Look out you scheming ****s. You messed with the wrong 82yr old`s family.

They called me for distributorship... Deposit amt told rs25000 and above... I agreed for trial basis rs5000. Over phone their marketting persons called and accepted my request and issued distributorship certificate and then given more pressurized to me pay immediately. I done but google pay little bit delayed. "Now is the climax came". Again they pressurized to pay rs5000 otherwise cannot send materials to delivery. Still i will not and inform to cancel my distributorship and refund the money. Still not return money. So their motto is collect the money. Not maintaining any own policy and manners. I have doubt about this. So enquire proper and go forward if u want to do any business with easylife pls.
