My details have been passed on and i am getting calls trying to sell me things. Their service is poor, call to place an order, phone answered and dealt with straight away, customer help line you are placed on hold. I wish I had read these reviews before because I would not have placed an order with them. Worst company I have dealt with and will not use again and recommend other do not.

Refusing to refund me full amount for item I DID NOT RECEIVE and for which I paid. Customer service appalling. I received wrong item which I returned. Have sent numerous emails stating in plain English that I did not receive item I ordered. They have persisted in deliberately ignoring this fact. Dreadful company, stay away. I will persist and will contact their CEO and Trading Standards Office. They will NOT get away with this.

What went wrong?... Everything! Never received goods & 3 months later still await refund, easy life blame courier service. I want my money back. Please stay away from these ghastly scammers. Enough bad reviews to end company! Such a terrible reputation.

As highlighted in press, EasyLife took money without my knowledge for ‘membership’ and subscriptions that I’d not asked for. It’s taken ages but they have said they will pay it back - that’s one star’s worth!

My mother passed away early in September and I've been totally messed around since informing them this just to get monies owed to her on goods returned. I've sent numerous emails, phone calls and no one seems to know what to do when a customer has died. They said her refund had been paid back in to her customer account the last time I spoke to them as for some reason the woman I spoke to didn't know she had passed away. I've sent over proof of executor twice. There seems lack of communication their end and it's becoming a nightmare just to get the refund sent to me. It's so upsetting that companies can do this to people. Definitely recommend the have a bereavement dept as most other companies do. They were so easy to deal with and knew what they were doing from the start. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who plans to return goods and wants money back.

I ordered a bird hotel for my garden from Easylife Group which was £19.99, from their catalogue. When I tried to assemble it half the parts were missing. I was advised to return it to Easylife Group returns department, which I did with the carrier Hermes. As it was sent recorded delivery at a cost to me of £5.99 I checked through my Hermes account on line and discovered that it had been returned to their returns department on Monday 10th August 2020 at 12.02. After trying to contact them several times by phone, being told that due to Covid 19 they were experiencing large amounts of calls and was advised to call back later, I did this several times without reply. I decided to send Easylife an email hoping for better luck. I sent an email on the third of September to Easylife group explaining the problems I was experiencing. The reply was not what I was expecting. On 21st September I received an email from Easylife which basically said" In response to your correspondence I have taken a look at the above mentioned account I am sorry to inform you that we have yet to receive your package to our returns department. If you could kindly by return send proof of postage, we may look into this further for you. i was asked to provide a contact number so that we can quickly resolve any issues with you". I had to laugh, this has being going on from the second of August. Basically my gripe in a nutshell is, had Easylife sent me a a bird table that was fit for purpose it would have cost me £19.99 as per their catalogue, but because it was not complete and not fit for purpose, it has cost me an extra £5.99 and I still have no bird table. I await developments. complete

I ordered 5 months ago and despite numerous attempts at communicating with this company I heard nothing more. Annoyed as I was I was relieved that they didn’t take payment until orders were despatched. Today I learned from an email they are sending me my order which, of course, I no longer need and they’ve taken money from my bank. Utter charlatans. They don’t respond to queries and take customers for granted.

DO NOT order from.this company. Placed an order late june for delivery 10th july. Parcel.not receive so l rang to cancel the order mid july and was told l needed to do this on line. At least 6 emails later Hermes tried to deliver the goods on 2nd october. If you try to speak to customer services, they put you through to complaints who then cut you off. This happened 3 times to me. Have sent a complaint to trading standards

Back at the end of July I ordered a small stepladder for my elderly mother using her bank card and delivery address but my contact tel number. A few weeks later got a phone call ref said ladder, so assumed I was speaking to Easylife. The person then started talking about some car club scheme and asked for my details, make of car, reg no etc. Didn't feel comfortable so I literally terminated the call. Fast forward to this week when my mother noticed Easylife had taken another £59.99 from her account. Rang Easylife and after investigating was told it had nothing to do with them but a different company (although on the bank statement it clearly says Easylife)! Was given another tel number who I contacted and was informed that I had subscribed for a year to a car club because I hadn't cancelled after 10 days! I had not agreed to anything. Total scam and surely against the Data Protection Laws to pass on peoples bank details to another company (or is it another part of Easylife)? Promised to be refunded within 7 to 14 days, but will not hold my breath. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, or Covid!

Delivered an order despite many emails to cancel. All of which were ignored. The order arrived and I did not accept it. Following contact with my local Trading Standards Officer I wrote to Easylife quoting the relative Consumer Contracts Information relating to buyers' rights and I was given a draft of a letter I could write requesting a refund within 14 days. That letter was sent by recorded post and was delivered to Easylife on Sept 28. I have yet had no reply to an email request for confirmation as to when the money will be returned despite asking for this information. I received an email giving a number to call in respect of unpaid refunds, but, surprise, surprise, the call is not answered. Today I received a catalogue in the post from a Company called Home Shopping Selections, and guess what- this Company has the same postal address as EasyLife! And it has a similar product to the one I ordered.

Shocking truly so bad in every single way. I placed an order and 7 months on nothing, no replies to emails and no chance of help on the phone. In a recent email I asked for an honest reply as to when I would have the order as the products were for my disabled dad; and yes no reply. DONT waste your time with this Company they don't care and I found all the products I needed on line mainly with amazon and at less price and delivered within 2 days! This terrible company are simply middle men with no morals or it seems stock!!

Cannot get through to customer services, just held in long queue; however sales lines answered almost immediately. Asked for ceo email address only to be kept on hold and then transferred to cancellation team - only kept on hold. If anyone has CEO email would appreciate it being printed here.

Absolutely shocking Customer Service, paid for a couple of items which didn't work, got told to return them with all the packaging which I did and they haven't even refunded my money this was over a month ago. Like someone else's comment if there was a 0 star rating I would use it. You are on hold for ever, emailed the company but didn't get a reply, got cut off a couple of times, you would think they would have the courtesy to ring back when you are in the middle of a conversation. They are quite willing to take your money but no refunds. This company should not be allowed to advertise I am still waiting for a £60.00 refund. The item which I ordered stated that if it didn't work in 30 days you would get a full refund, what a joke. This company is absolutely shocking and do not rate it at all. They have now got the money and the items, I urge other customers to go elsewhere and not order from this company, I wanted to speak to a manager they wouldn't transfer me, I asked for the person's name who I was speaking to but because she was foreign I asked her to spell out her name but she wouldn't. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful and ill mannered company in my life. I do not rate this company.

Placed an order 3 months ago, on hold by phone to the point you have to give up, sent 4 emails, no response. Do not deal with this lot, I’m going to contact credit card company to sort out.

A company which I shall certainly avoid in the future. Money taken from bank account for goods ordered and not received. Four unanswered emails and four unsuccessful attempts to speak to a customer services representative. Continuing receipt of catalogues which are now immediately thrown in bin. .

Had I read the reviews before ordering I would not have done so. However I did order early August. I refused the Perx offer but needed to double check that. Only once managed to get through on the phone out of several attempts. Twice cancelled the order, BUT it still arrived on 17th September. Initially I was going to refuse to accept delivery but decided I really did not want to spend next few weeks trying to get my money back, so accepted. Unfortunately there was damage in 2 places. Taking the bull by the horn I emailed the CEO who responded within hours, passing my complaint onto the ‘team’. Within a couple of hours I had received an offer of full refund and collection of item. As my husband had started using this item I thanked them but declined the offer. As a gesture of goodwill they gave a partial refund. Soooo whilst Covid can’t excuse everything, I did eventually receive reasonable service. I could even be tempted to try them again.🤞🤞🤞
