Have happily received easy life brochure and made occasional order, all satisfactory.Until phone call received, the gist of it was as I understood, foreign voice, that magazines will be sent with a free food voucher.I am not stupid and know you don’t get something for nothing.Just over 2 weeks later I receive a letter to say 2 week free trial ends for a membership I know nothing about and £18-50 will be taken from my account quarterly.! The day of the call I looked up tel.number to find it was a scam number so instantly cancelled my credit card.I have emailed them as the cost of a call is 19p a minute and people say a long wait.NEVER again will I trust anyone over the phone.I did not give information away on phone, they knew name and address as Easy life sell your details.

My 88 year olf Mother has just had money deducted from her bank by Easylife for a membership she had not requested. First she knew was a letter arrived in November advising she needed to let them know by 28th October if she did not want her membership. Like the other comments below we have been unable to contact anyone at Easylife. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I recently purchased goods and later received a telephone call where they have used the credit card details from my purchase to collect money for Easylife motor membership which I certainly did not authorise This company should be reported for cold calling and mis selling

The goods I ordered were delivered on time and of good quality, however I have since been tricked into accepting some sort of motor insurance despite contacting this firm and trying to cancel it. They do not listen to you and go ahead anyway. I have just tried again to cancel this un-wanted scam, and get my money back, they agreed to do this within seven days.

I purchased some bds oil from easylife I must admit it came within a few days after been told It would be three weeks, a few days later I was called by the health team wanting to know what I was going to use it for and what pain I was in I said I was in continuous pain and asked more questions I told him I will not share my medical records with him I was then asked about the motoring club and I said I don't need it as my motor is not an ordinary vehicle its a black cab and I have my own garage I go to as its a taxi repairers today I found that easylife had taken £59.99 out of my account this is is degusting I'm a pensioner and can't afford this kind as I don't keep much money in this account lts taken me over drawn so thats bank charges something should be done about this firm I'm going to get in touch with the managing director ive found his name.

Avoid at all costs. I bought an expanding hosepipe from them. It failed (split) whilst still just under its one year guarantee. It was in the middle of lock-down one. Easylife had turned off their customer services phone and stated that they could not accept emails or letters, so I was unable to get a refund despite my guarantee. When their customer services reopened they told me to get an "independent inspection" to prove that the hose was faulty. Imagine the cost!! They clearly don't care. In my 75 years, this is the worst cowboy outfit I have come across.

If I could give no stars I would. I have had an ongoing problem with this company since May. They have ripped off my 85 year old mom and will not issue a refund. 2 disclaimer forms sent back ,email after email they are just delaying for time, hoping we will give the complaint up. I am now in touch with trading standards .bThis company needs closing down. I will also be going to BBC watchdog I am sure they will be very interested in a company conning old and vulnerable people

My elderly parents were effectively conned out of £60. This is a disgusting business model that takes money from old people by stealth. These people should be investigated.

My details have been passed on and i am getting calls trying to sell me things. Their service is poor, call to place an order, phone answered and dealt with straight away, customer help line you are placed on hold. I wish I had read these reviews before because I would not have placed an order with them. Worst company I have dealt with and will not use again and recommend other do not.

Refusing to refund me full amount for item I DID NOT RECEIVE and for which I paid. Customer service appalling. I received wrong item which I returned. Have sent numerous emails stating in plain English that I did not receive item I ordered. They have persisted in deliberately ignoring this fact. Dreadful company, stay away. I will persist and will contact their CEO and Trading Standards Office. They will NOT get away with this.

What went wrong?... Everything! Never received goods & 3 months later still await refund, easy life blame courier service. I want my money back. Please stay away from these ghastly scammers. Enough bad reviews to end company! Such a terrible reputation.

As highlighted in press, EasyLife took money without my knowledge for ‘membership’ and subscriptions that I’d not asked for. It’s taken ages but they have said they will pay it back - that’s one star’s worth!

My mother passed away early in September and I've been totally messed around since informing them this just to get monies owed to her on goods returned. I've sent numerous emails, phone calls and no one seems to know what to do when a customer has died. They said her refund had been paid back in to her customer account the last time I spoke to them as for some reason the woman I spoke to didn't know she had passed away. I've sent over proof of executor twice. There seems lack of communication their end and it's becoming a nightmare just to get the refund sent to me. It's so upsetting that companies can do this to people. Definitely recommend the have a bereavement dept as most other companies do. They were so easy to deal with and knew what they were doing from the start. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who plans to return goods and wants money back.

I ordered a bird hotel for my garden from Easylife Group which was £19.99, from their catalogue. When I tried to assemble it half the parts were missing. I was advised to return it to Easylife Group returns department, which I did with the carrier Hermes. As it was sent recorded delivery at a cost to me of £5.99 I checked through my Hermes account on line and discovered that it had been returned to their returns department on Monday 10th August 2020 at 12.02. After trying to contact them several times by phone, being told that due to Covid 19 they were experiencing large amounts of calls and was advised to call back later, I did this several times without reply. I decided to send Easylife an email hoping for better luck. I sent an email on the third of September to Easylife group explaining the problems I was experiencing. The reply was not what I was expecting. On 21st September I received an email from Easylife which basically said" In response to your correspondence I have taken a look at the above mentioned account I am sorry to inform you that we have yet to receive your package to our returns department. If you could kindly by return send proof of postage, we may look into this further for you. i was asked to provide a contact number so that we can quickly resolve any issues with you". I had to laugh, this has being going on from the second of August. Basically my gripe in a nutshell is, had Easylife sent me a a bird table that was fit for purpose it would have cost me £19.99 as per their catalogue, but because it was not complete and not fit for purpose, it has cost me an extra £5.99 and I still have no bird table. I await developments. complete
