Absolutely shocking Customer Service, paid for a couple of items which didn't work, got told to return them with all the packaging which I did and they haven't even refunded my money this was over a month ago. Like someone else's comment if there was a 0 star rating I would use it. You are on hold for ever, emailed the company but didn't get a reply, got cut off a couple of times, you would think they would have the courtesy to ring back when you are in the middle of a conversation. They are quite willing to take your money but no refunds. This company should not be allowed to advertise I am still waiting for a £60.00 refund. The item which I ordered stated that if it didn't work in 30 days you would get a full refund, what a joke. This company is absolutely shocking and do not rate it at all. They have now got the money and the items, I urge other customers to go elsewhere and not order from this company, I wanted to speak to a manager they wouldn't transfer me, I asked for the person's name who I was speaking to but because she was foreign I asked her to spell out her name but she wouldn't. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful and ill mannered company in my life. I do not rate this company.

Placed an order 3 months ago, on hold by phone to the point you have to give up, sent 4 emails, no response. Do not deal with this lot, I’m going to contact credit card company to sort out.

A company which I shall certainly avoid in the future. Money taken from bank account for goods ordered and not received. Four unanswered emails and four unsuccessful attempts to speak to a customer services representative. Continuing receipt of catalogues which are now immediately thrown in bin. .

Had I read the reviews before ordering I would not have done so. However I did order early August. I refused the Perx offer but needed to double check that. Only once managed to get through on the phone out of several attempts. Twice cancelled the order, BUT it still arrived on 17th September. Initially I was going to refuse to accept delivery but decided I really did not want to spend next few weeks trying to get my money back, so accepted. Unfortunately there was damage in 2 places. Taking the bull by the horn I emailed the CEO who responded within hours, passing my complaint onto the ‘team’. Within a couple of hours I had received an offer of full refund and collection of item. As my husband had started using this item I thanked them but declined the offer. As a gesture of goodwill they gave a partial refund. Soooo whilst Covid can’t excuse everything, I did eventually receive reasonable service. I could even be tempted to try them again.🤞🤞🤞

if i could give a zero star i would ! This company is not worth your cash .. I placed a order in MAY 2020 todays date is 22/09/2020 and still no sign of order,they took cash for order in JUNE 2020. if you ring you will be holding on line for over 50mins . if you try sending emails they bounce back un answered . yet they will keep sending you catalogues every month ! this company needs closing down ...

Appalling company abysmal customer service avoid avoid avoid. They dint answer the phone or emails I returned a faulty item and they deny receiving it although I have proof it has been. Please join the facebook page Easy Life Action Group as more evidence to go to OFT and also twitter #cantcomplain to raise with BBC watchdog.

No response to cancellation request, over a month later sent product I had cancelled which I then returned unopened for refund as is my statutory right - never had a refund yet proof held return signed for. Original order 4.5.20 received 11.7.20, no indication goods ordered will arrive months later. No refund received for goods cancelled then returned, Will never use this company again.

Waiting weeks for a refund. No one answers the phone! Item cancelled and still no refund. Extremely frustrating company. DO NOT USE!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I Ordered goods in April; they were delivered on time but without the promised free offer. Since then Easylife have taken money from my credit card account without authorisation, for services I don't want & after promising to stop. Easylife sends an undated letter about a free trial of something that hasn't been requested as authorisation to take money. Easylife customers need to check their account statements regularly to find the unauthorised payments.

Rubbish company, order not received after 6 weeks, they did respond to an email saying goods lost in transit, did I want a refund. Yes please, nothing. They don’t answer the phone. Goodbye money

have been trying to get a refund for goods I e mail them not to send but they did anyway I think i'll phone the Queen properly have more luck getting through. sorry cant answer some questions as I have had no reply to my e-mails

Customer service appauling after cashing my cheque 5th June I had to wait weeks for a delivery of goods (various e-mails sent no reply - order unsuitable returned goods 15th August by their courier have sent 2 further emails asking for my money back (79.98) still waiting - I think this company needs to change its name - easylife what a joke.

Like a lot of the other reviewers I feel totally let down by this company. My 85 year old father ordered a ladder and it was delivered to the wrong flat in his block and was returned by Hermes, the money taken out of his account, but I am unable to chase this up for him as I am unable to get through on the phone and they do not respond to the emails that I have left. Trading Standards should definitely look into this company.

I placed an order on Easylife on 4th June 2020, still not got goods, my account says”Fully Allocated, Awaiting Picking” has said this since I placed order, they took money from my credit card 4 days after placing order, despite their policy not to take payment until goods have been dispatched. No replies to emails or no one answering phone. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back, but my account still says “Fully Allocated, Awaiting Picking” Perhaps I’ll get my order for free, then again pigs might fly!

Like everyone else wish I had read the reviews, can't believe they are consistently so awful, trouble ordering ,impossible to get hold off and now trouble getting a refund . Blaming Covid for delays is not on , if the NHS performed like ' easy life ' what a disaster it would be . I strongly advise people not to order from them .

Three months to deliver?? Then only after I requested a cancellation. Don't blame Covid - other firms managed to deliver within 2/3 weeks. Absolutely impossible to contact either by phone or email
