However trying to get money was another story I was told your paid later that day the. I was told 2-3 days so I took managers contact details from guy picking car up and I was trying to get through which realises he was ignoring I then got an answer and was shouted and screamed at saying how he has had such a bad day he I shouldn’t be ringing him am I stupid what more do I want read F..king online info ect I will get money when I get it ! I would not use this service again nor would I recommend it in fact I would strongly recommend against as you may just get the same abuse as I did . I’m sorry you have encountered a bad experience with the recycling centres customer services. However, in regards to payment, most ATF’s on our system process your payment on the same day of collection. It clearly states within your confirmation email that this can take upto three working days before it’s available in your account, the other option is to pay and £8 admin fee for guaranteed same-day payment. Added to this, we have a zero tolerance on abusive behaviour or language. As a result, we are investigating this behaviour and we will be in touch to update you on our findings.

“It all started when I had an issue with my head gasket and I just wasn’t confident in the repair cost vs my value in the car as it was due for a change anyway, having owned it for a number of years. I wasn’t sure where to go so tried a couple of services I found online and in this case I was coming in cold. They were fantastic guys to deal with, great and quick communication from day 1. I felt a bit out of my depth having not done this before but they explained the process and stuck to their word from day one. I’d say they were friendly, reliable and professional throughout which after reading horror stories online about other companies I was was worried - but as someone who has just had my car collected and money in my bank before it was loaded onto the transporter, I’m really happy to have found and used them. Monday, chose a collection day and was given a time slot of 12-4pm. Got an email confirming this. If it’s a prestige vehicle you need a V5 but not necessary otherwise although you do need ID (read the terms). Driver text me when he was close by and then photographed my ID when he arrived. And that was it. I received no paperwork from him. Payments are made at the end of the day and I received mine promptly. Job done!
