The other day i went to your shop to oder a nice refreshing beverage but the level of disrespect coming from person serving me was astronomical. After a long 15 minutes, with my children suffocating in the scorching car, I finally received the smoothie. To my shock, i found a HAIR in my beverage. This ruined my day so i demanded a refund. They refused! I then asked to see the manager but they said he was sick today because of covid! This is not ok as there should always be a manager. Yours sincerely, Karen Sommers xx

I have found a lot things I was looking for on eBay. The prices are very reasonable. The vendors are nice. They will work with you. The only minus is when the price is great the shipping cost is very high. I would like to have more vendors who offer free shipping.

Had basically every item in the last 3 months turn up faulty, I'm sick of re sending them and waiting to order new items again. Been a big fan of ebay for years but now I'm switching to amazon as this is just ridiculous, ebay doesn't regulate anything they sell. Infact they claim they don't sell live animals but yet you can buy a tarantula as "live food"... what would you have in your home that would eat a tarantula? Nothing. Theres loopholes throughout the whole ebay system but they don't care as long as they generate revenue for themselves, probably why scammers are flocking to ebay. I'd advise not to buy on ebay but if you do make sure to read all the recent reviews of the buyer as these are the ones that count the most, scammers are now using old accounts with good reviews to disguise themselves so be careful.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and srill waiting to be delivered, it supposed to come few days ago. Their customer service is garbage!!!

I have been shopping with Ebays for over 5 years & I like the items & prices & delivery comes on time ,except if they come from China,but ebays let me know before I order the item,so that's my decision to accept but what I love with ebays that I can get most items even for $2 ,free shipping & much lower price than amazon,which always they charge for shipping unless pay monthly fees for shipping so far I never had any problem with Ebays & still shopping.

I had seen price gouging on almost every essential item and since I had 3 extra boxes of gloves and 3 disinfectant items I decided to put them on eBay ,well ebay gives a recommended price but I thought it was to high and I just wanted to get my cost back and help others save money so I priced it at below my cost and what happens next is what makes me mad. eBay removed my item and accused me of price gouging all while at the same time they have sellers selling same items at 500% over original cost. It bothers me cause I'm not a greedy person...

Want to warn everyone to buy from supplier globalfactory1891. I bought a cutting plotter with 2 years warranty. After 6 months it broke. After 3 months of mailing back and forth, globalfactory1891 arranged a transport company to pick up the plotter. When the machine reached globalfactory1891 warehouse they said that the machine was scrap and that I could only get 80% of the machine's value. I should be happy that I was able to use the machine for 6 months according to globalfactory1891. Have a hard time understanding how 2 years warranty can mean that globalfactory1891 can't offer me an equivalent plotter that works or the whole sum back so I can buy from another supplier. I can't buy an equivalent plotter for 80% of the value. In my last email where I asked them to send back my broken machine and money to the repair so I can fix it, they did not reply to that email. They now have the machine, do not want to replace me with a working machine and do not want to pay back what the machine cost. To me, it looks like fraud. Is this a supplier ebay wants customers to be fooled by? Help me with this provider and warn them of their behavior towards customers, if it doesn't help, close their account so they can't fool any more customer. Ebay is changing everyday I have been a member for years even got a credit card from them besides when you place an order it has to go threw PayPal then you get charged threw your bank or credit/debit and if you have a problem eBay tells you to contact PayPal but PayPal don’t have any records of your purchase I can accept if you don’t check seller ratings you can waste time waiting to get your money back after seller didn’t send items but now with everything that is going on (COVID-19) Ebay has removed live reps and has instructed everyone to use there online computer which sometimes can be very frustrating I have decided to place my orders with company’s I can reach out and talk to a human like Walmart or amazon until things change I’m staying away

Be careful with eBay that really doesn’t care about their customer. One of the experience that I have is the seller was harassing me and ebay did nothing. The seller even emailed me in my email out side ebay calling me nasty names I send a copy to the ebay email, of course he denied.. but what he text me I can tell plus my email is private. They did nothing about it. I tried to contact them could not. I going to close my, cause I am worry about my safety. I would just keep Amazon. Ebay is not good at all. They really don’t care about the customer.

Disgusting!! if you Planning to waist your time and money and loosing your goods use (eBay)! hehe what’s tha joke!! I put my bike on auction With no return accepted option after the guy cam and tested it, was really happy to take it, after week sent me a message asking for a full refund as the hand grib was broken! EBay took action for send a return post letter (what a joke) for a full refund and said if I haven’t sent the return post they will issue a full refund automatically I’m trying to contact the buyer to drop the bike back for a full refund he doesn’t bother as is going to have it anyway! What next ??? ebay HOUWEEEEEE!!!!!

It is not the first time this happens to me when buying on ebay. This is the last time I buy from them, lots of scams, and they are mediocre when it comes to customer service. I bought something that came broken and I asked the seller for a shipping label that he never send, when I contacted ebay customer service they told me I had to wait and then, when I contacted them again because the seller never send the label, they said they were sending me one return label which I never received. Of course I loose my money. Thanks ebay for always doing nothing.

I rarely go out of my way to give customer service representation other than on their own website, but people should know the ebay customer service definitely strives to fix issues in a fair and just manner. They don't get a full 5 stars because sometimes the CS rep you get doesn't listen to your issue fully, overlooking the main problem, and they protect the buyer over the seller even if sometimes the situation dictates a even field of business - that being said if you continue to respond to poor service, you'll eventually reach someone who likely understands your situation and wants to fix it. I have had some situations where they were unable to fix the issue due to how the ebay SYSTEM functions, and I do believe a human should be able to override automatic system decisions (because sometimes they say they can't do anything due to the policy in place and seller/buyer lack of response to auto messages) but that more so has a problem to do with policy and not customer service. This is strictly a review that over the past year with multiple hiccups with buyers, ebay customer service seemed to TRY to solve every issue as best possible, even if you have to continue giving them a little push and explain cleanly what resolution you need and why. Ebay is still a good platform to do business on and is definitely working to improve protection to both buyers and sellers.

If you do business with EBay, don’t expect eBay customers service to help you. Contact your card company and dispute the charge. My order past estimate delivery by 15 days and seller keep extending the delivery days (3 time) . eBay customers service agreed and put my case on hold . eBay phone line is not working and it’s no way that you can talk to live service . Stay away from this scam company.

No Les recomiendo NO comprar en e bay. Ya 2 veces me cancelaron mi compra si ninguna razon....pero si me robaron de mi cuenta lo que habia " tratado de comprar" . Nadie da explicacion . Terrible costumer service. Es feo dejar llorando a un cliente ....JAMAS compren en eBay. Amazon es mil veces mas serio ; respetuoso y cumplidor. Guillermina Parztelnik.

I was scammed on eBAy by a buyer who has more than 4000 reviews in Jan 2020. He made claim that my gaming laptop and charger was missing and charge back me. Everything else was in the package. I believe he took them out then took pictures of it and then open up a case which i lost.eBay refused to help me and told me to go to PayPal. PayPal also just yesterday favor the buyer and wont help me out at all.USPS said since he send the item back to me cause eBay told him to, i cant claim insurance no more. I have receipt of the shipping with the weight but doesn't help. If your selling on eBay go somewhere else. There will be no help for you if you get scammed. DO NOT TRUST tech2upcrepair. HE IS A SCAMMER!
