It is not the first time this happens to me when buying on ebay. This is the last time I buy from them, lots of scams, and they are mediocre when it comes to customer service. I bought something that came broken and I asked the seller for a shipping label that he never send, when I contacted ebay customer service they told me I had to wait and then, when I contacted them again because the seller never send the label, they said they were sending me one return label which I never received. Of course I loose my money. Thanks ebay for always doing nothing.

I rarely go out of my way to give customer service representation other than on their own website, but people should know the ebay customer service definitely strives to fix issues in a fair and just manner. They don't get a full 5 stars because sometimes the CS rep you get doesn't listen to your issue fully, overlooking the main problem, and they protect the buyer over the seller even if sometimes the situation dictates a even field of business - that being said if you continue to respond to poor service, you'll eventually reach someone who likely understands your situation and wants to fix it. I have had some situations where they were unable to fix the issue due to how the ebay SYSTEM functions, and I do believe a human should be able to override automatic system decisions (because sometimes they say they can't do anything due to the policy in place and seller/buyer lack of response to auto messages) but that more so has a problem to do with policy and not customer service. This is strictly a review that over the past year with multiple hiccups with buyers, ebay customer service seemed to TRY to solve every issue as best possible, even if you have to continue giving them a little push and explain cleanly what resolution you need and why. Ebay is still a good platform to do business on and is definitely working to improve protection to both buyers and sellers.

If you do business with EBay, don’t expect eBay customers service to help you. Contact your card company and dispute the charge. My order past estimate delivery by 15 days and seller keep extending the delivery days (3 time) . eBay customers service agreed and put my case on hold . eBay phone line is not working and it’s no way that you can talk to live service . Stay away from this scam company.

No Les recomiendo NO comprar en e bay. Ya 2 veces me cancelaron mi compra si ninguna razon....pero si me robaron de mi cuenta lo que habia " tratado de comprar" . Nadie da explicacion . Terrible costumer service. Es feo dejar llorando a un cliente ....JAMAS compren en eBay. Amazon es mil veces mas serio ; respetuoso y cumplidor. Guillermina Parztelnik.

I was scammed on eBAy by a buyer who has more than 4000 reviews in Jan 2020. He made claim that my gaming laptop and charger was missing and charge back me. Everything else was in the package. I believe he took them out then took pictures of it and then open up a case which i lost.eBay refused to help me and told me to go to PayPal. PayPal also just yesterday favor the buyer and wont help me out at all.USPS said since he send the item back to me cause eBay told him to, i cant claim insurance no more. I have receipt of the shipping with the weight but doesn't help. If your selling on eBay go somewhere else. There will be no help for you if you get scammed. DO NOT TRUST tech2upcrepair. HE IS A SCAMMER!

Buyer Beware!! Both seller & eBay Customer Service seem to be scammers! My money was taken, but I never received 2 of my purchases or refunds!! After opening a case w/eBay, just those 2 purchases mysteriously were deleted from my purchase history! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Many of the sellers are very poor, do not receive the item - if you do & need to return, the seller ignores you. Customer Services at ebay is very poor, should you have an issue then report it to Paypal or, even better, your card issuer. Choose Amazon over Ebay.

I purchased an item that never arrived. The seller then didn't answer my request for a refund and I think they have closed their account with Ebay. I tried to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, forget that! It's nearly useless, I really think Ebay makes up their own rules about the money back guarantee. Try to find how many days you have to get your money back. In my case I asked for my money back after waiting for 3 months for the product to arrive from China or Taiwan as the seller had stated.

I purchased a Bible at eBay expedited shipping which I paid for separately. The Bible did not arrive as expected priority mail, but the seller mailed it by media mail instead. The Bible was scheduled to be delivered on May 18, 2020. When I reach the item through USPS it says that the item was delivered at front porch/door. There was nothing left there either left on my mailbox. If the Bible was to be delivered by USPS it should of been put in the parcial mailbox and a key should of been put in my mailbox, but there were no key there. I contacted eBay customer service by summiting a eBay guarantee policy which states: If you don't received the purchased item you get your money. That is a incompetent lie, after waiting for the decision eBay. close the case on favor of the seller After that decision was taken I close my eBay account with 504 positives feedbacks, no neutrals or negatives. The seller has neutrals and negatives feedbacks and one with the same issue I went through. I now have to wait for 30 days of processing so that my account complete data be deleted. There are lots of places where you can purchase for example Amazon, theire policy is much better and less expensive.

NEVER BUY on Ebay as a guest!!! I did so and one of my items was not delivered. It were a set of reusable masks for my family in the rise of covid-19, when delivery stopped to take signatures. The delivery man just fixed some time, reporting that delivery was made when actually it did not. Firstly, the Ebay declined my rights as a consumer and took the seller's position. After I contacted and revealed my identity as a 8 years buyer, they agreed to pay for the item but on one condition. While I fulfilled the condition, past more than a month and they said it is to late and I should go to Paypal to receive the refund. Paypal now says, you should file a complaint on our Resolution Center Everything from the beginning, after 65 days of fight. I will never buy anything from Ebay as a guest again, and this platform will be the last place for my shopping in future. Do not recommend.

My purchase never arrived e bay service just keeps passing the buck 3 hours of frustration with Ebay trying to resolve the issue finely gave up(guess that's what they want) never will do business with EBAY again

eBay is not there if something goes wrong with your purchases they leave it up to the seller that doesn't always follow threw I was a long time customer I will not shop there on top of that your money not safe with PayPal quite the opposite

As a EBAY buyer and seller since 1999, EBay has done nothing but go downhill. I have 100 percent- perfect- feedback. Recently sold an item and accidentally shipped wrong part. As we offer free returns, EBAY now automatically generates USPS priority mail label for customer and charges you shipping fees. As the seller, you have no say in the return process and are not allowed to generate a return shipping label. We always ship via UPS for tracking and on time delivery. UPS shipping outbound fee was $20 for this item and EBAY charged $33 for return label, profiting on our error. That’s sick!

Again. Just purchased an iMac from ebay today morning. Spent £ 780 pounds. Two hours later I get an email from Ebay stating this item was auctioned from a fraudulent account. First thing I ve grabbed my laptop and searched how to contact them. Found it not easy to get connected to C.S. Once there ( 40 mins wait ) the agent talks to you but you can tell he/she is trying to derail your thinking onto different path, Quite a few times had copy/paste answers type alike.. So Now I have my monies frozen for at least 2 weeks. 2 weeks of hell to find out what they will say. Paypal useless also. :/ Blames ebay and vice versa. Im due full Ebay account cancellation as soon as I get my refund. Lastly, another case that happened to me recently on Ebay as a seller. Word of advice. Avoid Global shipping programe. Once your parcel is not delivered in time, the buyer gets a full refund no questions ask, you are charged. Read on google that there is a gap in the system where users abuse this programe by applying for refunds for items that didnt come ( they arrive but a bit later but it wont show up on the system ) so the buyer gets a free item and you have no item neither monies. Lastly huge charges, 10% ebay + 5% paypal ( ebay ) High return risk = $£ loss Im seriously out of ebay. Been there since 2007, 750+ 100% feedback. Always been mega reliable super seller/buyer. Its time to find new platforms, Be aware tho, Gumtree is now owned by ebay too. ( already had issues with my paid posts being removed without even 1 email notice ) Hope someone will find this review useful. Peace 2 all

No compro más en eBay, ellos dicen que su dinero está seguro u eso es falso, me robaron mi dinero y no me llegó el Producto e hecho varios reclamos y nadie me resuelve el problema, no confíen en esta página porque va a Perder su dinero

Terrible absolutely terrible platform. It’s no longer a great place to sell from. The EBay fees and lack of Communication and safety for sellers is no longer available. I refuse to sell anything with eBay anymore. On and eBay bucks good luck being able to use those lies. They took away anyway to contact anyone and they have. Made it so that anyone can con you into losing more money just by being a liar. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Oh and they took away the fastest way of getting paid when you sell something. Takes up to 5 days to get paid now.
