Customer service is a joke, they actually come off as smug in their responses for why they are screwing you, unbelievable. I've been a perfect seller for 10 plus years but now I'm done, good riddance E-Scam

eBay is allowing a listing of 114.00 for 1 can of Lysol. Some poor senior may not know any better. I will never utilize the site again and I’ll be to the BBB next.

Sellers are leaving EBay in droves. If you are a Seller you are guaranteed to have a scam buyer on every 3rd or 4th sale. This person will report the item is “defective” and you as a seller will have to pay $10-$12 to return the product that you paid $10-$12 dollars to send them in the first place. They will then contact you and say give me a 50% refund and I’ll keep the “Defective” item. Then the Best Part is EBay still gets 15% of the final valuation fee. So you actually end up losing money. Worst part is at the end of a month having spent about 120hrs selling 40-50 items you will clear about $100. That figures out to about .85 cents an hour.

Why is EBay stock at $28 it has only lost 30% of its value over last 30 days. The Sellers are Leaving EBay in Mass Exits and COVID-19 should have Doubled the EBay stock Losses. EBay stock should be at $14 right now and should be suspended by next week if the world was a fair place. Paypal stock on the other hand is taking a ROYAL BEATING its ability to survive is a Forgone Conclusion. The 6 foot hole has already been dug and the choir has assembled. See ya Paypal.

Dont ever sell on eBay they can take over the sell and make you pay back what you sold and you may not get the item back just because of what the buyer says Even if the item was correct and the seller has no rights. Will never trust eBay and you should never trust them

AVOID eBay at all costs! I used to sell on eBay regularly years ago. I have 100% positive feedback. I recently decided to start selling again. I sent a beautiful ring to a buyer after accepting her offer of 25% less than I was selling it for. The description was precise, including the exact dimensions of the ring and multiple photos, including a photo of it on my hand to show the size. She paid me $60 for an indicolite tourmaline ring. When she received it, she messaged me that she felt it was too small and was expecting it to be at least three carats because that's what she likes! She said she had worn it and didn't like it. I explained to her that a three carat indicolite ring would cost thousands of dollars. I also pointed out that the description clearly stated the gem size was 4x6 mm which was much smaller than 3 carats. I thought that would be the end of it but eBay tonight told me they are allowing her to return it (even though my auctions state that returns are not accepted unless not as described) and I had to pay all the shipping costs. I disputed their finding as I sold her exactly what was stated in my listing, and she has worn it, but they still found in her favor. Now I am out money for doing everything the way I should have as a good, honest seller. I don't know what's happened to them but they are absolutely terrible. Read all of the reviews below this one. They do not protect their sellers in any way. To find in her favor when I provided her exactly what she purchased is indefensible, and to make me pay the shipping when I was not at fault is beyond unacceptable. Use a different service to sell your items or you will be burned just like all the rest of us on this page. eBay is now an untrustworthy racket.

DO NOT buy any products from Lustydoll on EBay! They do not email you back and they disrespect the buyers. They don’t give money back because they don’t make much money anyway!

I sold a duck decoy that was in perfect condition to the buyer and said on my listing that I did not accept returns. The decoy was appraised at $300 (I have emails that prove the value and perfect condition of my decoy), and I sold it for $260 on eBay. I was told by an eBay representative that my money would be released as soon as the buyer received the item. Not only did this not happen, but the buyer broke my duck decoy and eBay granted them a full refund. I was told I would have to pay the return shipping (for a broken worthless item) and that eBay would not pay me any money for my loss! Where is the fairness in this situation? I am seeking payment in the amount of $260 dollars for the broken decoy and the return shipping amount. Although ebay resolved the case in the buyers favor, there is absolutely NO proof that the buyer did not damage my item so she wouldn't have to pay for it. Additionally, the buyer lied about me several times in her claim. She said that I deleted pictures and messages in eBay. I did no such thing. It is clear that this buyer was planning to scam me out of my money for the decoy that was in perfect condition when it was sent. I am seeking payment from ebay for my losses as a seller who put good faith in the company to protect me against buyers like this.

eBay do not protect sellers at all you sell genuine good items people used it then claim it's no good after using half the contents eBay let them do it and side with them regardless of your evidence, eBay is nothing but a safe place for scammers liars and cheats, sell at a boot sale you are more safe there.

I think we should all stop shopping on ebay. Nice how they are letting their sellers take advantage if it customers in this time of need ... wo wants 4 pack of TP. Only 200.00 1 roll 10.99 and up plus shipping fees. Boycott ebay amazon wal mart no loyalty to its online shoppers. These people trying to make a fortune on ebay are the same one cleaning out the stores.

eBay is dying. Long gone are the days of actual protection on eBay. A chinese scammer just got users for about $5,000 in one shot and if you didn't use paypal you got screwed! There are several users doing this and eBay doesn't seem to care. never got my money back

EBay is the ABSOLUTE WORST They need to chisel their headstone cause EBay is dead. If you are a dead beat then EBay is the perfect place to screw sellers over. EBay doesn’t protect the seller in anyway whatsoever. What EBay forgets is that the seller is the only way they generate funds. The buyer doesn’t pay EBay a single penny. My suggestion find anyway you can to sell your items other than EBay or you will regret it.

eBay end a case against me. They did nothing to protect me and now I have probably lost my merchandise. If you're unlucky and you sell to a scam, eBay won't protect you. So here are the details of my problem. I sold a RED Valentino skirt to a lady and when she receives it, she claims that it's not authentic because the tag of the skirt it's inside and it's in plastic. Plus that brand doesn't have those kinds of tags. She hasn't collaborated at all, all she cares it's what eBay will say. First of all, she provides two photos. In the picture, you can clearly see that the tag is made of fabric. There's no plastic as she claims. Secondly, no brand will put their tag outside especially when it's a cocktail cloth. To finish, I provide a direct link to the website of the brand. It shows a dress, we can clearly see the tag which it's the same but bigger because it's a dress. So when I provided all that, eBay did nothing else than ask me to do the refund and pay for the shipping fees to have my merchandise back. They say that they are also protecting sellers but this is only words. They were not able to say that my merchandise isn't authentic but didn't leave me other choices but loose everything. I won't buy or sell on eBay anymore because they won't protect me if something like this happens. I was lucky before that case. All the buyers and sellers were honest so I didn't have any problem but now I can clearly see how they manage our problems. They support scam so good luck if you're honest and you do business or even buy here.
