Scammers slip right through the cracks and get to keep your money. Amazon would never!

Horrible experience in the last 20 years again and again they let me down and only care about the buyer more than the seller unless it’s a high dollar transaction!! Once again it’s all about the money not about what’s right!

eBay (Escam) is a complete rip off. Put the out of business!!! Stop selling and buying on eBay. Unethical and unprofessional company (junkyard). Do not sell anything with this low budget junkyard. They do not support their sellers and allow buyers to scam you out of your product and money. They always side with the buyer. You will loss money with Ebay (E-scam). Run!!!

Overall i'm a big eBay user & fan Very recently leaving feedback on anything where supplier is based in the PRC or makes it look like they are UK based [when they aren't] is impossible Same on products such as hand sanitizer gel, face masks & loo roll Items details are mostly removed from purchase list Seems to me that eBay appear to want to avoid adverse publicity making money out of a crisis

Congrats Ebay, you make the cable company's customer service look competent. The entire system is gamed against the seller. "No Returns" policy is completely useless. Customer service apparently can not see email chain and asks the same questions over and over.

I have problems signing into my account under the two step verification method. The second step requires a 6 digit identification number texted to my phone. This is not working at all, nor can I contact technical assistance to resolve the issue. As such, I will not be able to utilize the website at all. The two step verification also prevents resetting a password. So secure even I can't access my account any more.

I have ordered plenty of items, I am disgusted with taking advantage of consumers and price gouging of disinfectants, toilet paper, etc. A company that will not allow an email for customers and sellers to reach out is unacceptable. eBay should be held accountable for not controlling prices that are unbelievable and consumers should be reimbursed. I will never use your service again and class action should be filed.

I use Ebay often but they are allowing the sale of n95 mask on their site from sellers that are ridiculous price gauging it's somewhat their fault.

Have now “sold” 2 items on eBay. 1 never paid and held up my relisting for 7 days & the next canceled as soon as he won the auction! Why does eBay not eliminate these people? Won’t let me leave a negative review for them either. Deceptive to seller who thinks their bidder has 100% positive rating. Ruining eBay. Find a more honest and ethical option!

Ebay is for quick cash. Twice now they have kept my money back for over 4 weeks even though all goods have been delivered and signed for weeks earlier

Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE from eBay vendor abbyleemasterz on 21 Mar 20. I was watching an item on eBay, a gel window cling to be exact. The vendor offered a low price of 99 cents for the item but the shipping would've been over $4. In my opinion, I felt that it was too much, so I cancelled the item (TWICE) to ensure that I would not be billed. Today 22 Mar 20, I received an email to complete my order, so I contacted the vendor stating that I did not want the item because I felt that the shipping cost was too much. At this time, I 'would've' considered purchasing future items from the vendor just not THIS particular item. Judging from the response that I got from the vendor, she must have taken offense, and thanked me for my 'negative input'. And then the chatter commenced back and forth. And it became a personal attack. Don't know if its the current state of the world (corona virus and being stuck inside) that was a trigger but needless to say I found it very unprofessional and childish to say the lease. To me it was a personal conversation between me and her and did not have to go any further than, "Sorry you weren't happy with the price, you order has been cancelled". But no it lead it my lack of longevity on ebay compared to her extensive longevity on ebay, to me needing 'help' with the shipping price. It's a gel window cling, not hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, TP, paper towels, lysol , water or any of things that people are frantic about at this point and time in history. She even went on to say, that since I DID NOT purchase the product, that I could not leave a review (low key buddying and inadvertent intimidation) and I will not be cyberbullied by some hiding behind a computer screen. Considering this behavior, even 'thinking' about buying something from this vendor is out of the question. But there should be something in place, for poor and unprofessional behavior of vendors. I will attempt to post this on ebay and any other media platform that I can find. Signed, It wasn't that serious

Customer service is a joke, they actually come off as smug in their responses for why they are screwing you, unbelievable. I've been a perfect seller for 10 plus years but now I'm done, good riddance E-Scam

eBay is allowing a listing of 114.00 for 1 can of Lysol. Some poor senior may not know any better. I will never utilize the site again and I’ll be to the BBB next.

Sellers are leaving EBay in droves. If you are a Seller you are guaranteed to have a scam buyer on every 3rd or 4th sale. This person will report the item is “defective” and you as a seller will have to pay $10-$12 to return the product that you paid $10-$12 dollars to send them in the first place. They will then contact you and say give me a 50% refund and I’ll keep the “Defective” item. Then the Best Part is EBay still gets 15% of the final valuation fee. So you actually end up losing money. Worst part is at the end of a month having spent about 120hrs selling 40-50 items you will clear about $100. That figures out to about .85 cents an hour.

Why is EBay stock at $28 it has only lost 30% of its value over last 30 days. The Sellers are Leaving EBay in Mass Exits and COVID-19 should have Doubled the EBay stock Losses. EBay stock should be at $14 right now and should be suspended by next week if the world was a fair place. Paypal stock on the other hand is taking a ROYAL BEATING its ability to survive is a Forgone Conclusion. The 6 foot hole has already been dug and the choir has assembled. See ya Paypal.

Dont ever sell on eBay they can take over the sell and make you pay back what you sold and you may not get the item back just because of what the buyer says Even if the item was correct and the seller has no rights. Will never trust eBay and you should never trust them

AVOID eBay at all costs! I used to sell on eBay regularly years ago. I have 100% positive feedback. I recently decided to start selling again. I sent a beautiful ring to a buyer after accepting her offer of 25% less than I was selling it for. The description was precise, including the exact dimensions of the ring and multiple photos, including a photo of it on my hand to show the size. She paid me $60 for an indicolite tourmaline ring. When she received it, she messaged me that she felt it was too small and was expecting it to be at least three carats because that's what she likes! She said she had worn it and didn't like it. I explained to her that a three carat indicolite ring would cost thousands of dollars. I also pointed out that the description clearly stated the gem size was 4x6 mm which was much smaller than 3 carats. I thought that would be the end of it but eBay tonight told me they are allowing her to return it (even though my auctions state that returns are not accepted unless not as described) and I had to pay all the shipping costs. I disputed their finding as I sold her exactly what was stated in my listing, and she has worn it, but they still found in her favor. Now I am out money for doing everything the way I should have as a good, honest seller. I don't know what's happened to them but they are absolutely terrible. Read all of the reviews below this one. They do not protect their sellers in any way. To find in her favor when I provided her exactly what she purchased is indefensible, and to make me pay the shipping when I was not at fault is beyond unacceptable. Use a different service to sell your items or you will be burned just like all the rest of us on this page. eBay is now an untrustworthy racket.
