We called for help with our sellers account and the very rude customers service rep suggested that the solution to our issue was simply to cancel our listing. This miserable idiot gave no helpful information and was even insulting! If we knew how to do everything we wouldn't be calling for help. Hope that jerk finds a different job where he's not interacting with other people. Disgusted! Clearly eBay doesn't care at ALL whether their sellers succeed. Going to put much more effort into our Amazon account.

I don’t trust eBay the seller doesn’t give any updates on tracking or if an item is shipped I don’t ever want to come back ever again I’m sticking with Amazon

Well,I completely believe that E bay is now positioned on the sellers side.I returned the product on my expenses and the ebay team did not refund me. This a wrong approach for any organisation that directly deal with the customers.In fact, I followed the steps as re commanded by the eBay and still they did not refund me.

eBay seller customer support is really bad. They blocked an item for usage of "For Cuban Cusine", while the spice is made in USA! not in Cuba! The manger did not unblock the item.

Horrible customer service, heavy dialect, not willing to let me talk to supervisor. I just had a very easy general question. Had to wait a long time. I received answers which did not make any sense and were not related to my questions. Ebay charges lots of fees, often hidden. It does not make sense to sell via Ebay anymore. In the past it was ok but now it is more a scam.

eBay cares more about protecting a fraudulent seller than an buyer. After some research I found this sell has never delivered his items for sale. How does he still have an eBay account. I guess I’ll eventually get a refund. It’s a long drawn out process.

Every negative feedback I have ever left has been removed by eBay and the seller skates by like nothing happened and my experience and opinion doesn't matter. And I am not a bird customer. Their policy is They don't even have the courtesy and decency to contact you to give you the opportunity to make an edit and use the flimsiest excuse for a blanket removal of every other negative feedback you have left. Completely bogus! I am leaving eBay after 14 years because enough is enough and the seller has only been on eBay for a year.

eBay used to be a fun place where you could buy unique items from sellers all over the world. Not anymore. The small fun sellers are gone and all you can find is boring stuff shipped from warehouses in China. I don’t know why the company did this to themselves. I guess it’s more profitable this way.

I've only used eBay a couple of times but those times I got junk and it wasn't worth the money I paid so I closed my account I will have nothing to do with eBay and I suggest to anybody thinking about using ebay that they don't because you won't get what you paid for you'll get junk

I was on the phone with customer for over an hour about a 10% coupon that I used for an iPhone and then had to cancel the order after I found out he phone was unusable because it was not paid off to carrier. They would not reissue or provide credit on a new order. They don't care about their customers, stick with any other company that does.

Very bad experience with eBay. Purchased open box oneplus phone and they have sent refurbished phone to me. Now phone is not working and eBay is not helping me. This is very bad

Four out of five times of purchasing from EBAY I have been scammed now. they charge you shipping and handling to send defective, damaged, inferior (CHEAP CHINESE), or just plain old wrong items all together.then you have to pay return shipping to boot... World wide scammers market.

I bought open box oneplus5 phone and after 7 months it’s not working. When I reach manufacturer then they have confirmed this is refurbished phone and original purchase date is 2years before my purchase date.

tradenrg-uk SENT FOR 2 had first one fitted would not charge so i got the second battery fitted and it works fine contacted seller he seems that he did not care difficult to deal with i sent faulty battery back still no refund AVOID AVOID Quality Replacement Battery For Apple iPhone 6s High Capacity 2200mAh + KIT faulty sent it back NO REFUND

Let’s see where to begin.. I been using eBay and PayPal since 2006 and had no issues until last year when I decided I want to start selling stuff to make extra cash. All I can say is scam scam scam so many SCAMMERS!! On ebays site and they get away with everything either eBay is in the seller side then PayPal will be on the buyer side so either way I’m still losing money cause it’s going back to the scammers. I lost more money on eBay then making from FEES! And SCAMMERS!! To the point I canceled my eBay store not even worth it anymore I will just stick with the free version and just keep selling my items on Mercari which I haven’t had any issues yet I give them a 100. EBay and PayPal I wish I can give them both a 0.. so if you want to sell and think your gonna make money haha think again.. you will be scammed and paying all these fees.

I ordered from here and gave the seller all the information needed to make sure it was a right size , when i reserved the package and tried to put the part on my dike it didnt fit so i am trying to send it back and got told i had to pay for shipping when it wasnt my fault . It says when you have a problem they will contact the seller to fix the problem and as i am talking to customer service they telling me they cant do anything about it and have to pay no matter what is the problem, this is false information on the website and isnt right . I wont be ordering from then anymore .

you should be embarrassed for allowing your association with the rip off company " FREE SHIPPING>COM. Total scam. You got me and my 88 year old mother-in-law. Everyone check your credit card bills.
