Very bad experience with eBay and vendors they charge you for the good quality and they’ll send you very cheap material very very bad experience I will never ever buy anything from eBay they ripping off people I bought bulb last week It’s supposed to be white bulb and I received Blue bulb I tried to talk to the vendor he’s been all boshiit this n that very disappointed don’t waste your money on eBay

Don't sell on ebay . Sold items but buyer didn't pay or collect but was allowed to leave personal bad feedback. Ebay wouldn't take it off. Buyer also sent me abusive messages. Ebay not interested in supporting sellers . Expensive fees ridiculous rules . No customer service

Ebay is just another one of those big corporates who let's scammer steal a bunch of money and let them get away with it for personnal profit. Wich 'entity' could be big enough to monitor them in a legit way? I don't know and that is a scary though. Definetly one of the world's worst decease.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I created a new account, I don't know any accounts at all and as soon as I created one, it gets suspended for NO REASON AT ALL. when I was about to chat the customer service just closes the chat

eBay customer service continues to fail on all categories. Complete waste of time to try and resolve issues. Doesn’t matter if it is chat, email or by phone. Buyers can rip you off and eBay will keep them happy. Just had a buyer return a piece of yellow foam and eBay refunded him the purchase price. You cannot do anything about buyers taking advantage or leaving negative feedback. They talk condescending to sellers and thank you for understanding, when you know their explanation makes no sense. The only advice they can give you is to block buyer from purchasing future items, so it does not happen again. eBay has no leadership in customer service, policies to help sellers, and making it harder harder to contact service reps who could care less. They use to have descent reps that could help sellers, but now have clueless reps that must be looking at templates, because they do not understand problems.

EBAY KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. THEY NO LONGER WILL TALK TO YOU AND IF THEY DO IT TAKES ABOUT AND HOUR TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE THAT DOES NOTHING ANYWAY. FIND ANY OTHER SITE TO BUY AND SELL. BIGGER COMPANIES THAN EABY HAVE FALLEN. EBAY BETTER WAKE UP THEY ARE ON THE WAY DOWN. WAKE UP GOOGLE, YOU'RE NEXT.

Learned it the hard way but if you read this before you start using ebay, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. New era slavery and their system only cares about the money they make on you whether you are a seller or a buyer.

eBay failed to record a highest bid which cause me to lose a auction, the final bid just happen to be place at the exact time the Auction closed. (Suspicious) I also bid on another item that I lost by someone with bidder ID that was almost identical. (Suspicious) Another thing about these auctions That bidder only appears at the last few seconds of the auction. (Suspicious) Be aware of this when dealing with eBay.

eBay sucks. I bought a $50 eBay card, when I scratched it off, there was $0.03 on the card. eBay has a leak in their system. I'll never use eBay again in my life. This also occurs with Amazon cards and Steam Cards.

Ebay is currently running promotions to reassure potential Sellers that their listings are somehow "doublechecked by experts" to assure that there are no fakes and no counterfeits. Not only is this complete NONSENSE, even when a member of the public writes to ebay to point out a FAKE listing... the company y does absolutely NOTHING to sanction the Sellers. No where is this lack of oversight more apparent than in the area of jewelry and gemstones. I recently did a review of 200 listings for "natural turquoise". In 198 of these listings, it was possible by simply looking at the photos to know that what the Seller was offering was NOT "natural" and certainly NOT "turquoise ". Ebay does not see to CARE. At best they are totally Indifferent. There is a very quick way to protect the buying public - demand that product descriptions ACCURATELY reflect the jewelry or gemstone item offered for Sale. And, the way to deal with Sellers with routinely LIE.... sanction them by refusing to accept their listings. Ebay does not do this. Because Ebay does not care to protect its buyers.

If I could put minus would be better than 1 star. Sadly the platform is being so badly managed cant be used for buying or selling. I had used ebay to purchase and then decided to try to sell my own items in my home and got blocked after a couple weeks for no reason. No sale even happened yet, my husbands a lawyer and we are astounded by their bizarre behavior. They asked for my id and blocked me for no explantion or reason, cancelled my items for sale (even had offers on my items and they cancelled all, I couldnt answer any & blocked me as a buyer even though I had all 5 star reviews on my account) this illegal activity and total violation of my rights. I recommend all sellers switch platforms, I sold my £12k rolex on gumtree for free after they did this, it was faster and free, clearly Ebay sucks and is not adapting and competing with others who dont have selling limits etc. STAY AWAY

Purchased a dog rope from BlueMedical which was suppose to be delivered June 3 - 30,2020. Didn't arrive, so emailed BlueMedical 4 times with only 1 comment (generic delivery schedule). Complaints to EBay were fruitless (must contact PayPal first, followed by we only guarantee if you notify us 30 days from order date. Will not order from EBay again and have cancelled my PayPal account. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Unfortunately eBay has shown itself to be an absolutely unreliable company that deceives it customers by going back on legally binding promises, and allowing sellers to harass, intimidate and stalk buyers with death threats and racist comments. Below just find a few of the messages (with red circles around them) one of their sellers has been sending me; all of these are forwarded by eBay to my e-mail address, making it nearly impossible to continue trading (not that I'd want to after this experience). Despite numerous attempts eBay refuses to block or take any action against this user. They say this behaviour is absolutely okay and permitted on their platform. eBay however did promise me to refund all the money for this transaction on October 8th (seller had violated at least 3 clauses of eBay's own selling policy), based on which I made several decisions that cost me money. But today, suddenly, they went back on that promise, because... this organization's left hand has no idea what its right hand is doing. Have a look at these screenshots and draw your own conclusions. Please be very aware of what you're getting yourself into once things on this platform go wrong.

I used to really like Ebay, but it has changed, fee's are higher the product are poor, it feels like it's defecated to made in china forum, you can never get hold of anyone in customer service to speak to about any issues at all, I think it's the end of the line for me.

I bought a machine that turned out to be a scam! Evidently, they allow people or fake companies to sell products that don't exist. and pays them without verification of delivery reciept. Where is the security or customer confidence? I think EBAY itself is a scam and should be criminally prosecuted! Either way, I will never do business on EBay ever again!!!

I am a seller. I sold an item “for parts only “. The customer apparently didn’t read that. They complain to eBay and requested a return. I explain to Ebay that I shipped the item exactly as I represented the item. They did not allow me to contact a live person. They just automatically took the money back from my account and refunded it to the buyer. I think they have a terrible customer service. You can never get in touch with a human being to discuss the situation

Item did not arrive. Wasted time & energy - no way to speak to someone. Chat kept defaulting. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER buy from EBay again.
