“I've been ripped off by incompetent or worse thieves at EE! I used my Top Up card for £10 credit, received a receipt, but the money never reached my account. The food shop refused to return my money until I made a scandal, so went to the EE shop in Dalston. Same thing happened there. Paid £10 to this official EE shop, but didn't receive any credit. They would not give me back my money, although they discovered that the last time I topped up ay this shop, I was given the wrong Top Up card. Their fault, but said I must phone EE. Did so, and the idiot on the phone was useless, said I must go back to the shop! I am over 80, half blind, and need the phone for emergencies.I cannot keep going back to the shop and just want my money back. Are the workers at Dalston EE working a scam? Will this acyually get printed????...”
“What an absolute shambles of a service provider. Everything went wrong. Clueless incompetents, and completely unhelpful customer services from business and consumer departments. Requested unlock pin for a christmas present on the 9th December 2016. Told upto 10 days to be done. Now 28th December 2016 and still not done. How embarrassing to give a high end present and it doesn't work due to EEs incompetence and ongoing failures. I will certainly not be renewing the multiple contracts that I have with these idiot cowboys. Dont waste your very valuable time and money, go elsewhere. One very unhappy customer.”
“Today I spoke to a lovely lady called Lynsey who helped me through my troubles and listened to my problems about my bill. She then put me through to her manager who is called Kimberly who I generally can't thank enough. She was very sympathetic and helped me all the way to the point she gave me a result I was not expecting. I can't thank these two enough. I had a pretty big bill which I couldn't afford to pay and have been worried for some time over it now. I now have a weight lifted off my shoulders ready for Christmas.”

“I am happy now thanks to brydie-Loa Thomas after a night mare of a couple of days at your Lowestoft store being told I didn't have insurance by a staff member after going in with my broken phone so I went and bought a second hand one to put my sim in then the next day when I checked paperwork I found I did have insurance the Lowestoft store manager was very unhelpful and offered me a month free bill and informed me to cancel my insurance (admittedly I wasn't the politest of people back and was angry why I was out of pocket £320 because of his incompetence) I left the store as I was rather irate to say the least and rang EE direct the woman I spoke to stated above Ms Thomas was very helpful sorted everything out new phone next day allowed for my loss and sorted everything out in a professional and fair way, it's a shame some people aren't as helpful but overall great service by EE on phone anyway.”
“Hi, i purchassed ee simcard, topped up and purchassed pack with unlimited txts, after one month of smooth using i topped up again and....nothing...custommer service told me,that i sent too quickly too many "unlimited" txts and that is the reason to steal my £15 top up. :-)”

“Having had some pretty dire experiences with phone companies and phone contracts, I wanted to review ee because of their high service level and helpfulness. On a few occasiona recently I've rang them will bill queries and blocks on add-ons (kids phone) etc, and each time the issue was resolved quickly, politely and without the endless inter department transfers I've experienced elsewhere. For once its good to say well done to a service provider.”
“Nightmare not service. Norwich EE Sent my girlfriend totaly wrong phone, and it was totaly Norwch EE fault. How Norwich EE sloves problems? They offer to to slove your problems your self, instead of kindly suporting and helping to make up the fault they made. Went to the EE shop, they gaved number to call, Guy on phone said that the shop needs to sort this out, becouse they made a mistake, second go to EE Norwich. Shop is again giving new numbers and shaking heads, that can not help. Giving the phone to speak to any member of EE shop to sort this out - everybody tries to avoid speaking wth ther own customer service. Is that normal? EE People come on, personel must help not avoid respinsibilty”
“Broken iphone 5c ,with an inherrant problem diagnosed by Apple i was promised afree repair after discussing this with EE call centre and was told to go to the Sunderland store to have the phone replaced instore ,on arriving we were told the phone would not be replaced and a repair offered the store blamed the call centre for this and the call centre blamed the store .After several attempts by EE to charge me for the repair they eventually repaired it ,after 17 years with EE and having 2 other contracts with them i will happily be changing supplier's in the coming months .This company does not have any ideas on customer care .”

“phoned agent a number of times as my mums sim got cut off I was told she would get a new sim in the post after ten calls sill waiting she was on a pay as you go and has lost £30 she has now gone to another provider and I am about to follow the agents that answer their phones are as much good as chocolate fire guard”
“Spoke to an agent who failed to make note on the system and did not call me back as promised. I called several times and encountered rude and abrupt agents who needs training in customer service. When a so called manager eventual called back, she denied I had the conversation with the agent as it was not logged on their system, nor could she find a voice recording of it. Very convenient! I really do not understand the cowboy service a big company like EE operates. To say I an unhappy is an understatement.”
“Charging a client of theirs for a mobile phone he has never bought! We have been trying to resolve the problem for the last a couple of months unsuccessfully. They have agreed that it is their mistake but the client still gets charged £50 per month on top of his normal bill for nothing! The manager of the shop never returns my calls and the last time I have been left on hold for 40 min until I put the phone down. Extremely disappointed with the costumer service in this particular shop - Tooting Broadway in London”
“For my iPhone 6S, i only pay £33.50 a month for unlimited phonecalls, texts and 5GB of internet plus the extra 5 from the EE add on. But apparently I use 10GB of internet in 2 weeks so I'm constantly having to pay for another 10GB every month, costing £20 extra on top of my bill. The thing is about this, is that I don't even use my phone that much outside the house, and my internet only works for specific apps on my phone, one minute it'll work for my internet browser and snapchat and won't work for my YouTube, Spotify, Instagram or emails. absolute bs, fair enough if all of the apps didn't work because of no internet but only certain apps working, I'm not sure how that works? I don't recommend getting a phone with EE within the Bridgend area.”

“My phone stopped been able to receive calls and text messages. Went to the local ee store they diagnosed the problem was on there side.
They don't care about there customers, I have called ee multiple times they won't explain what the problem is. I have a business and am losing money daily because of my phone. This has continued for 2 weeks I'm been told it's going to be fixed daily, which hasn't happened. I've asked for my contract to be cancelled. They want me to pay a massive fee to cancel which I'm ovesly not going to do,so now im stuck in a contract were there not providing a service. Absolutely the worst network provider ever. They do not care about their customers”

The local Southampton store is very unhelpful , and its just take your money and dont ask to transfer all your details from old phone to new or unlock your old phone. No apology just that their 1 computer ! was not working properly , sounds more like a back street bodger than supposedly market leader”
