from ee in any company there are people in that company that are not the right people so get there company a bad name ,my self and about 20 or more people that are related to me
and a lot of my friends find that ee is second to none, my internet was giving me trouble
and thought my laptop was faulty so I rang ee and spoke to a chap called Dave from Plymouth who after speaking to him and after checking my line found a fault and said he would get an engineer to fix it and would ring me back when it was fixed the next day I noticed that the problem with my laptop had gone and Dave rang me to ask if it had been fixed and said it in the past I have some problems but ee have always fixed them with friendliest manner that any one could wish for, and my deal for the first year was very cheap after a year it went up to £35pounds but gave me discount bringing it down to
£27 pounds this deal includes my internet landline where I can ring any country for free
if I switch of before the hour then ring again so in my eyes if they where asking me for stars then the answer would be a sky full of stars from a very pleased Charles best”
“Friendly customer service that genuinely want to help. Iv called up plenty of times, changing my contract, setting up my account, finding out general information and every time I have been given amazing customer service and have had plenty of conversations to pass the time as they work on my request, it actually leaves a smile on my face. Would 100% recommend EE.”
“Recently visited the Newport, Isle of Wight store and spoke to the store manager Tony. He offered excellent customer service in a polite and friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what was best for me rather then trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. “Today I spoke to a lovely lady called Lynsey who helped me through my troubles and listened to my problems about my bill. She then put me through to her manager who is called Kimberly who I generally can't thank enough. She was very sympathetic and helped me all the way to the point she gave me a result I was not expecting. I can't thank these two enough. I had a pretty big bill which I couldn't afford to pay and have been worried for some time over it now. I now have a weight lifted off my shoulders ready for Christmas.”
“I am happy now thanks to brydie-Loa Thomas after a night mare of a couple of days at your Lowestoft store being told I didn't have insurance by a staff member after going in with my broken phone so I went and bought a second hand one to put my sim in then the next day when I checked paperwork I found I did have insurance the Lowestoft store manager was very unhelpful and offered me a month free bill and informed me to cancel my insurance (admittedly I wasn't the politest of people back and was angry why I was out of pocket £320 because of his incompetence) I left the store as I was rather irate to say the least and rang EE direct the woman I spoke to stated above Ms Thomas was very helpful sorted everything out new phone next day allowed for my loss and sorted everything out in a professional and fair way, it's a shame some people aren't as helpful but overall great service by EE on phone anyway.”
“Having had some pretty dire experiences with phone companies and phone contracts, I wanted to review ee because of their high service level and helpfulness. On a few occasiona recently I've rang them will bill queries and blocks on add-ons (kids phone) etc, and each time the issue was resolved quickly, politely and without the endless inter department transfers I've experienced elsewhere. For once its good to say well done to a service provider.”

I am an ee user and not very good with technology. however if I have a problem no matter a little one or a big one , i go into the branch at Corporation Street in Birmingham and there is a man named Aaron who is very helpful no matter how silly the question or problem is. “I was experiencing some problems with my EE pay as you go pack, so I called up and was passed straight on to the relevant person. I was later quickly passed on to some one more capable of helping me. This pass over was quick and easy. My problem was resolved really quickly and stress free. Also I really liked how they explained what was happening and what they were doing as it made me feel more secure. They gave me a full refund apologised and were just overall very polite. “I called today to cancel my contact contract and spoke to a gentleman called Steve from the Newcastle.
Not only need did he save me a huge amount of money compared to in store, he also reminded me another contract was due for upgrade and now my sister had gone from a 15.99 sim only contract to an Apple 5S for just 14.99 a month and is able to share my unlimited texts minutes and 4gb of data (I use a lot of wifi)
I can also limit the amount of data she uses so see can't go over.
I could not be happier with Steves service. He even called 4 hours later as I had to discuss with my parter and mum. He couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful if he tried.
He has saved you from losing a customer!!
I hope Steve from Newcastle gets recognised for his phone calls today.

“The store in Weston Super Mare is by far, the most welcoming and successful place I have been served before. The staff are informative and show extreme dedication to their work, I took out a contract easily and they were helpful with any questions I had too. I have seen many bad reviews of EE stores elsewhere, proving the staff clearly do not have the same work ethic as these here in Weston. Great service 5/5 !”
“Worst network ever!! With the worst customer relationship.. they cant help you with anything just bunch of greedy thieves that are more interested in taking your money than the services they render...once my contract expires am off..soo much disgust for this network...”
