Excellent service from Kyle at the Weston-super-Mare store. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and interactive. You can tell he is very good at his job. Best service ever. Thank you Kyle

Very good at selling (lying) not so good at actually offering a service After many years of using a pay as you go plan I was called with an offer for a Sim Access plan, as I travel often I asked the representative if my access to roaming would remain the same (she reassured me it would). A few months later I am now abroad, my roaming hasnt activated and EE tell me its because that is deactivated on sim access plans and my only option is to "keep paying on time and upgrade to another plan". I am now unable to access my mobile banking because I cant verify 2fa as my roaming is off. So no money, no phone, on holiday and EE refuses to do anything to help.

I would like to give some positive feedback about 2 members of staff at the EE Store Unit 3, Imperial Park, Wills Way, Bristol BS13 7TJ. My partner and I went in for my phone to be sent away for repair and also for my partner to upgrade his phone with EE. We were given such professional service and help by Richie and Emily who were both so courteous, patient and committed to making sure we were happy with the end results. Thank you. . Thank you – it is a breath of fresh air to find such approachable staff.

A friend phoned EE this morning an ex soldier with severe ptsd depression whilst having an attack broke is phone. He phoned EE to ask for help rather than help by giving him a cheap phone until his contract ends in 8 months they tried to sell him a contract on top of his existing contract how low and disgusting can people go. Scares me to think it is only going to get worse. I would like to take this time to remind you all you would be were you are today if we didn't have soldiers protecting us. Yet time and time again people company's governments consistently keep failing them. MAY LORD OUR GOD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST KEEP YOU SAFE. GOD WINS

I have been a loyal EE’s customer for years and today after several complaints I have realised how bad they actually are. We separate a number from a business account to make it private, yet in the early phone conversation with EE no one cared to tell me that by separating the number I would have paid the same amount £75. Now, why would I be so stupid to do that?, if keeping it in the business account would have not cost me as much? After several complains and with the excuse of having an handset which is bound to a two years contract, they came down to £65 x month. Which at the end of this contract, is more than I would have paid for a new handset. Despite saying that I was not told about it just the very next day of the requested new account after months I have been told that nothing can be done by someone called Deborah G. From the Executive Customer Resolution Team. My compliment for the worst customer care service ever. You lost a customer or even two.

Bad customer service waiting for ages for calls to be answered always network issues no loyalty to customers that have been there ten years plus. Didn’t even care when I said I will leave so I ended up leaving and going to o2 where I got up to five quid off my monthly bill on exactly the contract and phone I wanted!! whereas ee couldn’t even be bothered to help me with it. And at one stage when told me there were no discounts on Black Friday due to systems down. Use a pen and paper love!! A total joke of a network and so costly and no perks! Glad I’m out of there!

They've closed my account and not allowed me to buy any goodie bags because I didn't want to continue my contract. The only option left for me was to top up which I did because I thought it would "wake up" the account but nahhhh. Plus I was paying £15 for 10GB and they run a deal £10 for 15GB on Pay As You Go. Eunts! (sorry for the spelling mistake)

Theives! I came to the end of my bt contract so I called them for a new deal they offered me a deal through EE that I accepted I waited four days for the new sim to come through and when it did I tried it! It never worked so I kept trying it over the next few days it still never worked so I called them and it asked me to enter the number when I did it said number not recognised and hung up on me I ended up having to call bt to get put through to EE they said they would get the sim activated a week later they were still unable to do so they never offered to send another sim out! So I cancelled it within the fourteen days I never received any conformation of cancellation so I called them back to be reassured it had been cancelled they said it had then a few days later I received a bill saying they had set up a direct debit for £15 a month my sim only contract was for £12 a month and it had never worked and had been cancelled within the fourteen days so I called Bt again to get put through to EE the guy said he would cancel it again and cancel the direct debit HE NEVER they have taken £15 out my bank this week for a Service they have never provided and that had been cancelled four times now and I still have not received conformation from them avoid this company who will steal your money directly from your bank they are now getting reported don’t ever use this company they are terrible their customer service is terrible and they are common thieves! So I now have to waste yet another day calling them to sort this out again horrible company that steals your money!

Terrible. Worst not best. EE gets bad reviews removed on Trustpilot. Curious to know if that happens here?

The most unprofessional and rude company I’ve ever had contact with. They misleading people and lying about free gifts with the purchase, to find out once you sign the contract that you have to pay for it. Be careful that once you try to complain about something they will just redirect you to some untrained staff which will never be able to help you solve the problem. I had a phone contract which included a tablet as promotion. I paid for 24 months and then 3 extra months without realising that my contracts were finished so I could just end them. I didn’t receive any message or email or post to let me know that the contracts are going to end soon. I went to the shop to end the contracts and to stop paying for my devices as I already paid few months in advance, the guy from the shop didn’t really knew to much, so he called customer service to help. They asked me for an extra month of payment as per contract, I had to let them know 30 days in advance, which is fair enough. I did pay whatever was left to pay just for the contracts to be ended and they confirmed that they did so. The next month I noticed a small amount taken from my account, I did contact EE and they couldn’t recognise it, so I contacted the bank and they stoped the Direct Debit. After 2 years when I tried to buy a house, on my credit report reflected a debt to the EE. Long story short… the EE were very unhelpful and I couldn’t sort my problem with them and I had to contact the Ombudsman services, but I lost because they couldn’t prove that I asked for the contracts to be ended. The EE didn’t have notes about me going to the shop even if I had a chat with the Customer Service from the shop they still couldn’t prove it, because they couldn’t find the phone records as EE deletes their conversations after few months. So I understand that EE takes advantage of their clients and write down notes about each customer only for their good in case the customer decides to complaint about something they can defend themselves by showing their incorrect notes. Avoid this company, I’ve been using Vodafone for the last 2 years and they’ve been great. Usually I don’t leave bad reviews even if they deserve, but I couldn’t avoid this time.

I have EE for fibre broadband and Sim contract. I have no issues whatsoever with fibre or Sim contract, but i was paying for unlimited data which was £35 and that was too expensive, so I opened a chat log with them, which also was very easy to do but a little difficult to find oddly. They helped me reduce my data to a reasonable 120gb a month £20 and I would have a loyalty discount that brought it down to £16. So all in all, I am very happy with their service.

I would like to report the situation a member of staff in EE store Oxford Street, London put me in by cheating. I visited EE Store with an aim to get my upgrade eligibility fixed. I spoke with the member of staff, Burak who sat me down to assist me. He asked his manager to fix the upgrade issue that was showing on my EE while he checked my account. He said we have a new faster router for your broadband if you would like. I stressed several times I do not have a contract with EE, I am using pay as you go, he said understood. I repeated a couple of times I do not want any contract, he said understood. The manager came saying the upgrade issue is fixed and Burak then kept offering a stronger router for my internet that can be sent to my address. I agreed, after all, he gave me a paper to sign in regards to this and that was it. After this visit, I realized I have been signed up to a 24months contract for not only broadband but also phone without mentioning anything to me in the shop, despite me repeating I do not want any contract. He made me sign the contract saying this is because of the upgrade issue fixed and the new modem. I contacted EE complaint via chat and I have been advised to go to the store to speak with the manager. I went to the store and the manager was not only not aware of anything, but also unwilling to help me, making me a liar in front of everyone in the store. He said how can he know I am telling the truth and not his staff. I have been treated as a liar after many years of being a customer with EE, despite being cheated by his staff, this was not even taken into a consideration. I filed a complaint form on the website, asking to cancel this and after a few weeks, I finally received a call from George, who was also very unwilling, not even listening to me, just repeating he will not cancel this contract because I signed it (despite explaining him again all situation how it happened). I am contacting you again asking for someone competent to have a look into this and cancel my contracts a member of staff in the EE store made me sign without making me aware. I also have witness and proof I was not the only one chated by this person. They are like city bandits fooling their own customers .

I am absolutely disgusted with EE, I am autistic and struggle with being told false information, I was promised a call back in October and never got one, I then called and joined and I was promised I would receive my phone in 7 working day, I made my partner come down and stay in all week for it to then not turn up, I then called on the 7th working day to be told its now 21 - 28 days without any notification to inform me this, I asked if alternative phone where averrable to swap to to get it quicker but it was to much monthly so I just left it to then get notified that somebody cancelled it without permission and then reput me on the same contract which makes no snece but to only push my date back even more for my phone, I spoke to the complaints team who had no idea why this was done and was told he should of made me aware if he was doing this, I asked multiple times to keep me on the same plan and not to make amendments, your calls are recorded so you can check all this, The lady in complaints really tried to resolve this and offered 20% off, She promised I would have this Monday, again no delivery notification so I call up to be told its now 28 days again when the lady advised it was in stock which is why I stayed with the plan!, I then called to ask if they can see if the phone is in stock in my town store as a resolution to being messed around so much, I thought the guy was being helpful to only be put on hold for 42 mins while he was trying to connect to the store to be cold transferred to collections team who had no idea why I had been transferred, I had to come out of work while on hold while one of the agents at EE just wanted an easy 40 min break of the phones and never actully spoke or attempted to speak to the EE store, I am absolutely disgusted with EE, I joined on the basis of good customer service! I am so livid with your company and will and no longer will recommend you, your agents need additional training on phones, I have worked in call centres my whole life and its poor from you. I appreciate time scales can change and I can be very understanding, if notified to let me no, I have been utterly messed around and I am really upset over it all, for somebody with autism I have found this incredibly stressful and bad for my mental health.

*SPREAD THE WARNING ON FACEBOOK & TWITTER* DO NOT GIVE EE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, OR THEY WILL BE STEALING FROM YOU (especially if you’re vulnerable or they hope to get away with it due to national strife/distractions such as pandemic). EE have been stealing from NHS staff and the vulnerable during pandemic chaos (see other customer reviews). EE steals large sums of money from customer bank accounts (EE told me it was for cancellation of a contract I didn’t have). When informed of their mistake, their agents blamed me for not fixing their error sooner (unfortunately I don’t have access to their finances so I can’t be to blame). Initially an EE text agent (Mridul) told me that as EE’s Accounting had made the error, that EE’s mistake could not be fixed. Another EE text agent (supervisor, Chetan) tried to barter down to return just half of the money illegally stolen from me (utterly ridiculous). When I eventually got through over the phone well over a week ago, I was told the problem was fixed (the stolen money would be back in my account within 3-5 working days) & asked if my case could be closed, but it still hasn’t yet been fixed nor the money stolen by EE returned (just more EE lies & EE corruption). It was again insinuated that I should have fixed EE’s mistake sooner (when I don’t have access to their bank accounts/finances!) EE steals from bank accounts, then needlessly sends you to contact them Facebook & Twitter (I WONDER WHAT EE WILL USE OUR INFO, PICS & FRIENDS LISTS FROM FACEBOOK & TWITTER- worrying. (They still won’t fix the problem- it’s just making you jump through an extra hoop with no result). EE never return what they steal: They just send you round in circles and do damage control on Review sites such as this one. NEVER GIVE EE YOUR BANK DETAILS OR EE WILL STEAL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT (if you must buy from EE, use CASH ONLY). *SPREAD THE WARNING ON FACEBOOK & TWITTER*

My mother recently received a bill from EE for an outstanding sum, however did not understand why as she's not had a contract with EE for years. EE have been billing my mother for 6 years on a tablet that we never purchased. The tablet was allegedly purchased in 2015! It is suspected that an EE employee stole my mother's banking details and purchased the tablet and had it delivered elsewhere. My mother stated she recalled feeling extremely pressured by EE staff to purchase a tablet and the staff were very aggressive towards her, however she refused. In fact, as a result of this, she never purchased another product with EE again and has never attend an EE shop after this. It is evident my mother never purchased the tablet. In fact, EE even admitted, the tablet was not purchased in store and was delivered to an address. The fraud team investigated and stated it was not fraud. I asked EE to provide me with the delivery address but they said they could not because delivery was 6 years ago. They also failed to show the signature that had been provided upon delivery as is required on all electronic items. EE had been taking an average of around about £11 a month over the duration of 6 years. At no point did EE ever send a letter to my mothers address outlining any type of inflation increase, any annual review of the money paid for the tablet, or any tablet purchases. When I informed EE of this, they advised this information is normally sent directly to the tablet itself. However, I questioned what if the tablet had never been set up? In fact, the tablet never was set up and EE was not able to provide an email where the tablet had been set up. EE never even provided a receipt of purchase for the tablet. I also made the point to EE that no consumer contract lasts for more than an average of 24-36 months. How had EE kept a contract running for 6 years? Additionally, how had EE not contacted my mother to enquire whether she would like an update on the supposed tablet? My mother paid over £800 for this tablet that was never received and never ordered. EE then attempted to settle the claim. They firstly offered her 3 months payment back (£30) which wouldn't even total 10% of the payment they had stolen from her. Then, the offered her 6 months payment back (£60). This again would not even total 10% of the payment they had stolen from her bank account. Again, they reviewed their offer and suggested 12 months payment would be returned. We declined. I contacted EE asking them for their nominated solicitors so I could issue court proceedings. They are legally required to provide their nominated solicitors but they again failed to comply with the LAW and did not provide their solicitors. I find it absolutely disgusting that a multi million pound company would allow their employees to steal customer banking details whilst EE failed to check the status of the item or update the address the baking card was registered to for 6 years. I intend to take the matter to court now as EE have taken this way too far.

Bought a phone under contract with EE as they promised a warranty with it. Phone developed a sizable and very obvious defect in the screen by means of a burn in the screen. EE fobbed me off by first saying they could see nothing wrong with the screen and when I stood my ground they then changed it to it’s not a defect but just ‘cosmetic’. A £1100 phone with permanently damaged pixels in the screen is not cosmetic- its a defect! Happy to take your money for the advertised warranty but forget trying to use it with them and they’ll happily give you the run around and insult your intelligence too. AVOID!

My sister cannot talk to anyone for long before break-up or dead line. Extremely poor service from call centre, no interest in trying to sort out the problem. She even bought a new phone to no avail, and had a new sim put in, still no improvement!
