“Very greedy.
Long story short.
Was getting a bit fed up with constantly running out of data, and their data packs are very expensive.
Saw a good deal from another "funny name" network. £10 for 6gb unlimited texts and calls.
Decided it's worth a try and called EE to check if they can bother offering something that keeps me interested staying. Nope. Nothing.
Switched to that other network, happy.
Couple days later EE started to bombard me with calls every single day. When I finally answered, they offered me 100gb for £26 or nothing :)
I want your attention here - they don't worry to at least match the offer from competitors(also mind that I was with EE for long time), they only worry about upselling and milking their own existing customers proposing ridiculous deals.
Not sure what their problem is, either poor Sales strategy or the fact that they think they use O2 physical network and everyone should praise them for that.”
“EE for me is the best in the uk , a real breath of fresh air , great service , great customer service , great tec support and upgrades of the latest phones . I will stay with them forever . Great to see this service in my life a real life changer . I live in a city that was dominated by another operator . I dreamnt of the day i could get all these quality services . In the past with other uk operators the signal lagged , poor signal and dropped calls . Soon as i put my EE sim card in bang i had instant streaming and music and quality calls and texts. Maybe most other people take that for granted in the uk , but not here as i live under sea level and EE supply us with 5g and 5g mobile phones . Nobody else can match this service or quality . Im a right winging git if i dont get what i pay for . But i honestley dont have 1 negative word to say about EE. I hope they end up the only network in the uk😂😂and bankrupt the rest. I hope EE last for 100s of years . Well in my eyes what a good start. Hats off to them from me . Haters get a life and stick with your rubbish network we dont need you.cheers.colin horton.”

“Sold me a contract don't never get any coverage I never get calls never received constantly gets my voicemail very frustrated would never go with them again not help full and very rude”
“I have nothing but praise for yourSutton Coldfield shop the Manager and all his staff have looked after me when I had so many problems with my Phone ! All my friends have had the same treatment and I felt i had to tell you how pleased we are that they are near to help us. Customer”
“DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Horrendous customer service, lies, broken promises, no ownership or accountability for problems... all in all, really not worth the headache; Talk Talk & BT both have better deals at the moment and a much better reputation for treating loyal customers the way they should be!!! Disgusting.”
“I gave EE my Crime reference number:13190663054 and asked for my Bill to be looked at by fraud as I got my SIM stolen. No one told me that my credit could be effected if I didn't pay for the thieves bill of £690 promptly. Now that I find out that collections is expecting me to not only pay for the thieves bill, EE are now ruining my credit score as a final insult to this situation. I agreed to pay for it in instalment but again that does not matter to EE. I will be seeking legal action through my house insurance against this as I wasn't told about my credit being effected. That even with a crime number EE deem the bill as my fault and that the fraud and use of the stolen SIM was my fault due to it not being reported after 24 hrs. It says on your website that as soon as you know to report it. I did just that! I will also be reporting it to Ofcom, the ombudsman and giving a full statement of account on Trust pilot and other feedback websites. I also have 19k followers on my Instagram account which again I will be stating what happened to me and not to recommend your service. When I can I will be also switching providers with all the hand sets / tablets I have with EE on a matter of principle. So far I haven't been able to resolve this issue and will be looking for a deadlock letter to take complaint to Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. I have print screened this process as I feel like the rest of EE service it needs to be logged.”
“I have expected to collect a new phone, signed my contract and expected (was told) that "I'd be able to call the next day and collect it". Nearly two weeks later, the phone hasn't arrived. What's worse is that I've left a message every day with the EE shop in question and on every occasion, nobody has returned my call. It seems that the 'brownie points' have been earned when the contract was signed but now those in store don't give a damn. Appalling service.”
“One would have thought it would be so easy to call in to an EE shop to buy a Pay As You Go simcard. Well not in the shop in Bangor, Gwynedd. The yound lad (young enough to be my grandson) could not sell me one without going out to the back to get permission (?). I've heard that one before. Then needed to inout my details. No thanks. Obviously he was after getting commission on selling a contract, or even a commission on my details. No thanks. Thanks for wasting my time Bangor. I went to a generic phone shop around the corner to get what I wanted.”
“I am an ex-employee and have been a customer for over 20 years. I changed my phone contract in Feb 19 and have recently seen that my bill went from 28 to over 44 pounds. I looks like my friends & family discount was not input against my account. I called today to see why this has happened. No real explanation and also said that they couldn't add the discount mid contract. I am very disappointed with the lack of explanation and lack of action to resolve my issue. Will not be renewing with them if this is the attitude they think is helpful.”
“Had an absolute nightmare with EE, my 24 month contract ended (all 24 months fully paid) and then they billed me again AFTER receiving my pac code. But said they'd recieved it after the cut off date of my bill being produced, so sent me a cheque as a refund- no problem! Then I get a letter a week after the refund cheque, stating I am behind on my final bill payment and need to settle this otherwise it will go to debt collectors. I ring the customer service number, to no avail speaking with an advisor so she says her manager will call me back and he did. I had to ask him not to speak to me like rubbish or be rude, after he said "shush I'm speaking" whenever I tried to speak. And the outcome of it was; they have stopped the cheque as I wasn't owed the refund, due to it apparently being sent before my final bill was produced and I had to pay 24 times, plus a month in advance instead of a handset fee. (nowhere did it state this in the T&C I initially signed) So you don't get the month in advance back at the end of your contract, so actually pay 25 times. I wouldn't recommend, nor would I ever use EE again. Appalling customer service and clearly need to work more cohesive, department wise, before issuing false refunds and incorrect final bills.”
