“Cannot recommend this company enough - I enquired about solar panels on a Sunday morning and a sales representative was here by the Wednesday and the panels were fitted on the Friday. Very efficient & courteous at all stages. I was given help with the FiT application and all the supporting documents were sent promptly - I have just heard from my electricity supplier that everything is in order and that it starts as from today - 13th January. The whole process only took 11 days in total !! Excellent. Diane”

“Craig and Ryan from installed my system today. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism. Kept me well informed before arrival and getting the work done within the day talking me through the process of installation and initiation. Top marks for the installation. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the company had sent the wrong inverter and the engineers found on site that my current hot water system doesn't work with the iBoost. I am now awaiting rectification before cut off date for FIT scheme. Fingers crossed. If all goes smoothly then definitely 5 stars.”

“I had 16 solar panels fitted on 22nd December 2015 and I am very happy with the panels. I would recommend Craig Ball the electrician and also Ryan the Roofer they both did an excellent job in both fields of work and they showed me every step of the way when fitting the panels on the roof by taking lots of photos for me to see, which I thought was an excellent idea. The salesman Adam Tsang who rang me up originally about the solar panels was very polite and helpful, he went through everything with me. I would highly recommend the Company and would like to thank all the staff who helped me. Paul from Telford”

“Despite the good reputation from eec. My personal experience could have been better. The installers Dan and mike worked tirelessly and tried to complete the job in one day. They did not start till 11.30 am,though so by the end struggled to finish in the time they stated and had to come back two days later. On completion of the job my fit meter was too high up the ceiling. In order to see it I had to stand on toilet bowl precariously dangerous so I had to insist that this was moved to an easily accessible position. (Which was completed several days later) Generally tidyness could have been better. Put it this way I had to redecorate and repain't my bathroom area. After signing off the job and paying out several thousand pounds My solar boost did not work on fitting to my dismay. So I had to make frantic calls to head office. It took time and they rectified the problems timely and quickly. My problems were a true test of this company's integrity, and yes they passed. Despite the problems I had I would still recommend this company. Their sales team was good and my personal sales person who pitched to me was outstanding. He knew his stuff. Sold me the best product for my home and the price and value was brilliant compared too other companies. Good communication between myself and the girls in the office. They gave me reassurance when I was at the peak of distress when the problems arose. Since the installation August 2015. To now,my panels have been functioning really well. I have the latest innovation solar edge which is a brilliant concept from USA. Not only does it maximise my roofspace re panels,it also allows me to monitor overall effectiveness via live feed through to my pc at home. Brilliant!!!. I have no hesitation in recommending this company my problems were unique. In my opinion I was pleased with their handling of it. I was not the easiest customer too deal with. But given I had forked out £6500.00 and within hours my system did not work then I would like to see how calm other people would be in my predicament. Eec in my opinion were good overall and I was glad I chose them in the end. My system works really well now,and I am pleased with my purchase overall. I would give them 3.5-4 out of 5 stars. If not for my other niggly problems definitely 4.5.”

“Excellent service Ordered on 14 October fitted in one day on 23 October All necessary paperwork sent to enable me to submit a FIT application which was approved and registered on the 30 October 2015 . At every stage of the process from start to finish was conducted courteously and professionally. No hesitation in recommending this company”

“I have been nothing but impressed from the moment I first spoke to their head office to the time when the installers left my property. Everyone I dealt with for the solar installation were polite, courteous and very knowledgeable and provided complete peace of mind. I thoroughly recommend EEC for providing such a professional service.”

“EEC are an excellent company in all of their dealings and customer interface. Alex, who handled our initial enquiry through quotation stage to final order was first class and has the demeanor to identify well with his customers and handled all matters with courtesy and professionalism with a touch of humour which was great. Other staff including surveyor Jez, administrator Hannah and the rest of the office based team were also excellent. The installation team of Jay and Mike were also first class and very neat and tidy in all their work, staying late into the evening to get the job finished. We look forward to the fruits of our investment which we are confident will be more than fulfilled, based upon our experience to date. Tony B. Shropshire.”

“Kaleb Kofi the initial contact was excellent, very helpful and explained things well, Dougie and Barry our fitters of solar were brilliant, so helpful, the head office and the staff talk to each other and to the customer, I am so impressed. If only every company worked like this, life would be so much simpler! I am hoping that I can get a few people recommended by me to which would be very good! A couple of people have asked for details so hope they follow through.”

“Just had our Solar PV panels fitted and we were very impressed with the whole team from start to finish with an excellent survey and competitive quote by Kevin with everything explained. The installation Engineers were great and did a superb job with everything left clean and tidy at the end of day. “Just has PV solar panels fitted today and we would happily recommend EEC without hesitation. We were very impressed from start to finish. Mark, who gave us all the information, carried out our survey and gave us the quote was absolutely brilliant and so patient. He answered every question we asked no matter how late at night. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys who came to install just one week after we're also amazing. Craig the electrician and Abie the roofer. They arrived early and worked non stop until the job was finished. Leaving the place spotless. They showed us how the system worked and took the time to answer any questions we had. So impressed with the entire team from office to installation. Thank you EEC :)”

“We would highly recommend EEC Solar Panels, from the initial equiry through to the installation the service was totally professional. The surveyor, all the admin staff, the installations fitters were first class. I would have no hesitation recommending this Company. We are completely happy with the product. There was minimal disruption and everything was left, clean and tidy even to the fitters checking our drive in case any nails had been dropped. He explained as we had a dog he didnt want to risk it getting anything in her paw. Such consideration and attention to detail is so refreshing. A++++++++++”

“I write this review without any prompt from EEC - As someone who works within the Energy sector I already had a good understanding of what the solar PV system and benefits looked like. I chose the free installation for a variety of reasons and can honestly say the team at EEC were fantastic from start to finish. The planning phase seemed a bit daunting at first but EEC managed this, made us feel at ease and provided a clear communication throughout. The installation itself was completed within 1 day with minimal interruption to ourselves, to a very high standard by an extremely well organised and knowledgeable team. The installation team provided clear instructions at handover/sign off. All future maintenance ( which is minimal) is the responsibility of EEC. Finally - The end result is a very good experience through choosing EEC, excellent installation and a very happy customer who will now enjoy getting cheaper electricity. I would not hesitate in using EEC again. Thank you very much. Neil - Runcorn”

“The service I have had from EEC so far is 110% from the initial consultation by Stewart McLintock who far surpassed other companies surveys. quotations & service to the actual fitting by Mike Roberts, Dan Twist & Richard Church. Every step was fully explained along the way. I was very impressed in the electrical installation as I have not long had my kitchen updated and was worried that there would be electric cable showing, Mike was excellent in coming up with a solution for me. The staff in the office also deserve a pat on the back for all their help along the way. Now just waiting for my savings to show :-)”
