“Flowers arrived late on a very hot day, so my mother thought they looked half dead, but recovered overnight (the flowers, not my Mum) 😂... We did not receive the chocolates, (maybe the driver ate them)...🤔 but got a small refund as compensation..... Thank you.. 🙂”

“Was dubious after I ordered and checked the reviews and then a promised notification from Yodel didn't arrive before 11am so I thought I wouldn't get the service/delivery promised but I was totally wrong - got the notification, the flowers were delivered on time, beautifully presented and a very happy customer - thank you”

“I inadvertently put the incorrect house number on my order which I do accept is my fault. I realised this immediately and made over 50 calls which were not answered . I tried emailing and they were returned and then I used your chat service which closes for 2 hours only to be told you need a minimum of 24 hours to amend an order which was placed two hours earlier . As it happened an honest neighbour did the decent thing and delivered the flowers to the correct address! You don’t have customer service!”

“Very efficient service and reasonably priced Ordered flowers at 8pm and with recipient by 10am next day Flowers were lovely. My friend was very happy n they perked her up no end Free chocolates were a nice touch Will definitely use again”

“Couldn't wish for a better service, delivery spot on, flowers beautiful, my wife very happy on her 82nd birthday, as she was two weeks ago on our 56th wedding anniversary when I sent her flowers and got the same service through eflorist thank you eflorist”
