Order and delivery process was easy and delivered on time by a very friendly courier. Quality of flowers was lacking, half have died within a couple of days and the rest are wilting by day four despite being kept in a cool environment. There was also no plant food sachet included which is unusual for delivered flowers. We have had better quality from other florists.

Was kind of disappointed with the real life product. The picture looked beautiful but was nothing like what was received. Wouldn’t have paid £40 for the bunch that was received.

Told the flowers was going to be delivered on Sunday for the birthday on that day which they wasn't so false advertising not happy. flowers were nice but there could have been more in them for the value Sorry won't be shopping with you again.

Price for the flowers was decent for what I was expecting, I bought a medium bouquet knowing that my mother had a regular sized vase. Flowers looked very sparse - I would not say that the bouquet was a medium at all. Delivery was good though, tracking was accurate and swift. Easy to purchase.

Wrong size bunch of flowers received, e-florist kindly sent a second bunch which was much appreciated however and unfortunately the second e-florist flower box was damaged during transportation.

The only good thing was the flowers turned up on time. The delivery driver was useless. Couldn't understand basic English when he phoned me, he didn't know the area he was delivering to. And to be honest the flowers were nothing special

despite the advert saying same day delivery, or deliver the next day ? it didn't happen. Yes I was called by the customer service but was told the florist couldn't do it, so despite the clear slogan and advertisement, it doesn't happen in all areas disappointed but managed to get some elsewhere

Wanted my flowers delivered in school time but after sending numerous emails to try and make this happen, I was just meet with a brick wall off No, no help or advice to sort it just very abrupt one line replies, very unhelpful, and didn’t seem bothered they was for an anniversary. Flowers where abit disappointing, as was not a bigger bunch I was expecting for the money paid and could off really got a bunch like that from a supermarket for less the price. On day off delivery I received no time on delivery, so just had to wait till I got a thank you reply of my wife. in the end had to txt to find out what was happening with the flowers and delivery. Cannot say I was happy with the overall experience.

The flowers ordered for a special occasion didn’t come as in the advertised picture. Some Flower petals were brown and broken. They are wasn’t fresh. I could of got a better flower arrangement from local supermarket which would of been a third of the price. Sorry but won’t be ordering again.

A bit disappointed to be honest. My wife received the flowers on the date of her birthday but they looked nothing like the “Autumnal Flowers” I ordered from the photo on your website.

Flowers arrived on time but £30 for a large bouquet which was no bigger than a standard bunch from the super market. The flowers were nice colours but really not providing much substance.

Was supposed to be delivered with complimentary box of chocolates which never came with the flowers. The bouquet (which was also the largest) was a little disappointing. Can only imagine what the small bouquet would have looked like. Have ordered from here many times before and generally been satisfied but last couple of orders haven’t been up to standard.

Hi there, partly my own fault as I didnt read that you sent your flowers by courier. When I got the delivery time for the flowers of 4pm-6pm, which I thought was a bit late considering I had ordered them the previous day, I tried to rearrange delivery as I was having them delivered to my wifes work address (which was obvious from the address I gave) for her 40th birthday and ahe wouldnt b there that late. I was told that as they were out for delivery they couldnt do anything and couldnt help! Surely they have a number for the driver/courier? As a result my wife did not get her flowers until the following day which by that time had wilted somewhat.. so not a great overall experience and I will not be using the service again.

I cannot fault your customer service team but While you continue to use yodel I will not be using you again. My flowers were not delivered and when I took it up with yodel direct they insisted it had been delivered when I asked for the photo every driver takes they showed me a photo of a previous delivery to my home address which I had received 3 weeks previous I have given up with chasing yodel. Your customer service team have arranged another box of flowers to be sent tomorrow which is great no questions just apologies and the offer to resend…fingers crossed Yodel do deliver. But as previously said I have no problems with you I cannot use you while you continue to use yodel who let you down.

Ordered for my daughters birthay on 10th, her first one away from home. Order placed on 9th, a lastminute choice of two different bouquets, which can be delivered on 10th, good. Me waiting on 10th for her surprised reaction all day and realising, it won't be there on this day anymore. Contacted EFlorist, got the answer, along with a tracking information, that I ordered for the 11th. After checking the placed order I saw, and can proof, that my order was for the 10th. So, big disappointment, daughter getting not a thing from me on her birthday. The flowers which came the day too late, were nice, then.
