“Flowers delivered in bud as stated on the website. They are beautiful now the roses have opened and the carnations are just beginning to open. I received them on Monday and it’s now Wednesday.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my sister in law . I wanted it delivered earlier in the morning just when she was waking up and guess what ? It was delivered on TIME and the flowers were looking very nice , I couldn’t be more happier. She was very happy with the surprise . I will highly recommend EFlorist , 🔝 Level .”

“Sent some flowers to my cousin as a thank you. She sent a picture of them to say thank you back. I was disappointed to see that there weren't as many stems as the picture I saw when I ordered them. It was a 50% offer with free chocs, but it looked like the number of flowers were halved too and not sure if she got the free chocs as she didn't mention them.”

“I tried to stop the order as it was going to wrong address I was told the ordered had been cancelled And would get a full refund 4 hrs later I get told your order is still being delivered …. To the wrong address I then had to contact the delivery company Who also left at wrong address And when my 50 sweet heart roses were tracked down They were very small and not worth the money”

“I used EFlorist on 2 occasions recently. The office side was very clear and easy to navigate. The result according to the recipients was very good. I tried to get the discount for the second order but it was not accepted. I was disappointed.”

“Yodel failed to deliver on Saturday because they couldn't find the York Barbican Theatre - it's not exactly small or unknown so there's no excuse - just pathetic. Maybe they should find a driver who speaks English or can use Google on his phone. If he had bothered Google would have taken him straight to it street by street. I spent two hours waiting for their non-existent chat on their website and when I eveuntally bludgeoned my way through to someone at 3 p.m. through a very hard to find link I was told it was too late. 3 p.m. - for goodness sake - give a service or apply to go on benefits and find a food bank to scounge off. That was the Saturday order. Now for the Sunday one: Yodel don't work on Sundays so although your website states at the top that you deliver on Sundays you don't which is fraudulent and a downright lie. They delivered the following day by which time the concert was over and she was halfway down the M1 heading home. You are useless, your website is misleading and needs changing to take the Sunday dates out of the calendars. You've got one more delivery to make for me and after that you won't be hearing from me again. I'll go elsewhere. Utterly useless and very very distressing! Are you going to give me my money back or just bury your heads in the sand?”
