“I ordered on Monday morning, I tried to make changes but was told I couldn’t as it was next day delivery and then my order was lost, I contacted you on Thursday and you sent another order out on Thursday and the flowers arrived late Saturday and were wilted, dry & looked awful, I’ll be calling your customer services again in the morning, I’m embarrassed for my recipient.”

“No flowers received. I contacted customer services and they refused to acknowledge or provide refund or options. Completely unacceptable, you kept my money and I have no flowers!! Disgusting really.”

“Flowers were delivered on time to a very acceptable standard.Free chocolates were not. These were advertised on website but was unable to add at checkout. They should not be advertised if you were not prepared to honour. Slightly disappointing. Will not be using again”
