“It was easy to order the flowers with a good variety of choice, the prices were very reasonable and they arrived on time. There was absolutely no need to return or ask for a refund so I cannot comment on that. The people I sent it to were delighted with the flowers, which were what they looked like in the picture, and the free box of chocolates were a lovely bonus. Thank you from a very happy customer.”

“Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered! It seems they used all the small, cheap flowers! Not happy at all! I contacted eflorist and all they said is, the colour scheme matched the description so nothing could be done. Will not be using again!”

“The flowers I sent were beautiful and very fragrant. They were delivered on the alloted day and have lasted for over a week, so that's why I'm saying over 7 day delivery as booked in advance.I'm happy with the flowers I ordered and they were gratefully received.”
