“I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday but she unexpectedly had to work abroad. I requested the flowers to be delivered 3 days later (I gave 3 days notice of request). This was declined. I contacted Customer Service and magically my request was accepted. When the flowers arrived there were not many, nothing like the order. Also there were only 3 Lindt chocolates. Very disappointed. Photos below.”

“Disappointed at delivery date. Had ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date and they were delivered a day late. Also ordered a medium sized bouquet and when sent a photo of the flowers the bouquet seemed very small.”

“Hi, I ordered my mom flowers for her anniversary.To say I’m disgusted is a understatement.I ordered them to be delivered for 14-10-22 which was fine no problems with delivery.I’m disgusted about the amount I paid £28 .There was hardly any flowers for that amount of money .Also I went to my moms 16.10.22 to find them all bent over drooping .I will never order from here again !Photos snt!”

“Delivered on time to my poorly friend and they were beautiful- and I liked the fact that a courier was used and not royal mail so that was a bonus as I had more faith they'd be delivered on the day I booked”
