For the price that I paid I feel the “large” bunch was just not enough. They were not presented but just wrapped up. I could of gone to Asda and got a much nicer, bigger bunch of flowers for the half the price but as I was out of the country at the time of my mums of birthday I decided to order her flowers. I won’t be using eflorist again.

Flowers were left at wrong house, and the people there were out all day. So flowers for our friends 50th anniversary arrived a day late. They were clearly marked with the correct address so it was down to delivery driver. I was happy with the flowers and the ease of ordering and the price so only problem was the delivery.

My wife was utterly disappointed with both the flowers and the chocolates. The 'Large' bunch I ordered seemed very different to the picture on the website, and although some of the flowers were still in bud the overall effect was truly poor. I also failed to read the small print about the 'box' of Lindt chocolates being only 37g, which equates to just 4 of the little chocolate balls. So, rather than the pleasant and uplifting experience of sending these flowers I have the exact opposite outcome; my wife could not have been more disappointed. I tried complaining twice on the EFlorist chat service but both times the service dumped the whole chat session and failed to process any of my feedback and complaint - another negative. I really cannot see myself ever ordering again from EFlorist.

Flowers were not delievered on the day requested and werent delivered until the folowing night.

Dear Sir/Madam, My flowers to my wife on our 25th Wedding Anniversary arrived at 6:45PM, which was poor. The flowers themselves were flat and lifeless and not in a good condition. It took them a couple of days before they started to look reasonable. Considering the packaging they came in I was surprised that there was not a small packet of fluid that they were sat in, like other florists use. Sorry I could not recommend eFlorist to anyone. The bunch was the smallest bouquet I had experienced and was disappointed with the quantity. Flowers were nice but expensive for the quantity.

A bit disappointed. Your online image was far more sumptuous than the 6 roses and 4 freesias that were delivered.

Bottom of the box was wet,2 of the flowers was damaged however after rearranging the flowers they smell fresh! With a summer feeling!

Same day flowers order cancelled. I was phoned to rearrange delivery for the next day or have a refund, so that was polite of the team. I opted for a refund as I wanted the delivery to arrive on the same day.

The amount and quality of flowers received for the cost was very disappointing. Didn’t look anything like the pic on line. Some flowers looked half dead.

EF used to be great. Lovely flowers and reliable delivery They're still lovely flowers but you can't rely on the delivery and on the day they were due, the tracking information from Yodel was extremely confusing. It appeared they were on their way but didn't arrive They arrived a day late. I raised it with EF Customer services using the online query service. I've heard nothing since, although they have managed to send me two requests for feedback. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I won't be using them again.

The flowers I ordered, with free chocolates, were lovely but there were no white freesias, only yellow roses. The ‘free’ chocolates were advertised as being Lindors but chocolate chicks were sent instead! Odd time of year for chicks, so a tad disappointed as they were a gift.

Delivered on time but Hugely disappointed only a tiny bunch of flowers send that 1 day later are dying. Not worth the money spent might aswell had gone to Tesco's. Unfortunately will not be using again.

I ordered a birthday Bocquet for next day delivery in plenty of time after paying getting an email saying it might take two days but didn’t think this apply to me as I gave plenty of time for delivery but my birthday bouquet never arrived same same took two days very very disappointed will not be ordering from you again or telling of a bad experience with your florist and delivery
