The quality and delivery, were awesome. Everything was as promised. They certainly brought a smile, to the lovely lady, they were intended for!

Beautiful flowers and nect day delivery was great, they were on a yodel van from 11 am until 6.30 pm so the chocolates were melted and it would be good to say how many stems are in each size bouquet as the pictures are misleading. My relative loved them, they were beautiful. But if I'd have known how few flowers she would get I'd have ordered the large.

The guys that deliver to my sweet heart know her by name now and always greet her with a little chat, such as, he must really love you, or how are you Karen. It adds to her happy experience xx

Quick efficient service and beautiful flowers. Interflora has not been as good as it once was for a while so this is nice to find a much better service!

Good thing was quick delivery. Bad thing flowers were nowhere near what they advertised. Very disappointed. Sister in law liked them but she didn’t know what they should have been like. I ordered a large bouquet and if this was large I dread to think what the small and medium ones are like!

The flowers were for a friend whose father had died, not too long ago. He loved them. They made him feel treasured. Eflorist always deliver when they say they will and package everything with care. Thank you.

The flowers my mum received were absolutely beautiful. They were really fresh and the colours were lovely. She has been in hospital recently but the flowers really made her smile which was lovely. Good value for money. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was pleased to find that you weren't using Royal Mail so in their strike I got a gift to my daughter-in-law on her birthday - arrived on the right day and she was pleased with them thank you

A TERRIBLE SERVICE A bouquet was ordered a full 7 days before our wedding anniversary to be delivered to my wife at her workplace on Sept 2nd 2022, expecting her to come home from work with a big smile a very nice bunch of flowers and the chocolates that were ordered. Instead she came home, walked through the door and said what a terrible day she'd had. When I asked about the flowers - What flowers was the answer. The response to my email to Eflorist was small print says delivery may possibly delayed by 24hrs. Today is Tuesday 6th Sept and still no flowers. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE I've asked for a full refund and as yet no response.

Order confirmed and money taken (of course) but no tracking number or ref number to allow follow up. Blowers haven't arrived (now 48 hrs beyond delivery date). Customer service enquiry still unanswered (more than 24 hrs later). Absolute shambles, will pursue refund through CC provider. Never use them again - USELESS!

Haven't seen the flowers so I cannot comment about them. I am however appalled by the length of the delivery. They would have been in the back of a van in the heat for about 36 hours. Please change your courier to someone who can deliver on time. I have used this site many times but now I'll try somewhere else, sorry.

As usual, the order was delivered on time and without fuss. Always easy to place an order and you can be confident it will be delivered within the set time. the price is very fair, especially as it includes free chocolates. All in all I can't fault this firm for their efficiency and pricing policy. well done.!

2 days before delivery I asked to have my name added to the card, was told no. Day of delivery you are supposed to receive an email before 11am, didn't receive one at all. I've emailed the company twice and not received a response

Order never arrived. No communication from courier (no ability to track it!). No response from customer service. All in all a very disappointing and pointless experience! Never again!
