“Bottom of the box was wet,2 of the flowers was damaged however after rearranging the flowers they smell fresh! With a summer feeling!”

“The flowers were for my mum's 70th birthday. They arrived on time but definitely not what they looked like online. I captured have bought a bigger and nice bouquet from the local garage. I tried emailing immediately but there was an email delivery failure. Am disgusted. Ended up going to a local florists. The flowers are still boxed awaiting collection back to yourself. Please arrange this and return of my money please. Thank you”

“I don't really know how to review Eflorist, as I chose Eflorist for its same day delivery. However despite paying for this, I was text at 2.30pm on the day to say that they could not complete my order, I was offered the next day, which was no good, hence me wanting same day. The only good thing, was the team were quick at replying to sort my refund, but regards to the product, it was never delivered so sadly its a 1 star from me”

“Start with the only positive: The website is very user friendly with lots of variety. Negative Experience: First and last time ordering from EFlorist. Ordered a bouquet with extras as a leaving gift for a colleague (£46.96), on a next day delivery basis (colleague's leaving date). Tracking facility was conflicting (it's out for delivery / It's not out for delivery - being loaded / It's out for delivery but driver experiencing delays) so had no idea where my delivery was or what time I could expect it to arrive. Ended up having to rush out and spend a further £40 for a leaving gift for our colleague as this NEVER arrived that day. Asked if I could cancel - told no. Advised that I was expecting next day delivery - told should arrive up to 21:00 (no good to me). As it happens, the item didn't arrive until the Thursday (NOT NEXT DAY as ordered) and the condition it arrived in was absolutely outrageous. I couldn't have given that as a gift to anyone, only glad I didn't get it sent to their home address. Took pictures and challenged the whole thing requesting a refund, I was told that, as a goodwill gesture, they would refund me the service fee (£5.99), together with false apologies. Cherry on the cake was their response to the damage of the box - unbelievable... "In regards to the box, whilst we don’t expect it to arrive in this way, they are especially made to protect the flowers and add-on’s in case this is the case as we do expect that sometimes in a large van it is not always possible to keep the boxes in the best condition." Are they actually telling me that this is acceptable!!!!!! They have also advised me to put the flowers in some water to ensure that they bloom quicker. THE RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!!”

“EFlorist is the company I turn to for sending flowers to friends and family. So far they have always arrived on time and are in prime condition (that makes them sound like a dog at Crufts!) Seriously, they have provided pretty flowers for all occasions, and the recipients have, as far as I'm aware, always been very happy with them.”

“I.had ordered some flowers for a surprise for my girlfriend at about 10:30 on Wednesday morning. I received a message about 14:00 to say that they were on their way, then had another text at about 15:0 saying they had arrived. My girlfriend was over the moon with the flowers. I would recommend Eflorist to anyone great flowers great same day service great value for money”

“Same day flowers order cancelled. I was phoned to rearrange delivery for the next day or have a refund, so that was polite of the team. I opted for a refund as I wanted the delivery to arrive on the same day.”
