“Ordering online was very simple. I felt the flowers were excellent value for money. I was kept fully updated in respect of delivery - when it was dispatched and when it was due to be delivered. Would definitely order again.”

“Flowers delivered as expected. I would have appreciated a text when delivery had taken place- i dont know if delivery was made on time/ who delivered or if item was damaged so cant answer those questions”

“The flowers were beautiful. My partner absolutely loved them. They brought a huge smile to her face. The delivery could have been better. The driver just dumped them at the door, knocked, then walked off. If we hadn't been at home they would likely have been stolen! The price was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, but still quite expensive; however, you get what you pay for, and these were worth it when I saw the look on my partners face.”

“If my business was consistently this poor, I’d stop paying for review services. Order didn’t arrive as promised. Zero weekend customer service. When after two days the order arrived, a refund of the ‘service charge’ seemed like an insult, especially given the recipient had left. Wish I’d read the reviews before I bought.”

“My friend is having a tough time right now so I sent her some flowers to cheer her up. Flowers arrived the following day and looked beautiful with vase, chocolates and a small tipple. Definitely did the job! Easiest website to navigate, making ordering simple. Absolutely recommend EFlorist and will use them again. Brilliant!”

“Good - good price and I was kept up to date regarding delivery. Apparently the flowers were lovely Not so good - flowers were delivered a day later than arranged. They didn’t attach the card so the recipient had no idea who they were from”
