“Flowers were ordered for delivery on Wednesday 14th December and as of now 8am Saturday 17th of December they have still not arrived, so already 3 days late for my friends birthday. Will not be using yourselves again 😡”

“Delivered on date asked for, but didn’t realise that it would be so late at night, 19:12. It was a thank you for a lady who went above and beyond to help me - I had given her work address, so it would be a surprise. The offices were closed, just lucky the cleaners were in and took delivery or goodness knows where they would have been left! I have tried to double check your T&C’s and can’t see anywhere that delivery could be so late, I presumed it would be during normal working hours ie 08:00 to 17:00. Wouldn’t use again.”

“I needed to send thank you flowers to someone who had been extremely kind to my brother in the UK, when I could not, because of a great distance between us. Ordering the flowers was a breeze. The web site was so easy to negotiate and the bouquets were an awesome price. Delivery was exactly as promised and the recipient was overjoyed. “To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement!!! The roses were fully opened and some petals are discoloured and have fallen off. They were actually for a colleague who is leaving. I had to go to Tesco and buy 2 additional bunches of flowers and rearrange the bouquet. I used you again because the last bouquet was beautiful, arrived in water and a bag. Very embarrassing and very disappointing”

“Flowers didn’t arrive on selected date. When they eventually turned up half were dead. Also overpriced for what was received and definitely did not resemble the photo on web site. After sales service is terrible all you get is “they will be delivered “ but only after they have been in the back of van for two days. Wouldn’t use them Again”
