“Not having used EFlorist before I was really happy with the service they provided. The flowers were for a friend who had just had an operation, to cheer her. She sent me a picture of the flowers upon arrival. They looked just like the picture on the EFlorist web site, in excellent condition. The amount of flowers in the bouquet was as expected and looked fresh and colourful. I would be more than happy to use EFlorist again, should the need arise.”

“Things fine until delivery day. Some delay made delivery late. Parcel left ‘in porch’ was in fact at the public entrance to a block of private apartments. It was surprising my recipient actually got the flowers, which should have been left with the desk inside the main entrance. The flowers were acknowledged two days later and no mention was made of the chocolates - I assume they were included. Ver disappointing.”

“Hi,I have just been talking to my cousin who I sent flowers to on Thursday to cheer her up after a major operation and she told me all the roses have withered and to off the carnations were split in to on delivery this is not what I expected and I will not order from you again, this was my second order in a space off 2 weeks but will be my last. Very angry.”

“The flowers when delivered were on time, to the correct address and beautiful. BUT the agony of ordering had me in tears. It took time over 3 days, no help, no way of getting in touch with anyone to assist me. No way [until the flowers were on their way] of knowing if my order had been serviced, no answer to your phone number, no help or direction to 'chat' platform. Tried Eflorist and Teleflorist, gave full details to both including bank details. I have sent from Eflorist for many years and have found your service pretty good, BUT I find that I can no longer work your website. I will make one more attempt and if I experience the same awful debacle I will have to dich you and go elsewhere. Hoping for better things in the future. Yours Jan Rosthorn”

“Flowers were left at the side door not the front doors flowers were not found til the neighbour saw them almost 2 days outside. My next order will not be with your company as the flowers were compromised. Stacy”

“Great website and service up to point of delivery. I have used them often. So disappointed, flowers dying and rotting in the flower head a day after my wife received them. Almost impossible to get a response from the company in relation to the 7 day guarantee....don't buy from them until spring, summer when flowers are obviously less problematic for them. Very disappointing customer services post delivery. Very quick to send the email asking for a review but no reply to contact email asking for discussion regarding dying flowers.”

“I’ve order from EFlorist a few times and they always deliver what I order, in the time frame they say they are going to deliver as well. Their flowers are just lovely, the ones they sent last week was “just gorgeous “ that’s from the new mum I sent them to 😃 Thank you for looking after me so well each time I send flowers from you. I recommend EFlorist to anyone”

“Easy to order online and delivered next day and came with free chocolates, my Mum said the flowers were beautiful. I only left 4 stars instead of 5 due to the courier (Yodel) not delivering until 5pm in the evening, and my mum does not like answering the door when it’s dark.”

“First time I used Eflorist the box arrived looking like it had been sat on and some of the flowers were damaged...I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered again,the box was flat and crushed again and the "free" chocolates were completely missing!!! Won't be using again”

“Didn't expect to be everything so perfect to be honest. Amazing delivery, package in perfect condition, flowers more than beautiful and everything inside the box was handled with care. Thank you.
