“The flowers are beautiful - unfortunately a day late and the live chat wasn't much help when they didn't arrive on time. I have to say, though, that I have often used this website and never had a problem before.”

“I order same day delivery, but my order went the day after, they didn’t confirm the delivery at all , they didn’t have any picture of delivery as proof even when I asked.”

“Very disappointed with the flowers Very disappointed with the flowers, they were nothing like the photo I choose them from. There were nothing more than a supermarket bunch that would have cost £5. They were for my sister who has had a major operation. She lives a long way from me, so I thought receiving delivered flowers would be a lovely surprise . I will not use you again.”

“I ordered some flowers and chocolates for a friend and she was really chuffed when she got them. It wasn't a special occasion but the delivery and arrangement made her feel like it was. I was kept informed until the flowers were delivered. Would definitely use them again.”

“Ordering was easy , kept updated with emails various step by step of delivery also how your bouquet will actually be presented on arrival.Delivery was on time polite delivery service, flower’s are amazing. Will use this company again .”

“Ordered same day flowers with this company. Received an e-mail at 15:35 to advise that you couldn't fulfil my order as you couldn't find a local florist who could do it. Your offer of resolution was a different arrangement than I'd ordered, on a courier service, that would be despatched the next day and then arrive 1-2 days after that ...or a full refund. You couldn't even offer me any of their next day flower options to the address (which was in a residential area of a NW town, not in the Outer Hebrides!). I took the full refund, however, by this point it was too late to organise another florist to deliver that day. Extremely disappointing service. If postcodes aren't covered for an item, this should be flagged up at point of purchase. Offer that was given was unsatisfactory and made no sense... why would I buy same day flowers at a premium rate, if I was happy with them being delivered 2-3 days later.”

“Excellent service from Eflorist. Flowers delivered on time in a beautiful arrangement of mixed flowers in vibrant colours and in great condition. Both myself and the recipient were very pleased and the service could not have been bettered. I would definitely use Eflorist again.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, My flowers to my wife on our 25th Wedding Anniversary arrived at 6:45PM, which was poor. The flowers themselves were flat and lifeless and not in a good condition. It took them a couple of days before they started to look reasonable. Considering the packaging they came in I was surprised that there was not a small packet of fluid that they were sat in, like other florists use. Sorry I could not recommend eFlorist to anyone. Regards Les”

“Lovely flowers at an awesome price. I selected delivery for Monday 19th but of course due to the bank holiday this wasn’t possible - my oversight. They were instead delivered 2 days earlier which is better than being 2 days later. Very much recommended. Thank you.”
