“Ordered the large bunch which cost £53 pls £7 postage the flowers that arrived looked a quarter of the size of the picture on the internet. Contacted customer service and was told to wait until they bloomed. There wasn’t enough flower there so blooming made no difference. Then they have a list of what should be in the bunch. I counted and the amounts were incorrect . Then they said there was less flowers as the price of flowers had gone up. Not really my problem. Was then told there’s nothing they can do and fibbed off. Really disgusted would NEVER. Use again.”

“My partner 1 once again over the moon with the flowers I bought from yourselves, if anything like the previous bunch she'll be double happy as they lasted over 3 weeks till they needed to be put in the bin 😊”

“I sent some flowers to a lovely friend of mine, not for any reason, I just wanted to let her know how special she is to me, when she received them she was delighted, and couldn’t thank me enough for bringing some beauty and colour into what was a cloudy rainy day.
