“I paid extra for next day delivery and this didn't happen, I was given a discount code as first order but unable to use it then unable to message anyone. Flowers were not delivered to the house but left at the gate!”

“Quick delivery but the large bunch of flowers was really small, especially for the price. Also the free box of chocolates is tiny, no where near the size of the one in the photo.”

“I ordered my bouquet as a birthday present it was meant to arrive on the day and it didn’t even though it stated it would and got there the next day So as you can imagine it ruined the surprise I was not happy at all”

“Very poor service, very poor communication, ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery and paid for, still not arrived 2 days later, no response from the 20 emails I have sent, courier shows received but no movement from then, flowers were for a very special occasion as was part of a proposal now postponed due to the poor service and lack of communication, discusting service, customer service is so poor it’s unbelievable, no way to contact by phone, I’m going to take this complaint to the highest level and put on all social media how poor and advise not to use this company. Very very poor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“I ordered flowers on Wednesday morning for a friend. It is now 11.15 on Friday night and they still haven't been delivered and I haven't received a progress email. Really not happy.”

“Fantastic flowers delivered on mum's 80th birthday, that will last a good long time as they were just coming out. Great value for money and only problem is that there is too much beautiful flowers to choose from and that's never a bad thing. Highly recommend using them 😁”
