Ordered a rose bouquet which looked lovely online, received a bouquet that looked like a fiver!! To be honest, have picked better from a supermarket! Definitely not worth price paid for or price stated!!

Flowers arrived for my birthday and they were half dead if not broken stems. Very poor service.

Really hard to contact them or the courier , had to wait all day at home for flowers , then received message they will be delivered from 16:00 - 18:00 and came at 15:00 . Flowers was already half dead . Candle gift was out of box . No wish card . Not gonna use them again .

I ordered a large bouquet of the ‘Pink Lady’ flowers and a candle, unfortunately the packaging was not what I expected as the candle box was squashed and laying on top of the flowers (which resulted in a flower snapping off)

Although a message was written to put in with the flowers, the receiver didn’t have anything and therefore didn’t know who had send them. Disappointing

£30 spent, and got 8 flowers in box, looked old, and brown around the edges...dropped of outside the door..... they are very expensive for what you get. IMO not worth it

A couple of days ago I took delivery of a surprise bouquet of flowers, with chocolates. Two of the roses were badly damaged at source (I think they might have been retrieved from the floor) and the chocolates were melted beyond recognition. Tried contacting the company on their advertised telephone line and live chat line; neither available. An exchange of 12 emails followed (with different members of staff) accompanied by 5 photos to substantiate my complaint. I received a replacement bouquet yesterday and those flowers are of better quality. I might have just been unlucky but on looking at some of the other reviews, I would urge anyone thinking of using this florist to think twice.

I was very upset that no card was with the flowers I sent so the person didn’t know they were from me and because it was for somebody special it was very disappointing. Also there were no chocolates which were advertised as part of the package.

Second time I have ordered flowers through eFlorist in the past few months. Great website and reasonably priced, love he add ons. Unfortunately, on both occasions the box has been damaged on delivery. The first time the flowers were still intact, but most recently the flowers were damaged and a couple of the roses were beheaded! Really disappointing as they were for a special occasion.

Company is very easy to order with, and flowers came next day as agreed. These were a gift for a Ruby Wedding Anniversary And the flowers are very disappointing. The flowers are Very droopy, and quite honestly look nothing like the picture of the Pink Lady bouquet as seen on the website. They do not look fresh, very sparse, and certainly not good value for £20 plus of flowers. I actually have used you once before, to deliver flowers last week to a new Mum. I will now check again as to exactly what her flowers were like, whether theY were actually nice, or she just didn’t like to say to us about them, if they weren’t all that great. Think I will be going back to the company I used to use before.

This is the first time my sister and I have ordered from eflorist and we had never ordered flowers online before. We thought it would be a lovely surprise for our mum to receive a beautiful bouquet delivered to her door, rather than the usual shop bought bunch, they also came with free chocolates so this was an added bonus. Whilst we can’t completely fault eflorist, due to the flowers being packaged lovely and being delivered on the correct day and within the allotted time, we were quite disappointed in the size of the bunch of flowers.. they looked rather small (could buy a much bigger large bunch from the supermarket for less than half the price of eflorist) and yet we ordered a medium bouquet, the chocolates were also a very very tiny box, with what... 4 chocolates in if you’re lucky (how embarrassing) albeit the chocolates were free, but I should think they were looking at them. Also the time slot for the delivery was in the afternoon and by the time mum received her bouquet it was near on the end of the day and her birthday had nearly passed. In all I’d say we could’ve bought a large bunch of flowers and big box of chocolates from the supermarket and saved half our money, mum would’ve also received her birthday gift way before the day had ended, however, mum was still pleasantly surprised, though she was the only one oblivious to the faults we found.

So, I am putting 2 stars instead of 1 ...because I have not really had issues with EFlorist before. However, this time flowers were such a big disappointment. The vase was plastic and half empty. I wanted to cry when I got a picture of that bouquet from my sister. Below is the picture of what I ordered and what we got.

I think spending £44.99 is a bit much for the flowers I ordered. I expected the 50roses to look a little like the picture but instead they came to me half dead.

Flowers looked nothing like the description online. Very dissatisfied and feels like a waste of money. See below for picture of advertisement and what was delivered. Nb. I had to do a lot of manipulating to get the to even look that good. Won’t be using again.

Easy to order. Reasonably priced. Beautiful flowers. Sadly the who experience was let down by the fact they were delivered to to wrong address and so my mum did not get the pleasure of them being delivered to her door and opening them herself in her birthday. Luckily the lady they were delivered to took them to her later in the day. So upset as her birthday was somewhat spoilt.

Really lovely flowers. Super quick delivery but didn’t quite look as nice as they did in the photo and not worth the money I paid for them. Probably wouldn’t order again
