Good value flowers, they were delivered on the expected date, and a nice happy looking bunch of flowers, perfect to cheer my friend up.

Placed order, received phone call the day of deliver to say the local deliver company didn’t have the exact colours, could send an alternative or could wait until the next day. Order was going to a very small village, the flowers were a thank you so not time sensitive- great to be given a choice. When the flowers arrived they were beautiful

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a wedding anniversary on the Tues. The order got stuck with Amazon the delayed delivery did not arrive until Fri by which time the flowers were dead. Not great!! In the meantime I did contact eflorist and they very quickly arranged for another delivery which was great but only arrived two days after the anniversary

Very disappointed in the flowers I got for my mum said a large bouquet but looked like a small bouquet didn’t look like looked on the picture and also the box of chocolates there was only 3 in them and looked bigger box on the picture don’t think will be ordering from here again very disappointing

it was horrible delivered 4 days late and for the replacement bouquet they sent flipping didn’t put the new message that they asked for and it was just bad service

Hard to call it a ‘bouquet’ as there were about 5 flowers in it. The card looked like it had been made by a 4 year old! And it didn’t arrive until 5 o’clock when we were already out celebrating our anniversary!! Awful service, never using again

The flowers I ordered were delivered but NOT directly to the person. They were left in the hallway of a block of flats and my friend had no knowledge that they were there. She is handicapped and was in the flat the whole time. It was only when I rang to see if she had got them that her helper went out to find them, My email stated. That they had been delivered. JI have bought from you before and was extremely satisfied on that occasion.

I ordered flowers and chocolates to cheer up a colleague who was a little down after an operation. They arrived when expected and were greatly received, they hit the right spot. I did not get to actually see the flowers for three days, however when I did they looked amazing as if they had just been cut, looked so fresh, smelt beautiful and to add to the experience apparently the chocolates were amazing too. Sorry to say I can not verify this, as my Friend and her Partner had munched through them all before I visited, but they claimed they were that good they could not leave them alone, I quote "Totally SCRUMMY". So all round a great experience for my Friend and Partner, which made me very happy as this was just what was needed. Thank You!

I selected a standard bouquet for same day delivery. The delivery was prompt, the flowers were exquisite and the bouquet was much larger than I had imagined it would be for the price I paid. I was delighted, as was the recipient, and I would not hesitate to recommend Eflorist to others.

Sadly eFlorist and I were let down by the original courier (Amazon) who delivered at 8.10pm a day late. Flowers quite tires. However, a replacement bouquet arrived a day later up to standard. Apology was a bit offhand

I ordered on a Saturday morning and paid £6 for delivery, for them to be delivered on Monday, the date of the actual birthday of the recipient, however they did not arrive until Tuesday evening!! When I informed the company on the Monday the flowers had not arrived, the response I got was that there is a disclaimer that it could be a few days for delivery, not helpful !! When the flowers were eventually delivered they were just left downstairs, the delivery driver did not even knock on the door and the recipient did not even know they were there. Again I contacted the company, who just said sorry they are not supposed to do that, again not the response I would have expected, especially when I could have said they had not even been delivered. I will not be using the company in future and nor will I be recommending them to anybody else.

Order a delivery on Friday 28th for delivery on Saturday 29th for a birthday. My friend told me on the Sunday nothing had arrived. I checked with Yodel your delivery company. The status said st depot. It stayed that way till Tuesday. You can imagine the state of the flowers . I tried to make a complaint via your site. Leaving two requests to cancel and asking for refund via your standard questions system as no other way to contact you. To date no response. Could not find a tel number that worked. Very bad customer service.

Easy to use website. Had no problems at all, flowers delivered on time for my daughter and son in laws anniversary and they were delighted. E florist said the flowers would arrive in bud and open within 24 - 48 hours which they did.I would recommend them.
