Ordering was easy. Confirmation quick. Planter ordered as a Christmas present to relatives address so I am yet to know how it was received. However, lovely, fully illustrated website.

First of all if you were sorry about the experience I recieved from e florist you might of had the decensie to of refunded me for 1 of the bouquets. When I placed my order with with yourselves, I went all through the order, when it came to payment your computer system said declined order not taken. Therefore I had to 're order, so the fault I have to say was on your side. However you still took 2 payments from my bank account. I emailed you straight away to explain all this, but you carried on processing 2 bouquets of flowers and sent them out. There was no live chat and no phone number to contact e florist directly, so as you advertise live chat there isn't any. After several emails to e florist they were not very helpful at all, and had plenty of time to cancel 1 bouquet being delivered. I was most disgusted about all this as I feel it could of been resolved and a refund given. So as for the contacting the company and service I recieved I was appalled, and I would NEVER use eflorist again or recommend them to anyone, due to my very poor service I recieved, and very poor communication. As for the flowers I will go to Tescos next time I will get better all round from there. So please don't send me any more emails reference ordering more flowers from you.

The flowers I bought from you for delivery on Saturday 17th December 2022 were not delivered until Sunday night at 20.45. They were intended for my sister-in-law who had just come out of hospital after a major operation. She phoned me yesterday morning, very concerned, as she said they were awful. She took them out of the box on receipt and they looked completely dead but she put them in water with the feed hoping they would pick up by the next morning. They didn't and she was concerned that I had spent a lot of money on flowers that needed throwing away. It was extremely cold on Saturday night with below zero temperatures and I can only assume that the flowers had been left in a van overnight and perished. I tried to contact you yesterday morning, without success, and then I was out for the rest of the day. Both my sister-in-law and I are very disappointed and do not feel able to order from you in the future.Mrs

Not a bad experience with the florist or delivery - I ordered some flowers from you - a one-off - I did not – as far as I know ask you to start sending me lots of emails emails....... The flowers were a special one-off occasion, my sister was over the moon with them – However, I am not expecting to be ordering any more bouquets FULL-STOP - and I do not want to get ANY MORE EMAILS from your company and, if they keep coming I will tell my friends in the UK, that if they order flowers through your company, you will bombard them with 'special offer' emails constantly. PLEASE stop sending them - and, if my sister is in any way bombarded with letters/emails - I will report your company to any relevant legal departments necessary. This is the second review you are asking me to complete - how many more would I be likely to receive ? One originaly contented customer now a very unhappy customer

Flowers were delivered but in a terrible state half were dead and look brown and not attractive. Also I thought they would be in a box but they were just wrapped in plastic. Shame as could have been good.

I ordered flowers for my mother to arrive on the anniversary of my dad's death. They didn't arrive until the day after. I saw the flowers 2 days later and thought they were poor value for money. I had ordered the medium bouquet, supposedly bigger than standard. There were hardly any flowers in it and the roses were already browning and wilting. Not impressed.
